Panera is always a good spot for lunch. The service is great and the staff is friendly. It is a bit pricey but it is quality food and I don't think I've ever had a bad purchase. Today we enjoyed the broccoli cheese soup with bread, the chicken on asiago roll sandwich, a side of fruit, mac and cheese, bagel with cream cheese, drinks including a mango slushie and freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. We were greeted warmly after we placed our order on the tablet and our food was served and less than 10 minutes. Our server was a very friendly young lady. after finishing all the food which was delicious she came to clean our tables and offered to bring a to-go box for our leftovers. I enjoy having my lunch served on China rather than a paper box and that is one of the things I like best about Panera. I will definitely be back. read more

I ordered the Green Goddess Avocado sandwich with an added egg. It's advertised as having a chunky avocado spread, but what I received was more of a smooth paste, which is definitely not what I expected. It also looked far less filling than the photo on the menu. I also got the Tropical Green Smoothie, which was okay, but overly sweet. It didn't taste balanced, and I couldn't tell if there was any spinach in it at all, even though it's listed as one of the ingredients. The wait time was short, which I appreciated, but overall the food didn't live up to its description or presentation. Pretty disappointing experience. The space was calm when I went in around breakfast, but there were already some tables that hadn't been cleared off and it made the space look a bit messy, so I ordered my food to go. read more

Stopped in for a quick lunch before work meetings and was pleasantly surprised! The sandwich and soup lunch combo was under $10 and for a "healthier" lunch option I was very pleased. Their bread is delicious and soft and chewy! The soup was the perfect temperature and good saltiness. Went to lunch and got a Greek goddess salad and creamy chicken and wild rice soup (pick 2) I think the soup is probably my favorite soup in Reno. The salad was just ok. It was good but I think I will ask for dressing on the side next time. I do love that it comes with a side and I always get the baguette. The service was nice, they were kind. Gollee! I walked into the store looking for a non-caffeinated, but sweet and hot beverage to purchase. Following this thought, I was then promoted-to, a $2 off a hot chocolate of my choice. I ordered through the digital screen at the entrance and received my beverage all within 3 minutes. Mom and I came in and ordered two bread bowls. What we got was a "pick 2" with two soups...Mamma doesn't even know what a pick 2 is and wanted and requested again from Bella that we actually ordered. We drove a real long way to get some of the best soup in town, only to get talked backed to. Manager on duty, was very defensive and made excuses. Each and every Panera is different in its own way, but this one is really good. I've never had an experience where my food is made incorrectly or is cold. It is always ready and the customer service is always really good. The employees seem to be very happy at this store and I think that's really important! I was so eager to try this Panera as it just opened and is our first centrally located one! Super convenient location, right off the highway. The drive thru was about a 20 minute wait. I got the half portion of the Fuji apple chicken salad and charged strawberry lemonade. I didn't ask for a large, but was charged for one. My meal came out to $16 which I thought was steep for the portion. The salad was as fresh and delicious as always. The lemonade was good, but a little too sweet for my personal preference. Panera is always reliable and tasty, but the prices and slow service are ultimately making it less and less worth going. read more

06/20/2024 - 2;30 pm or so. This store was a mess, not clean at all. Tables and floor needed cleaning. No help at all from staff. Waited at the counter while the Mgr (I think Bella was here name) and her staff were hiding in the back cracking jokes, laughing. I had to wait about 10 minutes until the Mgr finally came out and yelled out an order for pick up. She turned to me, with no greeting, and stared. I let her know I was there for a GrubHub order. She basically tossed it at me. I guess they do not like their delivery partners but no need to be rude. Great chance here for the owners or Panera Bread to do some addition training or restaffing. Great location, drive thru pick up was quick and food was ready on time. Double check your order before leaving. I ordered 6 bagels total- 3 cinnamon crunch & 3 cinnamon swirls. We got all cinnamon crunch bagels . Order was placed for 1 Asiago Bagel sausage scrambled egg & Bacon egg scramble on ciabatta. We received 2 of the Asiago sandwich's instead. Went there for lunch the other day and it wasn't a good experience. The menu on the wall is not clear as for combinations, less than a full order and pricing for less than a full serving. We ordered a half sandwich with a small soup and a half sandwich with a small salad for dine in. One order incorrectly had a full sandwich. The order took a long time and the soup was lukewarm. We did not get an itemized receipt and the total bill was high at $38. The menu needs to be clear, an itemized receipt should be provided and food should be provided at the proper eating temperature. We will not be returning anytime soon. For the price, we can get a hot meal, table service, and not have to buss our own tray. read more
