I LOVE PANERA! I've probably spent about a million dollars just at this location LOL You pick two is my favorite choice, I usually get half tuna and Mac and cheese. Panera's Mac and cheese..... omg GREAT! They have a really cool rewards system, (After going 4x you get a reward) the coupons come in handy because it can get a little expensive. However, it is a healthier option, and we all know only the junk shit that you shouldn't have is the only thing that is cheap. Basically, you won't find any $5 box's deals for 4 for 4. lol The biggest tip I will give is ***Beware of the desserts*** 90% of the time they're hard. However, they're really cool about exchanging. Poor customer service. I made an online order for 10 people, the order was accepted and charged to my credit card. When I came in to pick it up, the Manager Maria S. cancelled my order because they had too many orders. She said she sent a email that it was cancelled, but there was no email. They just decided to cancel my order for no reason, not even bother to try to make it, even if it may be a little late. Then I asked, why can't you just make the order now, and she just said because it was already cancelled, and wanted me to go back in line and reorder. She didn't care and was very rude. I then called customer service, and they blamed me for making an order online too soon( less than 2 hours) and that I should plan to make the order earlier next time. But online, the order was accepted with a time of pickup. I also told him that I never received the email that it was cancelled, and he gave another excuse that it's the fault of my email provider. So they didn't apologize but basically blamed it was my fault for not ordering more than 2 hours of pickup. So why do you have online ordering if you can't handle the orders ? Very bad service. Dirty tables!!!!! No one working to keep the dining room clean and there are a lot of customers here today. There is food, paper and used eating utensils on the floor. Crumbs on the tables. Well, they have a smaller staff and that means the lines to order are longer. It also means that you pick up your own food from the kitchen area - which isn't that big of a deal. But the back and forth of the foot traffic is steady. Though some of the food is still reliably quick serve with a flair, it does seem that Panera is going through more changes. I'm not sure that it's as convenient as before. It's a little hard to tell what to expect here anymore. The turkey chili is back for the season, and that's welcome. The sandwiches seem fine, and everything just seems to have bread with it. Soup and sandwich means a side of bread, for instance. It's OK. It's even A-OK.
