Stopped for breakfast at 10:00. Out of soufflés, sweets are mostly empty, and the cashier never looked up or acknowledged us. She spoke looking down and was extremely unfriendly. We were the only ones in line. We ordered breakfast sandwich and coffee. Coffees and hot water were all cold. Asked for new ones and met with a big sigh. It is located off of Laburnum right next to 7-Eleven. It is a busy parking lot with people flying through it coming from 7-Eleven & other places, so please be cautious. They have drive thru & online order/curbside pickup available. It's a pretty fast process if you're in a hurry. The staff inside have been friendly each time I've come here. I have no complaints about their service I recently ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, chips, and a blueberry muffin. The muffin was different than other Panera's I've been to because it didn't have the course sugar on top. I really look forward to that extra texture on top. :) It was still delicious though. Panera during the pandemic! Not all Panera's are alike! Wow!! This drive thru was super fast! We ordered a Greek salad with quinoa, and two "pick 2" meals, chicken soup and Mac n' cheese! We got it lickety split, faster than that golden arched chain! And healthy too!! The server on intercom was helpful with the menu. She was pleasant and courteous. We gave her our Panera Reward card for points toward our next purchase! (Bear claws, we're coming for you!) Our check was less than $30 for three people, so that's not a too much "bread" for the quality and quantity of the food here! I have been a Panera customer for years. My last visit was suboptimal, but I thought just a bad day. Returned to have a Cobb Salad with chewy bacon, tasteless chicken, and one additional slice of avacado ( for which I paid extra). The 1/2 tuna sandwich was fishy and somewhat paste like. The decision to go to cheaper products certainly has reduced the likelihood of Panera being on my go to list. Sad to see the such a trend. read more

I often come here to study because it is a quiet, stress free environment. I am amazed at the generosity and the care they have for their customer! Thank you so much to Panera in white oak and to the managers( I believe his name was Michael in an orange shirt and another manager was on staff in a blue shirt greeted me very kindly) nonetheless us college students are stressed around finals and this kindred act really enlightened my spirit. I live near this location and don't always find it convenient to frequent. However, against my better judgement and after their failed attempts to get my orders right in the past, I decided to pick up a couple of grain bowls and bagels. If you can get the grain bowl, they're fabulous when prepared correctly, of which, I had my first one in Charlotte, NC. Unfortunately, this was not my experience on 12/18. I've ordered the same menu items the last 5 times at this location and they've gotten it right only once, which was two Mediterranean grain bowls with chicken, no feta cheese on one and extra hummus. My order totaled $38 with the addition of 6 bagels sliced and no cream cheese for a grand total of $38. Bagels were fine. The grain bowls, not so much! The first time I was given the bowls, they added feta cheese. Sent that back thru the drive-thru window. They fixed it over and then I realized, after getting home, there was no arugula in either grain bowl, no chicken in one of them and the rice tasted like it was leftover from the day before and wasn't reheated properly. Also, the receipt didn't show who 'spot-checked' my order, which tells me if it was done incorrectly twice, NOBODY followed Panera's policy TWICE!!! Not good Panera! The cost of the food is too high for us to get home and not have what we ordered. I encourage folks to test their policy for spot-checking and add your review. I just want to know if I should move my business to CAVA, which is where I am going today! read more

Just stopped at this Panera and ordered food. Then went to the bathroom and an employee had just walked in before me with no mask, in a small enclosed bathroom that was dirty. I went to look for a manager, only to find out that SHE IS THe MANAGER!! What a piece of crap role model. She was unapologetic & tried to lie and say she went in to "blow her nose". Yea right, for 12 minutes?? I received my order before she came out of the bathroom. My husband said the men's room was disgusting, especially the toilet. There are lots of other places to eat in the area, do yourself a favor & go elsewhere. As a physician, I was horrified. Going to call the corporate office. So disappointed. read more
