    Happy "crab" special
    Keenan T.

The blueberry smoothie was a rich and creamy experience with just a hint of sweetness. The staff quickly served both items in the order in this comfortable cozy cafe. The artificial crab burger was a treat with a crisp patty and delicious sauce.

We went last night to the Loving Hut for the first time and let me tell you , it's really good! They have a large menu and a couple of daily specials. We got the vegan orange chicken, vegan pepper steak , a strawberry smoothie , chai tea and a tiramisu cake. I have not had tiramisu since I turned vegan over 4 years ago. So good! Highly recommended. Go check it out even if you're not vegan

Amazing as always Great, quick, attentive counter service by the most "beautiful hostess" in the business Worth the drive from Westerville! Soups are without compare! Tso's Tofu is amazing! Noble burger is the best ever, try it! And don't forget dessert!

This is the only four star rating I have ever given for a restaurant where I really didn't enjoy the food. The staff and atmosphere are so positive. Good vibes all around and you can tell they are making a positive impact in their community. The food was sadly a miss for me. Spring rolls tasted just like the ones you can get frozen. Thai iced tea was orange and tasted overwhelmingly like soy. The chili tots were not actually tots...they were french fries which was odd. The chili was really more like just beans and chickpeas piled on top. In spite of that, I would return and try other things on the menu.

General Tso's tofu and dumplings! Delicious!

Dropped in for a quick vegan meal and wanted to buy everything. My eyes were bigger than my stomach but everything was fantastic! I also had the raspberry mousse cake.

Nice! Fully vegan menu, and very easy to get to location just off the menu. I'll definitely be coming back here. The menu is much more American influenced than I had expected, being used to California locations, and I ended up with an excellent smoothie and BBQ sandwich. Not being particularly hungry, I decided not to opt for any of the Asian options, although I kinda wish I had. The staff is super friendly (bizarrely so, in fact). The only gotcha here is that the parking lot entrance is a particularly steep hump, which I can see had got a lot of cars - and I was driving a car that was pretty low, so slow going.

Noble burger with cheeze -- amazing!

I usually love Paulie Gee's Short North, which made this experience especially disappointing. We…read morespent over $80 on a to-go order that included two Gina's Gem, a big cheese pizza, and a salad. The pizza arrived cold but was still edible. Unfortunately, the Gina's Gem was nothing like what was advertised. I was expecting warm, crusty bread with a roasted cheese dip on the side so you could tear pieces of bread and dip them into the cheese. Instead, the cheese had already been spread directly onto the bread and toasted together. Because of that, the bread lost the texture you would expect--it wasn't crusty or dippable at all. It ended up soft, almost soggy, and the cheese was baked onto the bread rather than being a dip. The whole appeal of the dish was supposed to be the warm bread with the roasted cheese to dip into, and that part was completely missing. Included with the bread was a hot honey that missed the mark on being "hot" and some kind of jam. These options just made everything even more soft....which should have been impossible. The salad was actually the best part of the meal - even though it was a bit spicy. I've always had good experiences here in the past, so this was a big letdown--especially for the price. I just wish the to-go version of the dish matched how it's described, or that expectations were set correctly when ordering. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose all trust in ordering from here again. I can't believe we waited until exactly 3pm (when they opened) to order this.... At the very least the pizza should have been hot.

The Sunday special includes any two pizzas and a salad for $40 and we couldn't pass up this deal! The Caesar salad was absolutely phenomenal, topped with freshly shaved parm and bread crumbs, and mixed with this incredible spicy red pepper that was so delicious, we asked for more on the side. Both pizzas left us speechless as well, I really don't think you can go wrong with whatever you order. Service was great, food was prepared quickly, and there is plenty of seating and a bar area. Can't wait to be back!

A place you need to at least experience and judge for yourself. Great thing is they have an All American menu with plenty of plant-based options. Something for everyone. The chicken and waffles are something I'll never understand. People love 'em, it's a lasting fad, I'll try them. These are pretty good. Not good enough to make a convert of me, but recommended. I don't quite get the whole chicken is made from King oyster mushrooms, thing. Huh? No matter. I ate it. Really enjoyed it. Highlight for me was the excellent service and the total ambiance of the place. Can't speak to the value for the buck aspect, but i believe we'll be back! 08/24

I didn't even know they existed. But yea, they are out there and they are...delicious. I have to admit, I was a bit hesitant (okay, really hesitant) when we walked into the small but friendly Lifestyle Cafe. Ordering was a breeze; walk up to the iPad thing and out your own order in, customizing as you please. Unfortunately they were out of the mushroom version so we got the Seitan and Soy versions. He ordered the Seitan and i ordered the soy but we split it up so we could each try. First, the waffles. A bit darker than expected but excellent. You could really taste the cinnamon and coconut sugar brûlée, which was a nice differentiator. Solid waffle. The Seitan was great, deep flavor and nice crunchiness. The soy was decent but it was basically soy with some batter, not nearly as much flavor. I am not vegan but I'd definitely come back to explore more of the menu. If they can make a solid vegan chicken and waffles, I'm interested to see what else they can do.

And what I identified as being one of the few vegetarian options in rural Ohio turned out as well as I could have hoped. The place is a short detour from the highway, just off the town's main street, and is a beautiful space with a high ceiling, brick walls, and interesting furniture. The menu is small, but offers most of what a vegetarian restaurant should. There's some tofu, there's some meat substitutes, but what I got is falafel, which is one of those foods that just happens to be vegetarian. It was a splendid platter, with a healthy dose of fresh-tasting quinoa tabbouleh. The falafel seemed baked and came with ample garnishes. I added some grape leaves as well. These people like olives and cucumber a bit more than I do, but I nonetheless was full for a nice price. They were mostly vegan but did have (and did clearly announce as the one exception) a goat cheese dish. I would certainly recommend the place as being worth a stop for road trippers, and if I find myself on this road again I would like to stop back.
