Not the best Panera. Soup was lumpy. Out of baguettes? At dinner time? It was also freezing cold in there.

I love Panera Bread's food, for the most part, but I definitely have some disappointments with this location. For one thing, the wait in line is ridiculous. Even if you are only 3rd in line you will be standing there for a while because, well, they are insanely slow (which really sucks for those of us with arthritis). And there is never more than one register open. They always appear to be understaffed. Another problem is that they run out of menu items by early evening. Now I have a free pastry due, but will never be able to use it. I am a night owl. If you want a pastry after 5 pm you are S.O.L.. At 6:15 pm the only sweet they had left was a bear claw and a cookie. Literally everything else is depleted. This happens every time, it is not a fluke; this location does not stock enough to get thru the day, EVER! If I drive to Easton I can get any pastry, or bagel, or sourdough bowl at night -- but it's a long trek in heavy traffic. Another pet peeve.. they have changed the Asiago Roast Beef sandwich THREE times now.. and it gets worse each time, and each time with a new name. It was the reason I ate at Panera Bread -- that and French Onion soup, which they also sometimes discontinue. Combine the lack of getting what I want, and the long wait, with the small portions, and you can see why some customers have flown the coop! read more

OK so let's start with lunch for 2 people cost $24 and change. Now I'm not afraid to spend some money to eat well but that's the problem this wasn't "good eats" I ordered the pick 2 and had French onion soup and the beef and white cheddar pannini. What arrived was not worth the price. My soup was not hot enough to melt the cheese that had been shaved on top of it and it had croutons in it. I'm a huge fan of French onion soup and it's supposed to have copious amounts of cheese on it and actual bread. Hard to believe that Panera (a bakery) would skimp on such an integral part of the soup. Not a winning experience. Then my sandwich was bread with beef and cheese. Nothing more nothing less. It was in the pannini press but not sufficient to warm the meat that came from the fridge. The cheese and meat was still cold. Overall not a great experience and I'll probably not be back. read more

Came into panera and ordered a Frozen Mocha it was excellent, but my experience went down as I walked down towards the cafe. A big man was making food and was very rude. He even threw a tomato as hard as possible at my ear and called me a retard. I asked him for his name and he screamed "My name is hunter you fucking cuck" Other than that my experience was great, loved the atmosphere read more

This location is a waste of time. Every time (and yes, every time) we go in there, there is some sort of issue- they are out of BREAD, out of soup, out of broth, etc. They are always very slow and the employees aren't typically very friendly. You will wait in line even when they aren't very busy. I keep trying them because I love Panera, it is close to me, and I hope they have gotten better but I'm always disappointed. I'm an avid Panera-goer. I often to go the Health and Lancaster location but I was in Reynoldsburg so for the first time I came here. I always enjoy the food. However, my experience here was unfortunately very uncomfortable. My cashier, Larissa waa very nice and approachable. However the two gentlemen behind the counter making the food were very rude. My order was incorrect and I came back in to get the correct sandwich after walking out the door. I would have just gone with it however I'm a vegetarian and the sandwich they gave me had chicken. So, i came in and the first gentleman rudly asks "Yes?" And I let them know and kindly asked for the correct sandwich. The same gentleman then asked "Does that mean you can't eat anything with a face?" So I proceed to respond and the other gentleman starts incorrectly explaining my vegetarian lifestyle to the first gentleman thu, interrupting me. He explains rudely "You take a bunch of multivitamins and hope for the best". Again, not looking or speaking to me. It was clear he was personally against vegetarianism. Then, they begin to discuss my choice of diet and then loudly talking about how a particular manager is not used to their "inappropriate jokes". While personal conversation doesn't bother me, it was uncomfortable to hear they're personal problems loudly to me and the rest of the customers. Overall, these two gentleman made my experience very uncomfortable and I will visit the Lancaster Panera location instead. read more

We eat at Panera in Grove City, Ohio all the time but this experience makes me never want to go to another Panera again! The girl taking our order deleted it twice, then we watched 3 other people who ordered behind us get served more than 10 minutes before us. Eventually after almost 35 minutes we got our food after going up to the counter to ask about it. We had 2 sandwiches and 4 soups (2 bread bowls)... I'm not an expert but I would think more than 10-15 at most to prepare that meal. Adding insult to injury our cookies were rock hard, we asked for replacements and they only wanted to give us one out of the three, unbelievable!! I would not recommend this location to anyone until they make major improvements Have a happy Halloween and stay away from this location! read more

The Reynoldsburg Panera is Horrible. I will never go again. Took forever to order and we were only 3rd in line. Then went to get a seat and every table was filthy. I asked the Manager if someone could wipe down tables, including the one we were sitting at. About 10 minutes later a young girl came out, wiped one table and the trash can and took dishes to the back. When she returned for more dishes I approached her and asked her to wipe our table as we have been waiting at a dirty table for a while. She was so RUDE. She quickly wiped our table with a dirty rag, left it wet, and stormed off. Finally someone came out to finish wiping all tables in which they did with the same rag and never sprayed cleaner or cleaned the rag in between tables. I was disgusted. Finally our food came after a long wait..about 20 minutes. Our soup was cold and my steak and cheddar had 2 thin slices of steak and a huge bun. To top it off the bill was $22 and we had water. Never again Panera Reynoldsburg. I will do what your staff wants and go across the street or next door. read more

