There's a number of things I really like on the menu, but then they disappear off the menu so fast. They had some healthy salads and a greek flat bread sandwich that I really liked and hopefully they'll bring those back at some point. It's extremely common to get the wrong items if you order online at this location, so check your order before you leave. I feel like a lot of the food, like some of the breads and soups have unnecessary extra sugar in them because they have an odd sweet taste to them. Horrible service in the drive thru finally just pulled away because after she told me to order which I did 1 Sandwich then said hang on a second (could hear someone yelling in the background thru the speaker). This is easily the worst panera I've ever been to. Went there with two other people and every single part of our order was wrong. We chose not to do anything except for one item which we realized was our mistake reading the menu, but here goes: 1) ordered a chicken Caesar salad that came as the kale Caesar. Not a huge deal so I ate it anyways and it was fine. 2) turkey bacon bravo sandwich had no bacon on it. Maybe it's not supposed to, but no where in this restaurant can you find what the food actually includes. 3) lemonade (so f'ing easy to make) was made as some sort of lemonade slushy. 4) this is the one we messed up on. The title 'almond chicken salad' is listed on the menu which we thought was a salad, but was actually listed under sandwiches. If they had ingredients listed anywhere at this location we could have easily caught this. The bathroom was gross and the people working the register had no clue what was happening. I love Panera. If we're traveling and looking for a quick place to pull off to grab a bite, we always know Panera is a safe bet. I have been coming to this location for years and have never had an issue. We went last week for lunch and a very friendly and helpful manager took our order and on the way out we noticed the general manager cleaning up and taking out the trash. Always a good sign if the management is willing to step up! Great food, decent prices. Love their expansion of drinks and smoothies! If I had to add anything I would say the bathroom counters had a lot of puddles from hand washings that needed wiped up. read more

I stopped by on January 8 in the evening to grab what I thought would be a nice cup of decaf tea before going to a meeting. (I was using a $10 gift card given to me.) VERY DISAPPOINTING. No green tea was left. I HAD ALREADY PAID AT THE COUNTER WITH GIFT CARD BEFORE CHECKING TEA CHOICES, BIG MISTAKE!! I took the empty container to the counter and the employee, a young girl, said they did not have any more. (Only six types of tea are offered at this Panera, and that's basically what a decent truck stop/gas station offers now. In fact I liked a gas station's better because at least it was in stock.) She did not say, at any point, "I'm sorry" or "Here's what I can do for you." Poorly trained staff who are obviously on their first ever job experience, and no replenishment of stock. It's January in Illinois, people want to drink hot beverages, so who is managing this location? So I wasted $2 off $10 card. I WILL BE SURE TO TELL PEOPLE NOT TO GIFT ANYONE WITH A PANERA CARD. read more

Restrooms are always dirty at this location.The restaurant isn't very clean and if you look through the openings in the food prep area you will see dried food that has been there a long time. I travel for work and stop in this area often. I ordered the Chicken broth bowl which is my regular. I was surprised that they used beef broth instead and way too much salt. This is by far the worst Panera I have ever been to. First the bathroom was filthy. The toilets didn't look like they had been cleaned in months. There was no soap in the soap dispenser and the floor was dirty. The girl that waited on us wore disposable gloves, but she never changed them. She took our money with them on, grabbed our food with them on, and then proceeded to wait on another customer with them on and take their money. She apparently doesn't understand the reasoning behind wearing gloves and that they need to be changed when handling food items....totally gross! I will never go back to this location. read more

My office is only about 5 minutes away from this Panera and I usually stop in for a light breakfast at least twice a week and every Sunday after church. About 2 months ago I was told that they were out of cream cheese. One of my favorite light meals is a everything bagel and plain cream cheese. If they did not have have the cream cheese - I went else where for my breakfast. To me this is kinda like going to Arbys and they are out of roast beef. This morning (Tuesday March 6, 2018) I went through the drive through and low and behold the cashier said they now had regular cream cheese. I thought this is just the beginning of a great day. I took the sack order back to the office and my surprise hit me. What was my surprise you ask? The cashier was correct - they did carry cream cheese again butttttttttt (wait for it) the container was a grocery store brand called Hahn's made by Franklin Foods and sold at Walmart. Now I am not saying that this was bad cream cheese but had I had wanted Walmart cream cheese I would have went to the local Walmart store (where they also sale bagels). It's just not the same. To make my day worse I paid a 77% premium to let they sell me the cream cheese over what I could have paid for it at WALMART!!!!!!!! Arggggg. I have to wonder what went through the employee's mind when the boss said - "Hey (employees name) here is $500.00 - run over to Walmart and buy all the soft tub plain cream cheese that they had and bring it back here. Pssst don't tell anyone". Needless to say what started out of what I thought was going to be a great day went to a disappointing day. The bad news is that some day they will probably run out of bagels - the good news is that Walmart is only a few minutes for more inventory. read more

This place is great! I had a chicken salad sandwich, broccoli and cheese soup (In a bread bowl), and a Jones Green Apple soda. The wait took about 4 minutes for my food on a day where it was packed, so not that bad. 5 Stars for the Soup, 4 Stars for the chicken salad. Free Wi-Fi too. read more
