Never been more disappointed in a Panera location! I don't know what's worse, the snotty cashier who looked like I ruined her day by asking if they were still serving breakfast, the carpet covered in bread & smashed Mac and cheese, or the manager who was helping with the orders and ignoring every customers inquiry. My food is lukewarm at best thanks to them not timing their preparation & my dish had to wait for the one other item in my order, a simple oatmeal. I will also mention I worked for this company (different location) in 2007/2008. So I know what their standards are & I can only assume their standards have raised. I will never patronize this location again. read more

Normally I like Panera Bread, the food was good but the place was a mess. We got there about 8 pm and the place closes at 10 but the garbage can was overflowing with garbage, dinner plates were sky high on the cabinet all but one table was filthy and there was papers and food all over the floors and under tables. I will never go back to this place again. The bathroom garbage was also full to the brim. Hope this is not what all Panera breads are going to be like. read more

Been driving back and forth between NH & DE so we've stopped here twice now, both times the food was great and the girls behind the counter were friendly. First time here the place was packed, it was hard to find a parking spot, and there was a long line. However, after ordering, it didn't take long to get our food and find a table. There is lots of seating available & their WiFi worked great despite the volume of users. read more

I very much like doing business locally, however after giving this Panera Bread numerous chances I will never go back. The seating area is dirty, cluttered and stained. the service is sooooo slow. The waitstaff is uncaring and lack any customer service skills. I have walk out, as I have observed many other do, on more than one occasion because the line doesn't move. South bury offers so many great options, so why deal with a restaurant that will only aggravate you. Such a same because it is such a good chain restaurant, in other locations. Line was long, dining room was crowded and untidy, grilled cheese was crappily made. Not my favorite Panera by any means.

I came in about 15 mins to close and asked if there was a full menu. After choosing about 3-4 items that apparently weren't available, I finally picked an item that was available. The sandwiches were very dry... Bread wasn't fresh. One of the sandwiches' bread was stale. My order was to go and they didn't put any utensils in the bag. Meanwhile $25 later, I'll not be going back. This is my 3rd bad experience at 3 different locations. The counter girl seemed very uninterested with her job, or my questions about sandwiches... I hate to say this but next time I'm going to Subway. Save your money. Don't come here. read more

Came here during a break on my bus ride back to NYC. Was standing waiting for a sandwich (after placing my order) for 15 minutes. Had to leave before I even got my food cause I couldn't miss my bus. I came here for lunch one day. I got the macaroni and cheese for five bucks. It was pretty good but the portion was pretty small. Some of the tables weren't clean either. The bread was pretty good (because its what they're know for). The Caesar salad was also very good. read more

Ok. I asked for a panini but got a sandwich. They wouldn't change the order. It only comes as a sandwich. Why didn't the cashier tell me that? I don't know and I can't help you. They offered to warm it. I went to the cashier but there was a line. I wasn't going to bother and heading back to my table. A woman flung her fat purse over her shoulder and hit my plate with the sandwich which ended up all over me. I went back to have it replaced. The girl behind the counter was rude and complained that she offered to warm up my sandwich. I will never go to this Panera again. She acted like I made up the story of the woman hitting me. Quiet. clean. Nicely lit. No wait in line. Quick food. The food was OK. The server/counter person was pretty disinterested in her job, but the guy who made the meal was very polite. I had the Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad. Way too sweetened for me and the chicken wasn't good in my opinion. The bread that came with it was ok. I feel like the presentation of Panera Bread is generally very nice - they do that well, no matter what location you go to. But the food that the chain serves is just OK. But that's just my opinion. The present as so healthy that it's worth the ok taste, but when you check the nutrition facts, it's not quite as impressive, although not as bad as most. read more

I always like the menu items, and usually have a hard time chosing, but this particular Panera has sketchy service compared to other Paneras I visit regularly. The counter is slow (but that's true for most of their locations I've been to), but typically they are friendly and patient. The folks in the kitchen are usually complaining about their personal lives or their work schedule, completely unaware customers can see and hear everything they do. They don't make eye contact, and always look inconvenienced. I've been going here for years, and even though the kitchen staff changes, the attitudes never do. read more

Rapid pick up always late and they skimp on the greens in the salads. I have gotten pick up salads from this location that are half the size as normal panera's. Love Panera in general but for some reason this location is not managed as well as others. They will have long lunchtime lines with just one cash register open so I always do rapid pickup if I am not eating in. read more

We are from Sydney, Australia. Why don't Americans know how to make decent coffee? I had a soy cappuccino. It was awful and overpriced. The coffee beans have no flavour and the coffee tastes like dishwater. Don't froth the milk. It should be silky. Food was terrible. I felt like I was eating at McDonald's. We had breakfast. It's really sad that there are no places in this area to find a nice coffee and yummy breakfast. Panera would never survive outside of the US. read more

I've usually had wonderful experiences with this Panera, going after church or with friends, but tonight really threw me off enough where I docked a full star. I was standing at the register for about a full minute waiting for the cashier to finish up her conversation with the previous patron (obviously a friend). She kept turning back to add more commentary whilst I started to speak. I had to restart four times and on the fourth I just kept going because frankly, she would just have to catch up along with what I was ordering. I also ordered a frozen lemonade (for y'all who don't know, it's like a lemonade slushie). I got my food, and then I realized it had been a few minutes and my frozen lemonade was MIA. In all my years and years of ordering it, it always came up very much sooner than my food, so I was a little surprised that it still wasn't ready. And no, it's not like everyone was runnin like a headless chicken, the place was pretty quiet. I asked about my lemonade and then a man I presume to be the manager said "Oh it might be back there". Might. Alright cool, thanks, glad to know that your customer satisfaction is dealt with a "might". And he continued walking. The girl back behind the counter gave me my drink, which was at this point separated. Anyone who reads this and has taken junior year chemistry knows what separation means. I was already very spent and tired at that point so I just took my drink and left. Halfway through the parking lot I handed the food to my dad and went back inside cause, sorry, but that's just not cool! I work in a place where customer service is literally our catchphrase. After seeing the clean pairings commercial, I decided to take my son Oliver there after violin practice. Oliver has many food allergies and it is difficult to find fresh food restaurants. I would never take him to a disgusting establishment such as McDonalds. My experience was horrible. When asking the worker behind the counter about the ingredients on the clean pairings menu, he was unable to tell me the origin of the food! There was no Perrier water in sight and the coffee was not certified organic fair trade that I was hoping for. I ordered a ham and swiss with NO CRUST and received a sandwich with crust. Oliver spilled his drink and it took the workers three minutes to come over and clean up after us. The price was also outrageous. I could have had my maid make me a ham and swiss with a salad for less than $14. The whole ordeal upset Oliver so greatly that he became incontinent. read more

Food was ok.. Cashier was a girl named stevie who seemed to be new but was definitely taking orders faster and more accurately than the others. She was funny and kept a smile on her face though I seen she was dealing with multiple customers at once. I would only hope they will get bigger bathrooms, and make sure there's toilet paper in the stalls. read more

We had their chicken noodle soup bowl the other day and it was awesome. Best part is that you can eat the bread bowl after you have the soup. Give it a try! Yummy! read more