My salad was overdressed, my sandwich was not quite fully toasted, and my mother's salad was lacking dressing, which she had to inquire about after we received our food. Of course, they gave her the dressing without hassle but it would have been nice if they nailed it the first time. Otherwise, the restaurant was clean and the staff weren't a problem. read more

I haven't been to Panera in awhile, but I was so disappointed in this Panera. There were literally 4 customers in the whole restaurant, and they still managed to get my order wrong:(. I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 bowls of broccoli cheddar soup. Got in the car and only had 1 CUP of soup. Not even the bowl size that I ordered. I drove back and my husband had to go back in and get the other soup they forgot.... and no baguette:-/. For $40, I expect ALOT more. read more

During my college years, this was the first and only Panera I went to. Years later, the location is the same, the décor has been updated, and the staff has changed, yet this location is still a favorite stop when I'm in or near Reynoldsburg. This location always seems to have my favorite items in stock, such as the green tea, cherry pastry and everything bagel. I'm now able to pull up my Panera Rewards at checkout with my phone number. I enjoy the rewards and savings from the My Panera rewards card. The free Wi-Fi and soft music always make the visit to this Panera relaxing and enjoyable. This restaurant is always clean and clutter free. The parking lot wraps around the outside exterior. There are two entrances, yet they are awkwardly placed. However, many Panera's I visit are somewhat "tucked away" like this location. I still recommend this for college students and anyone who LOVES Panera! read more

This Panera is horrible. HORRIBLE! I don't know why I even bother with this place. They can't get a single online order right and when ask for items that you get with the order it's literally a fight every single time. Tonight for example, order a group French onion soup, no cheese, no croutons in the bag. Ask for said cheese and croutons. They hand me one small cup and one small bag of croutons. They argue that the items are in the bag and refuse to give anymore. For a GROUP SIZE ONION SOUP. This Panera is a shit hole with little assholes running the place. I had a bowl of soup and a pastry delivered to my elderly mom. The order was to be delivered between 6:16 and 6:26 pm. The driver got lost and she didn't receive her food until almost 6:45pm. Not a big deal, but when I checked my bank statement I had been billed $5.00 more than what my email receipt stated. $17.00 is a bit much for a bowl of soup and a pastry. Who authorized Panera to add a $5 tip to my card. My mom tipped the driver cash when he delivered, so someone got tipped twice. I wont ever use this service again. Imagine how many people don't check their accounts and have been billed extra charges. read more

While staying next to this Panera at the Fairfield Inn, I visited Panera on two separate evenings. The first visit was a disaster. The staff were yelling back and forth at one another like a bunch of McDonald employees, no professionalism what so ever. Thinking it was a fluke, we returned the next night...after all it's cold in Ohio and soup hits the spot. The same staff were there acting like a bunch of disorganized kids. The manager, didn't get her name, tall thin brown hair girl, was more interested in the coffee being cold and made a big production in front of all the customers instead of being discreet and simply remaking the pot. The girl that made most of the customers uncomfortable "Catherine?" was busy engaging the staff members in the latest gossip about other employees rather than taking one of the 6 people in line. And when she finally got the message to help she continued to talk about the employee to me! WTH??? Panera you have a serious management/employee issue in this store. Time for a secret shopper around 6-7pm. read more

I have almost never had an amazing experience here. I've been here so many times that I'm honestly surprised that I haven't written a bad review. Almost EVERY time I come in I'm greeted with a bad attitude. This time it was from Kayla! Hi Kayla! Your attitude was sub par for customer service. You made a mistake on my order and proceeded to make me feel as though it was my fault and that I was wasting YOUR time. This is your job. You are required to provide a positive experience for every guest. I should know, I've been in costumer service for 8 years!! And you're not the only one who's given me a terrible experience. Your manager that day had a terrible attitude and fed from your negative energy! There were no apologies and no thank you's! So I would like to thank you for the final experience I'm having at this location. I will gladly travel out of my way to avoid this location. I work at Polaris and the one up there has an incredible staff filled with friendly faces and positive energy! I paid 16 dollars for a cup of Prego pasta sauce inspired tomato soup (not a bowl), and a sandwich with flavorless, white, water filled tomatoes. I didn't even buy a drink. This place is a ripoff. The cashier was snarky, and repeated my order wrong 3 times. (I'd be snarky too if I was her age and worked here). Where is the money going? The slow as molasses free wifi? The fake fireplace? Not at all upto panera standards. The cutlery we were given was not clean to begin with. To top that they served the wrong sandwich and argued with us until we showed them. I won't recommend stopping here for any meal. Look around for other options or go to some other panera. read more

Wow. This is our 3rd time to visit this particular Panera. Our 3rd time to be very disappointed. We travel on Route 70 a lot and usually enjoy fresh Panera food. This place seriously needs to get it together. Is there ever a manager on duty? The lines are exceptionally long. Hint to management: Peak hours mean more staff. Workers could better be utilized to prepare customers' orders rather than delivering food to tables. Pagers are handed out so we are quite capable of retrieving our own orders! After I ordered and paid for my meal, I was informed that their store doesn't offer what I ordered. What?! It's on the menu! We won't be customers at this location.
