Been here a couple times in the past years. For me, there is nothing special, its a good option if you need a quick lunch and there is one around the area and also if you have the app on the phones its very convenient to just pick it up the restaurant. Just one down side the last time I went here with my boys, I found a strand of hair in my soup and it threw me off. Just went into the Panera and the man with the beard and the ponytail was extremely rude. Nothing we wanted was in stock, but we made the best of it and ordered a couple of drinks. We were given the drinks, but didn't see any straws. When we asked politely if we could have straws the man rudely said to my husband "well I was going to give them to you but you walked away." A simple sure thing here you go was all that was required. This man needs a lesson in customer service. Left a very bad taste in our mouths. I used to love this chain and especially this location but it has been going downhill for a while. The food has always been overpriced but this last time the portions were ridiculous. Although my chicken salad sandwich tasted fine there was very little chicken. My mother had a bowl of chicken noodle soup and the bowl was only half full. She said it was super salty. Her coffee was lukewarm. With food prices overall increasing there are some restaurants trying to do what they can to retain customers but this unfortunately is not one of those places. read more

The finding area was in pretty good shape and the portions were actually generous. It would really be nice if they were generous in cleaning the men's room. There was no way to approach the urinal because someone or multiple people had urinated on the floor. They put a wet floor cone instead of cleaning it up. All the tile floors were sticky and I felt like I might need to throw my shoes away when I got home. Worst bathroom cleanliness I have ever seen. And my whole life is eating out. Equipment not being cleaned properly and cross contamination with Allergens is big problem here and human resources made it very clear they don't want to address the issue. How to kill your business! This place was never even remotely economical nor a compelling value proposition. But it was located about half way on a long drive between my folks house and ours so we'd routinely drop in for some food and a driving rest stop. Well tonight's dose has crossed this place forever off the list as for two sandwiches and a bowl of soup I got socked with a $31 bill. No drinks as we had our own so this included a $13 processed turkey sandwich, an $8 kids ham and cheese sandwich, and a $9 piddling of soup. I figured for $9 the soup would be impressive but only in the sense of how little it filled the bowl. I could get more from a $1.50 Progresso can at the local Walmart. EXTREMELY small portions of ingredients on both sandwiches and the smallest sliver of a side pickle I've ever witnessed. Add to that the condiment selection has been whittled down to salt, pepper, mustard, ketchup, and that's it. Gone are the relish, tabasco, mayo, etc.. and other choices you'd expect with a business trying to avoid embarrassment for nailing a customer $31 for substandard grub. Also gone are the blinking puck notifications which signal you order is ready for retrieval and now you have someone from the "kitchen" barking out your name at a volume loud enough to be heard by everyone in the place including the innocent, unrelated customers trying to digest their own substantial investment. Nope, done with this yuppie over marketed charade after a dose of that salt being rubbed into the wounds. Shame on all of you! read more

My favorite Panera location deserves some more stars! Always get great service here, friendly staff who go the extra mile to make a good dining experience. Today I received the wrong salad on my order - they quickly provided me the right salad, boxed up the wrong salad as a to-go freebie since it can't be taken back to the kitchen, and helped me juggle all my dishes back to the table. This location is busy but always a good place to grab a spot and work through lunch, or meet with a friend for a snack. I always receive my food hot, fresh and fast! I asked where food pickup bags were, was told a location, which had a bag there that was not my name, after waiting 15 minutes I asked them if they had an order for me and they proceeded to point to ANOTHER location, my bag had been sitting there the whole time! Y'all let me down today- I order once a week, sometimes twice a week from this location, always delivery because I can rarely leave work. Always spend at least $20-$25 including tip. Order the EXACT same thing every time... and genuinely look forward to it, today was not that day, delivery girl was super nice, that was the one good thing, I'm sure it could be said that if it were an in person order, some of the information could have been misconstrued, but it's literally in black and white and as simple as,what to put in and what to take out. I called to make sure I didn't get someone else's order, and wanted to make sure that their system didn't get messed up, if the gave mine to someone else and their order was given to me, and the "manger" goes, no- we haven't had any other delivery orders and they weren't "busy",would you like the driver to come back? I said no that won't be necessary it's not inedible, it's just not what I paid $20 for... I wasn't even trying to complain I was genuinely concerned that someone else's order was going to be messed up.... turns out she could have given not one single crap so, I'll be placing orders else where from now on seeing that the "manger" essentially told me "they weren't that busy" and that she can confirm I "didn't get someone else's order" I don't know how, with that being the case, you jacked up my order this bad. read more

TLDR: Possibly the best Panera in the country. Certainly the best in the tri-state area. I don't normally write reviews for chain restaurants unless they bomb in a spectacular fashion. Generally you know what they are and have very mixed results following the high standards that Corporate touts - which is the norm for these type of places. This Panera location is a positive exception to the rule and deserves special mention especially given how ridiculous a number of the negative comments are. Let me start by saying I have been to more Panera, Starbucks, and other "high end" fast food or the like than I care to admit. Usually the best that can be said is "they aren't bad". This particular Panera has never failed to deliver for me on every aspect you should expect of a higher price point fast food location. The patio is comfortable and nice, the food is fresh; the food is tasty; it's ready quickly; the staff act professionally; friendly, and are helpful; screw ups are rare and they make it right in an appropriately apologetic and correct way whenever given the opportunity; the dining area is frequently cleared and cleaned; the wifi is fast and reliable at all hours. And they do all of the above consistently. In fact my only quibble is something controlled by Corporate - some of the booth cushions are overdue for replacement. This particular location not only meets but usually exceeds my expectations of what I expect from a Panera or any fast food location. As to some of the negative reviews - they were closed due to a Covid outbreak and didn't have enough staff due to everyone being in quarantine. That was a silly thing to complain about. They re-opened when test results came back negative for enough of the staff. The grilled cheese is made on fresh bread (baked every night) and tastes like a grilled cheese. It's pricier than I normally want to pay but when I get an urge for comfort food of tomato soup and grilled cheese, it has never disappointed. As to the orders that were messed up - I've seen how both the staff and management respond when human error happens. I am extremely skeptical of several of reviewers claims. In short, this particular Panera location consistently outperforms and is worthy of a kudo. Or at least a positive review :D read more

I love this Panera! I work within walking distance and ever since it opened a couple years ago, I have been enjoying taking a short walk, having lunch, and then returning to work. Food is made quickly and to order, they will even make my chicken Caesar sandwich (which is no longer on the menu) perfectly. I've only had one bad experience here, my sandwich was thrown in the bag, which I didn't realize until I got back to work; everything was everywhere. Went here a while back with my friend to get some take-out. He ordered the Steak & Arugula Sandwich, but asked for regular iceberg lettuce instead of arugula. I ordered Vegetarian Creamy Tomato Soup and a Roasted Turkey & Avocado BLT. We get home, and I kid-you-not, my friend's "Steak & Arugula Sandwich" was ONE LETTUCE LEAF in-between two slices of bread. No "Steak", no tomatoes, no onions. My "Vegetarian Creamy Tomato Soup" tasted like a can of spaghetti sauce. BAD 'generic' spaghetti sauce. My Turkey sandwich was so-so, but honestly?
