    Lacking cleanliness

This Panera was dirty and the counter service was extremely slow. We changed tables 2 times due to unclean table tops and ended up having to wipe down the tables ourselves. The salads we ordered had brown wilted lettuce in them. Very disappointing.

Chicken salad sandwich was mostly bagel like bread and a lot of weeds.

Came at dinner time. Rarely talking cashier seemed to not like her job. I was given a slightly chipped coffee mug. I then asked for a coffee mug without a chip. The cashier said there were no more mugs. The manager later said that wasn't true and brought me a coffee mug without a chip. The chicken salad sandwich was mostly thick bread and weeds which the manager replaced with another chicken salad sandwich with just as many weeds. See attached photo. The counter sweets display was mostly empty. This Panera restaurant has seriously gone down hill.

    Bacon Turkey Bravo!

Panera is a great place for a quick and enjoyable feel good meal. I've never felt guilty about enjoying a soup or sandwich here. Of course this is a chain and I've been to and enjoyed many and this location is amongst those. Consistently yummy food and treats paired with excellent service and a clean environment means good things to me. The location is between the interstate and a shopping mall so it's often busy but it's on a corner with a protected left turn which certainly helps getting in and out. Stop in and enjoy a meal or a snack. You won't regret it.

    Wow!!! What a concept!!

Parking! is always a problem here! Food is reasonable and fast! I like the idea of them having a lobby person cleaning tables full time!! For to many years now people have cleaned off their own tables only to INSURE THE NEXT TIME YOU WILL SIT DOWN AT A DIRTY TABLE!!

    Great coffee selection!

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The food wasn't very good in my opinion. I chose the turkey sandwich. Although the turkey was real turkey breast, not deli meat, it didn't have a lot of flavor. There also weren't a lot of toppings, and bread ratio was too bready. There isn't an option to "build your own" like Jersey Mikes or Subway, so you're kind of stuck with what you get. It wasn't awful, just not that good. Service made up for mediocre food.

Neither looked up to see me standing there. After six minutes standing there one looked at me. Came up and asked me if she could help me. I told her my name and was there to pickup my sandwiches. With this "you dumb butt look" and said "it's right over there"and walked off. Remember I've never been there before and I hadn't seen the shelf holding our food. Place is small with six or so tables. Got home with our sandwiches. My Italian Sub was SO WET AND SOGGY! The lettuce and thinly sliced tomato were drenched in some unidentified liquid substance. I pulled all of the let out of the sub. Leaving me with a bun that was falling apart. Torn off about half of the top and bottom of the bun. Flavor of meat was okay at its best. I ate one half Wife's Homemade Turkey sub was bland and tasteless. She ate 1/3 of one half. Two bags of chips were the hit of the meal. $29.60 wasted. Can't say we didn't try.

Both sandwiches came with homemade potato chips, a mix of regular and sweet potato and they were absolutely delicious. The Dutch Crunch Sandwich was packed with turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato, arugula, and avocado mayo on dutch crunch bread. They don't skimp on toppings at all, there was plenty of turkey and bacon, and every bite was flavorful. Dalton's Double Deuce was another standout. Ham, egg salad, olive tapenade, and arugula on a fresh Italian roll. It felt like a grown up version of an egg salad sandwich. The olive tapenade adds a great punch of flavor, though it leans a little salty. And the cookies... unbelievably good. Truly some of the best cookies I've had. The Brown Sugar Cookie has a gooey center and deep caramel flavor, and the Oatmeal Cookie without no raisins, surprised me, I didn't miss the raisins at all. It tastes like it has a light honey glaze to me, and it's phenomenal. Trenchers is definitely a new favorite.

I ordered the full size, and it was huge. I ended up splitting it into two meals. My only complaint was the house-made chips. They seemed like they had been fried ahead of time because by the time I got them, they were soggy, which was a bit disappointing. I paired everything with a root beer, and overall it was a fantastic meal. Aside from the chips, I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back.

My husband and I initially joined a line at the front, but a kind worker came and told us all that the line actually begins in the back as they open the back door for customers ordering. So, we all walked around and waited patiently until the doors opened at 11am. We were about number 10 in line and were able to order their famous sandwich before it sold out! The Picanha sandwich is probably one of the best sandwiches we've ever had! It comes with steak fries, which were also very tasty! It's perfect to share because the portions are plentiful and it's very filling. We also ordered one of the chicken pastels to share. Everything was wonderful! If you haven't tried this place out, I highly recommend trying it out!

Since I wasn't there on a Thursday to try the famous sandwich, I got a chicken pastel. It was a pretty short wait and it was fried fresh and delicious. I had corn and jalapeños added to mine. I should have added all of the add ins available. The filling is creamy and good. The interior of the building is beautiful bright and airy. Next time, I'm getting a Thursday sandwich. And my only complaint is the tiny chimichurri sauce that comes with it. I definitely should have ordered more because it's delicious! I could have used another couple because the Pastel is big! You can definitely share it. But I love how creative and authentic the vibes are. Doctor Kustom himself was there when I was there, and he's so nice. Congrats to him on the incredible awards.

The bread wasn't as good as what we remembered and they were skimpy on the ingredients. We suspected the change in the quality might have something to do with the size. I decided to find out so I ordered a small original. I was pleased to find the bread was the same delicious sourdough Schlostzky's is known for and the small sandwich had ample ingredients. I would recommend getting small or medium sandwiches instead of the large. The amount of sodium in a small original is 1640 and the recommended daily amount of sodium is 2300 or below, so that leaves 660 for the rest of the day. If you are on a low sodium diet, they do have some cheese and veggie sandwiches and salads below 1,000 mg. Most restaurants put a lot of salt in their food. It's not just Schlotzsky's. My husband has to limit his sodium so we check. The service was fast and friendly, but this restaurant is lacking in ambiance. The seats in the booths are wearing out. They look bad and they're uncomfortable. They have a nice patio area where you can probably take your dog. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays pizzas are $5. Wednesdays are bogo pizza nights.
