Nasty Steel Cut Oatmeal with Strawberries & Pecans------nasty.

Served me oatmeal that was obviously scraped out of the bottom of the pan, practically had to cut it with a knife. Nobody in their right mind should serve food that terrible.

It is located off of Laburnum right next to 7-Eleven. It is a busy parking lot with people flying through it coming from 7-Eleven & other places, so please be cautious. They have drive thru & online order/curbside pickup available. It's a pretty fast process if you're in a hurry. The staff inside have been friendly each time I've come here. I have no complaints about their service I recently ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup, chips, and a blueberry muffin. The muffin was different than other Panera's I've been to because it didn't have the course sugar on top. I really look forward to that extra texture on top. :) It was still delicious though. I definitely recommend this location.

Panera during the pandemic! Not all Panera's are alike! Wow!! This drive thru was super fast! We ordered a Greek salad with quinoa, and two "pick 2" meals, chicken soup and Mac n' cheese! We got it lickety split, faster than that golden arched chain! And healthy too!! The server on intercom was helpful with the menu. She was pleasant and courteous. We gave her our Panera Reward card for points toward our next purchase! (Bear claws, we're coming for you!) Our check was less than $30 for three people, so that's not a too much "bread" for the quality and quantity of the food here! If you don't feel like cooking with pots and pans, get over to Panera... good healthy eating, consistent grub!!

An alleged Cobb Salad with extra avacado.

I have been a Panera customer for years. My last visit was suboptimal, but I thought just a bad day. Returned to have a Cobb Salad with chewy bacon, tasteless chicken, and one additional slice of avacado ( for which I paid extra). The 1/2 tuna sandwich was fishy and somewhat paste like. The decision to go to cheaper products certainly has reduced the likelihood of Panera being on my go to list. Sad to see the such a trend.

The food was good but the service sucked. They shorted me on my change and he appeared to try to ignore me when I called him on it. I know it's just $1 but still.. Then, they ignored the special instructions on my order and I ended up with cheese and onion on the part of the order for someone with food sensitivity.

    Hairy soup

Between the hair in my soup and the triple grilled cheese sandwich, it is safe to say I will NEVER return to this location - let alone any Panera.

Wow! I Never write any reviews but I am amazed I went to Panera in white oak and the manager comes out and gives me a dessert and tells me to keep the hard work. I often come here to study because it is a quiet, stress free environment. I am amazed at the generosity and the care they have for their customer! Thank you so much to Panera in white oak and to the managers( I believe his name was Michael in an orange shirt and another manager was on staff in a blue shirt greeted me very kindly) nonetheless us college students are stressed around finals and this kindred act really enlightened my spirit. He even went out of the way to bring me a drink, I am forever grateful for kind people who make the world go round.

Only street parking is available, but it wasn't too difficult to find a spot. The atmosphere: Very rustic vibe with some farmhouse-style decor. They have table, high-top, bar, and patio seating available. The food: I opted for the Chicken and Waffles with a side of cheese grits. I chose to make it hot for more spice. It's served with one whole waffle, two large pieces of fried chicken, and syrup on the side. The chicken was not seasoned as much as I hoped and wasn't as spicy as I expected, which was a bummer. The cheese grits were alright as well, but not as flavorful as I hoped. My partner ordered the Double Barrel Bowl, and he really enjoyed it. It was packed with pulled pork and was plentiful and filling. The service: Great and kind service from Mave (I believe that is her name but I'm not entirely sure). She informed us about the daily specials and was attentive throughout our visit.

The space is huge for a walking-mall restaurant, with several dozen tables and booths. Music is nice background not overly loud. Service was absolutely excellent and food came out within minutes. Empty dishes picked up within seconds. We ordered an appetizer of crab rangoon. It came to us hot and tasty but to be honest it had little to no fake crab in it. That was a little disappointing. For our mains I had chicken stir fried noodles and pork soup dumplings. When it was put in front of me I thought the noodles looked like a smallish portion but this turned out not to be the case -- the dish was more than adequate and very nicely composed. I enjoyed every bit of it but barely finished it. The soup dumplings were umami-on-a-spoon. Served in a steam basket, these were very warm and the broth inside was just perfect. I thought it was a tad salty, my wife disagreed. And since it was her main course and not mine, I will bow to her opinion. This was a nice casual meal, especially for the price. If you go, do not pass up the opportunity to walk up to the bao station and watch the food being made. Our server encouraged us to do this, and it was really interesting, and the staff doesn't seem to mind the attention!

The orange chicken from Ugly Dumpling is absolutely amazing!!!!! I was recommended the orange chicken by my server who was very kind and attentive!! Also, I got the noodles with spicy sauce which weren't super spicy but still tasty and I tried the veggie bao buns for the first time and really enjoyed them! If they aren't part of the decor, it was a treat nonetheless. We stepped inside from the rain with a parking spot very near the door. I snapped a pic on the way in to capture it's essence. We risked another walk-in with no reservations, and we snagged two prime end seats on the communal table. There were two open seats at the bar as well; might come in handy some other rainy Thursday night. The server, Murphy M., judging by the receipt, who helped my partner and I with our order, was a gracious host and incredibly well-practiced. It was a master class in serving, made effortless by him. He could not have been more accommodating, as we saw him appear inevitably at the exact right moments. Our server offered us bread and oil before the appetizer. The bread here is made fresh daily. It was so soft, I could not tell the difference from store bought. The food was exquisitely well prepared, the chefs and kitchen staff are immensely skilled. The appetizer was presented to us within a relatively short amount of time. We had time for a short discussion before the it arrived. The Tiropita was described as "four pieces of heaven." Accurate. The phyllo was thin and crisp, and the feta was creamy and delicious. I was careful not to bite too hard and ruin my pants. I had the Kotopoulo, which is a feta-brined oven-baked chicken with lemon and herbs served with lemon potatoes. The dish was cooked to perfection. The cooked potatoes were exactly as I like them, soft yet held their shape. It was an excellent meal, if a bit unwieldy (it's like half a rotisserie chicken, basically). My partner had the Hilopites, an egg noodle dish with giant beans, pine nuts, kalamata olives, cherry tomatoes, and feta, in a creamy, savory sauce that I couldn't begin to describe with mere words. The meals were both stunning, made unclear by my disastrous photography. All that being said, I did not really enjoy my meal as I was expecting. Maybe it's me, maybe it's today, or maybe the flavors simply weren't what I am accustomed to with the dozens of Greek restaurants from my past. I'm uncertain, and that's okay sometimes. Either way, it was a fantastic experience, and I will dine here again.
