I haven't eaten Panera Bread in a while. I decided to try it since most items are lite and it's kinda late to be eating dinner. There was no one in the drive thru when I pulled in and I was immediately assisted. I wasn't familiar with the menu but the lady assisting me took their time and patience and repeated my order back correctly. The ambiance of this place is casual and gives you a bakery fill when you step inside. They keep this establishment clean which I appreciate. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Sandwich w/ onions and Chicken Noodle soup ( a pick 2 meal), a cup of Tomato Soup, and a Greek Chicken Salad. It also includes 2 pieces of bread and a bag of chips. You could also choose an apple as a side. My soup was warm and tasted good to me. My salad was great and I'm glad they brought the raw onions back because I hated the pickled onions. read more

I was in this area on business and decided to stop here for lunch, this is the second Panera Bread restaurant I have been in in my life, my experience here I was not disappointed, parking no problem, there in a patio in the front, this establishment is clean outside as well as inside. The staff was very nice and friendly, we ordered the mix & match special, which you can get a half of a sandwich with soup or salad, the bistro french onion soup was good, fuja apple chip chicken salad was absolutely delicious, turkey sandwich, dragon fruit sunset energy refreasher was so so, and a chocolate chip kitchen sink cookie that was to die for. Popped by here with a serious hangover, I forgot this place existed, they kinda just died out after those heart attack drinks. Anyway I got this bagel with egg, bacon, and sausage. Ordered new Ciabatta Cheeses steak and chicken wild rice soup. Was disappointed on my first bite of my sandwich (was told by staff it's a very good sandwich) Didn't impress me but after taking more bites and got into the mix of the meat, provolone, garlic aioli, papa dew peppers and caramelized onions all together, I liked it a lot (took it to another level.) Just wish ingredients were spread out more evenly all together to get the wholesome taste right away (my first bite did not have everything). My soup was good and have no complain. I'm not one to complain, but this has been an ongoing issue. Today, my mother and I ordered two coffees, and the lids were not secured properly. One spilled and burned her hand--she received only a quick "sorry about that," and her hand is still red. In the past, we've consistently experienced loose lids, very long wait times (up to 15 minutes even when we were the only customers), and incorrect orders--such as being given creamer and Splenda on the side after specifically requesting them in the coffee. As a loyal customer, this has been disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this location. read more

Good Panera location, although small from the inside, but very clean and organized, coffee filled for all of them, not lukewarm but hot, Monin syrup ready for use, almost mistaken for a popul store when the sign said Panera drive thru, but they do have everything else including outdoor seating areas. Parking is a bit tricky since it was surrounded by the drive thru loop, you might park by the front door, but you have to pull out the same way of the drive thru entrance, no other exit, otherwise you will be hitting traffic coming from the drive thru line read more

So bummed to update my review to 1 star. Would do 0 if I could. My recent visit was absolutely the complete opposite. The food took forever & then it was cold. The staff was rude and were more concerned about gossiping than helping the guests. Overheard that they changed Management which is evident because the last one Desiree made my experience excellent and now it seems like a sinking ship. Won't be returning. For anyone that goes to this location, make sure they get your order correct!!!!! They always seem to forget something, which is ironic because they have a "#1 ACCURATE CAFE" trophy displayed in the front by the cashier. I have not experience this so called "accuracy." It's a shame because I love Panera and it's location is good. On the last two orders alone they messed up. On one order, I specifically substituted the poppyseed dressing for apple vinaigrette on a salad, and yet they put poppyseed dressing on the salad. That salad was for someone who has dietary restrictions and CAN NOT have poppyseeds. Ordered through the app an order for lunch, that was pretty easy. Picked up my food and after tasting it, I felt something off. I opened the bread, low and behold there was a big bug on the bread. Not even wedged between ingredients, just plain laying on the bread. I dont understand how the food preparers could have missed it. I called to speak to a manager but noone was answering. " Emily Viera Was So Nice & A Great Teacher " I went to Panera Bread located in the Rialto, CA area in the Renaissance Marketplace shopping center. I went very early in the morning so I could get some breakfast. When I entered the Panera Bread store I met Emily Viera a Panera employee who was working at the front counter. Emily was so nice and had a "Bubbly" personality, as she answered all of my questions about Panera's products. Emily was also training a new Panera Bread employee and did a great job walking around with her and helping, introducing, and training the new employee about everything that came up while she was working. After being a teacher myself for 35 years, I appreciated Emily's teaching job for the new employee. For my breakfast, I ordered a Brioche, Bacon, Egg, and cheese sandwich. For dessert, I also ordered a couple of Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, which were very good. Panera Bread was a nice place to visit, check it out ! read more

Just got back home from getting an order to go. I ordered 2 of the "you pick 2" with Mac and cheese/frontera chicken sandwich and the other with street corn chowder/ tuna salad sandwich. When I opened the bag at home I noticed there was no tuna sandwich but instead 2 of the chicken frontega sandwiches. I called to try and talk to a manager and the 1st time I called it just rang. I called back again and someone picked up the phone but wouldn't talk. I kept saying hello and trying to get an answer when I hear female workers saying "oh whose phone is this? It seems like the customer service here has been slacking. I ordered my drive-through pick up on Monday evening 4/8 for 6am on 4/9. Upon arrival, the girl at drive through seemed bothered since I was picking up my order through the window. I was I was disregarded as she continued talking to another bigger worker. After waiting for 5 minutes at the window a young man came out from and handed me my order that was sitting on the counter next to the window the WHOLE TIME.! Call me Karen or whatever, however placing an order ahead of time is because I respect the time of restaurant establishments, so I would assume they would appreciate people who have large specific orders who order ahead of time. Another thing that upset me was the fact that I specifically ordered bagels sliced AND TOASTED. Please reference the photo indicating that bagels were indeed NOT TOASTED. So last Thursday we ordered bread bowls... two of them and got bowls with bread... Friday gave this Panera location another chance again same thing Bowls with bread.. So Monday a third time! You call can see the 1.5 rating this Panera has. Believe it and go somewhere else. They don't even deserve that and likely their 5 star ratings were put in by their employees. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER do any sort of catering order from them. They will screw it up and then try to blame you. We just had a large catering order for our school. We put everything in well ahead of time and it never arrived. When we called, we got one excuse after another and then they finally tried to say that we "cancelled the order" the night before. But they could not produce anything that proved that. If they had just said that they were sorry and then worked quickly to fill and deliver the order it might still have been okay. But they decided that it was far more important to CYA the entire time and then finally tried to lie about it. If you want to ruin your event and have everyone at your business/school/organization mad at you then by all means go with this Panera. First time at this location and we had no complaints. Walking in the place was clean and the girl at the counter was very sweet and friendly. Our food came quickly and was delicious. My soup was hot and so good, one of my favorites, and the salad was fresh and crisp. The hubby's turkey sandwich looked so good! I wanted to take a bite, but me and bread are no longer friends so I just had to imagine how good his sandwich tasted. He said it was good, the turkey was moist, bacon was crisp and just as I thought, the bread was the best part. My hubby's only complaint was his chocolate chip cookie didn't taste like cookies from other Panera locations. He said it was good but missing something.
