Absolutely phenomenal food and staff. Would strongly recommend the chicken noodle soup or the broccoli cheddar soup. Good job Panera.

When I arrived, I could tell it was busy because there were many cars parked outside. It was pouring rain , but I found a spot and ran inside. The line was long but it gave me sometime to look around. There was a lot to look at. A lady in front of me told me it's a popular spot and everything you get is delicious m. They serve everything from sandwiches and grinders to pasta, wings, bread, cookies, wine, pasta salad and SO much more! It is a bit tight in there and it was hard to look at everything in the case because people were standing waiting for their food. I ordered a sandwich and mozzarella sticks. A few of the staff seemed grumpy. One girl was complaining loud enough for customers to hear and the lady that helped me seemed like she didn't want to be there. The wait time was a little long I thought considering how many people were working. The lady that rang me out was very nice. I thought the prices were really reasonable too. My sandwich was really good. I could tell that the deli meat was fresh. I grabbed fresh lemonade from the cooler and I'm so glad that I did. It was delicious!! I love lemonade. I am so glad I grabbed the bag of homemade potato chips because they were soooo good. I munched on them on the way home. I suggest checking this place out if you are in the area!!

Smoked brings the real deal: ribs, brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, mac & cheese, collard greens, and other Southern comfort food that's so not what I was expecting in the way of typical cafeteria fare. We ordered the Brazil sandwich (smoked Cuban), all hail Caesar salad with chicken, and a large fries. The food took its sweet time arriving but was worth the wait. The Cuban was delicious, as was the flavorful bbq chicken that topped the salad, although I wish I'd gotten dressing on the side as the salad was overdoused. Fries are the best kind of fries I like, with that extra crispy and blistered seasoned coating yet hot and pillowy on the inside. It's a homey operation and Chef Bruce B. Williams Jr. was out there personally manning the counter and kitchen. You don't have to be a museum visitor to eat there, but 5 stars for being a casual cafe with good eats I would actually leave the complex for, and am glad I didn't have to.

The paninis have a good crust, and the staff is flexible enough to switch ingredients around as you like. Cute little shop with a ton of Italian foods of all descriptions. Stood at the deli counter for a little while before one of the three people working behind the counter actually noticed my 6'4" 300 plus pound frame. Even though there was only one other person besides me being helped. I was excited to see that they had homemade salami on the menu so I decided to get a whole grinder. The young lady who was helping me seemed somewhat bothered that she had to wait on me. I ordered my grinder and made a quick change to it BEFORE she started making it and her disappointment was very apparent with her body language. Whatever, it was quite humerus actually. That kind of thing doesn't really bother me. Also picked up some sausage, antipasto salad, etc as well. As far as the grinder goes the homemade salami was delicious and an excellent choice. The grinder roll is massive which is what I think people are so hypnotized with when they mention the Pajers grinders are "huge". Don't get me wrong, there was plenty of meat but its large size is mostly due to the massive roll. Still, it was worth the $18 in my opinion. Cash only, so be aware of that. If you're in the area it's worth stopping by, not too sure I'd drive too far out of the way to stop in there though. Also, be prepared for some potential "spicy" customer service. Perhaps they treat their regular customers better, who knows?

Upon arrival, we first noticed that it was a very clean and well organized store. Plenty of places to sit and a buzzing vibe with all sort of activities (phone ringing, orders being taken, orders going out, kitchen activity and lots of customers eating in) We arrived about 1pm so it was part of the lunch time rush. We ordered a cucumber salad, chicken panini with onions (I didnt realize that caramelized onions was an option!), The Green Goddess was delicious....with fresh veggies (spinach, mozzarella, ricotta and spinich with avocado and pesto) and incredible taste! Little Havana was our last choice and that included roasted pork, shaved ham, swiss cheese, pickles and dijon mustard. Again a big hit...delicious and some to take for later! We sat down and one of the tables and enjoyed our lunch and the incredible lunch crowd! Lots of drinks to choose from, as well. I am so glad that we made it here. I am a fan, for sure! 5 stars Parking- easy Vibe- just that good food feeling Price- fair...going rate Will I be back? Of course, next time I go to Saratoga or am out in the Western part of Mass! My comment: when you come across these types of places, it is a great feeling...the quality, the service, the choices, price and good people! Fantastic!
