Nasty Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries & Pecans------nasty.

Served me oatmeal that was obviously scraped out of the bottom of the pan, practically had to cut it with a knife. Nobody in their right mind should serve food that terrible.

It is located off of Laburnum right next to 7-Eleven. It is a busy parking lot with people flying through it coming from 7-Eleven & other places, so please be cautious. They have drive thru & online order/curbside pickup available. It's a pretty fast process if you're in a hurry. The staff inside have been friendly each time I've come here. I have no complaints about their service I recently ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, chips, and a blueberry muffin. The muffin was different than other Panera's I've been to because it didn't have the course sugar on top. I really look forward to that extra texture on top. :) It was still delicious though. I definitely recommend this location.

Panera during the pandemic! Not all Panera's are alike! Wow!! This drive thru was super fast! We ordered a Greek salad with quinoa, and two "pick 2" meals, chicken soup and Mac n' cheese! We got it lickety split, faster than that golden arched chain! And healthy too!! The server on intercom was helpful with the menu. She was pleasant and courteous. We gave her our Panera Reward card for points toward our next purchase! (Bear claws, we're coming for you!) Our check was less than $30 for three people, so that's not a too much "bread" for the quality and quantity of the food here! If you don't feel like cooking with pots and pans, get over to Panera... good healthy eating, consistent grub!!

An alleged Cobb Salad with extra avacado.

I have been a Panera customer for years. My last visit was suboptimal, but I thought just a bad day. Returned to have a Cobb Salad with chewy bacon, tasteless chicken, and one additional slice of avacado ( for which I paid extra). The 1/2 tuna sandwich was fishy and somewhat paste like. The decision to go to cheaper products certainly has reduced the likelihood of Panera being on my go to list. Sad to see the such a trend.

The food was good but the service sucked. They shorted me on my change and he appeared to try to ignore me when I called him on it. I know it's just $1 but still.. Then, they ignored the special instructions on my order and I ended up with cheese and onion on the part of the order for someone with food sensitivity.

    Hairy soup

Between the hair in my soup and the triple grilled cheese sandwich, it is safe to say I will NEVER return to this location - let alone any Panera.

Wow! I Never write any reviews but I am amazed I went to Panera in white oak and the manager comes out and gives me a dessert and tells me to keep the hard work. I often come here to study because it is a quiet, stress free environment. I am amazed at the generosity and the care they have for their customer! Thank you so much to Panera in white oak and to the managers( I believe his name was Michael in an orange shirt and another manager was on staff in a blue shirt greeted me very kindly) nonetheless us college students are stressed around finals and this kindred act really enlightened my spirit. He even went out of the way to bring me a drink, I am forever grateful for kind people who make the world go round.

Very nostalgic vibe, staff was friendly and helpful in navigating the large menu. Initially, we wanted a club (they have several to choose from but I asked the cashier if he had to choose between that and a steak and cheese he opted for the sub. The 12 inch large combo was about $20 (cash discount) to include fries and a large limeade. This spot is popular so there was a wait but they moved the orders along in a reasonable amount of time. The sub was a bit thin as the meat is sliced vs chopped, I wasn't a fan of the seasoning they used and it was just warm when I got back to mom's house (which isn't that far) but the bread itself was really good and fresh (2.9/5), their fries served piping hot and seasoned well (5/5) and I'm so glad the cashier hyped up the limeade as it was just as good as Bill's barbecue back in the day (yup I'm telling my age but iykyk), perfectly sweet and tart served with that good hospital ice, lol (10/5). I definitely want that limeade again so I'll be back!

Upon arrival, it was quite busy but the location still had plenty of seating. When we were seated, we noticed it was only one waitress waiting tables too. She was able to get us our drinks and orders pretty quickly despite working solo. I was the adventurous one in our group and ordered the pb and j cheese burger. Upon initial bite, it really tasted like a really well constructed burger. It was a double patty burger with white cheese. You don't really taste the jam. As you're chewing, the peanut butter comes out and it really makes the bite more creamy and definitely tastes of peanut butter. Overall, I would recommend fat boys for sure. Earlier in the month, I was finally able to check them out for the first time. I had my eye on their Italian hoagie, which is listed under the Cold section, but I know better at this point in time of living in the South and the many Italian hoagies that I have had to refrigerate. So I ordered it without the tomato or peppers and served cold. I ordered it through the bartender, who told me that they do serve them cold and that they were out of peppers that day. Turns out they were not out of peppers and they did not serve it cold. I can't eat peppers due to food sensitivities, so I sent it back and asked for it to be re-made. This was the bartender's mistake, from the receipt I could see that he didn't send those notes to Fat Kid, to be clear. The second rendition was made correctly, and it was definitely tasty, but they are overpriced. It's pretty obvious from my picture that this wasn't some hefty, super stuffed and loaded with meats/cheese hoagie. It looks like a normal 6" hoagie. Not worth $11 for it, in my opinion. I'd rather spend $16 at Stanley's or $10 for a full-size at Mr. Submarine.

I am kind and generous in my critique and try to maintain a professional decorum. With that said, I ordered four pieces of Whiting, sweet potato fries, green beans, and three chicken thighs. All of it was garbage!!! I expected four normal-sized pieces of fish, but instead, I received cut-bite-sized fish. The grease that was used to fry this fish was not fresh. My chicken thighs looked and tasted like they had been cooked some days ago. I received approximately 11 fries, and the green beans came straight out of the can with no seasoning. I understand that we live in trying times, but this is ridiculous. Usually, I would give restaurants the benefit of the doubt, but I can honestly say this is a one-and-done for me.

Not the best area but the food is INCREDIBLE. From the Nashville sliders to the shrimp Po boy and the fish. It was all so good. The service was fast even though they were super busy. It also looks like they get a lot of to go orders. I started off with the fish and shrimp platter. I'm not sure what that's called but the fish was fresh, fried to perfection. Shrimp was also really good, pairs well with tar tar sauce. The shrimp Po boy was my favorite. The sauce on it was SO GOOD, the bread was incredibly fresh. 20/10 for the Po boy. The manage habanero shrimp was super spicy but so good. The fried oysters was a unique menu item. Good as well. The sliders, we customized and got one hot honey and one Nashville hot. Both delicious. Also come with fries and I love a good fry. The wacky whiting sandwich was a fun and delicious item as well. Perfect for fish lovers that are looking for something more. The loaded Mac and cheese was so good as well. Lastly we had the funnel fries and it was a unique touch and was so good! The decor is cute but I don't love that it's attached to the gas station. Overall, the food was extremely good and definitely recommend if you are in the area.
