The stars are for visiting as long as we wanted and the creative sandwiches. The restaurant was mostly empty. There wasn't an excuse for not wiping all the tables clean (or having Lysol wipes nearby if customers are supposed to bus their own table). I couldn't hear the cashier through her mask. Even leaning in and straining to hear, I wasn't sure what my two options were. I heard "apple" so I took it. I ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. It was beautiful. It was advertised "with" a pickle, which translated to little pickle slices & not an actual whole pickle. The apple was not sliced. I asked the employee to slice it. They are slicing sandwiches and other toppings, what's the difference? The employee handed me a butter knife. I don't have a cooking show, but cutting apples with a dull knife is messy, especially in a restaurant minus the cutting board . So I didn't eat the apple. When I looked at it later, it was bruised and not pretty underneath. If you are handing out apples at a restaurant, be more discerning. The tomato soup was good. The croutons were overkill, but looked nice. The sandwich was huge. The half a sandwich choice with another entree item is really an entire sandwich. I ordered a full sandwich and it was enough for two. There are decent food choices. The portions are large. The to go boxes are cardboard.

12 dollars for this? Same sandwich is twice as big from Jettie's
    Young V.

Disgusting, horrible topping, looks nothing like photo, other paneras in other states are great. Horrible staff here and the local Franchise owner (owns multiple locations) simply doesnt care.

I have visited this establishment over the years. Most of the time, the experience is good, but occasionally, the wait is a little long to grab lunch. When possible, I would recommend ordering ahead. On this occasion, I stopped in for breakfast. No problem ordering. No problem receiving my food. Enjoyed my breakfast and did some reading before heading into work.

didn't take a pic but sandwich was falling apart but i shrugged it off, then i grab my mac and cheese and see this. this is nasty and corporate needs to do something about this location

Added some cinnamon and it hit the spot. This is my go to coffee spot.

I love their customer service. And they are very clean. Love my coffee. They are always smiling and it makes my day.

And the price of each ($8.99) is very reasonable. We also got a side of potato salad and side of cole slaw. Both were good and the container is very generous for $2.99 each. There's a variety of chips available and a soda fountain with free refills. Limited seating. The staff there were friendly and appreciative of the business. It's a really nice place to stop in for a sandwich. I likely will try one of their entree salads next time. Breakfasts sound good on the menu also. We don't come to the area often, but this will be our new go-to lunch spot.

Just awful. I don't know if it was the brand of coffee or just a bad batch. There's half and half available, but no other milk/non-dairy options. There are 4 very small tables in the place for standing only. Based on pictures I've seen on Yelp, they used to have a few tables there for sitting. I came today hoping to sit for a few minutes and enjoy a bagel with coffee. Not here. Finally, I ordered and the person who prepared my bagel called out my number and put the bag on the counter. I checked my ticket, confirmed the number, went to take it and another worker (the guy who took my order) ran over, grabbed the bag, asked me for the number and told me it wasn't mine. Then he asked the other person what the number was, she said my number and then he dropped the bag on the counter and told me I could take it. Weird experience. There were only two people waiting for orders at the time - not a huge opportunity for a mixup. Just weird. So, I recommend the place for take-out but skip the cup of Joe. And don't expect smiling faces behind the counter. (Even if you tip the guy like I did.)

The salad itself was a bit plain, but it had a fresh, crisp taste to it which paired nicely with the heavy steak, so I can't complain too much. The rice and beans are classic, nothing that's going to blow you away, but still good and exactly what you'd expect. Outside of the food, I found the location pleasant. Trying to find the entrance was a bit more difficult than I would've liked since it's on the side of Georgia Avenue, but once you get inside, the tables and seating were nice.
