Pho Momma is in a shared parking lot so it was easy to find parking. You write your name down and wait to be called. We came on a Sunday afternoon and the wait was about 20 minutes. We ordered two bowls of pho, pork wonton in chili oil, and two drinks. I love that they offer so many different sizes of pho. It range from x-small to large. I ended up getting the medium and would been happy with the small. Another thing, I love that you can pick and choose what meat you want. I went with the two item combo, which I picked meatball and brisket. The meat were great and the pho was a big bowl of comfort. For the chili oil wonton, I went with the five piece. The sauce on these wontons were delicious. I easier devour it all. My drink was coco jackfruit and add lychee jelly and it taste like a perfect Thai dessert. I would order it again. The service was excellent. Overall, If you are cravings for a bowl of Pho this is your place.

I really enjoy the small, cozy atmosphere because you get to enjoy the experience and the company of the people you came with. We came in with a group of about 9 people, and surprisingly, the wait wasn't too long. The staff are always super friendly, welcoming, and inviting! We usually get the salt & pepper wings and spring rolls, which are both SO good. This last time, I was so caught up enjoying my food that I completely forgot to take pictures! I ended up getting the #7, and the small size was honestly the perfect portion for me. you definitely can't forget the shakes and tea..they're bomb too! Definitely a spot I'll continue coming back to!

One dude in our group has housing issues and has rare or nearly no access to water, including drinking water. He filled up all his containers of water and we had to ask for like 1,000 refills of their water containers. He also ate the "extra dishes" / seasoning dishes like a buffet. Once he found out this was free and the staff was refilling his water / giving full water containers, he went to town. Anyway, you know there's a lot of homeless in Sacramento. The staff could have said stuff under their breath (is that the expression?) They could have asked us to leave. They could have charged us for the extras. They could have made us wait forever to get more water etc. No. The staff didn't do that. They treated our sort of homeless friend that came in to collect water and try to eat food to keep him alive for the next year - they treated him like family. I was so tired I forgot and didn't ask any names of the staff. But I just wanted to give 5 stars and thank this restaurant that they were patient and kind to "whatever you call" my dude friend and what he did. Not sure how he got connected to the two ladies I treated to dinner. But it's like having to also invite "that brother" when you invite a family out. Yeah, he had to tag along. I'm sure all their 5 stars make it clear their food is great and all that. They work hard and fast. But this review is also to point out they treated near-homeless-dude that has water access issues so kindly.

The chicken katsu is still one of the best I've had--light, crispy, and perfectly crunchy on the outside, with juicy, tender chicken inside. Every visit has been consistently delicious, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. I also tried the spicy pork again. It's a bit different from the Korean spicy pork I'm used to. Instead of the pork being marinated so the flavor is deeply infused, it seems to be grilled first and then coated with the sauce. While it's not the traditional style I expected, it's still flavorful and worth trying if you're open to a different take on the dish. In addition the chicken gangjeong dish that requires it to be "deep fried chicken" needs additional time to get crunchy like you would expect. I think the sauce may have made the crunch disappear. The consistency in both the food and the service is what keeps bringing me back. I'm looking forward to working my way through the rest of the menu. Other: -plenty of parking -bathroom inside -on hot days it's a little warm in the restuaruant *local family business*
