I have been to this Panera several times. The service is TERRIBLE. Not unfriendly, just not good. This morning, I came in and there was ONE coffee carafe that actually had any coffee in it and yet the workers were just chatting. I had to wait 10 minutes for a brewed coffee to be actually placed out, even though there was someone not working the registers that could have easily taken 2 minutes to put the two finished coffees out. On top of that, the last two times I have come here to work, there has been no wi-fi. Finally, it's not all that clean. Clearly, I need to stop coming here. read more

The food at Panera is great. However, it is the TV ad now playing that turns my stomach. Its the one with a couple eating a salad at their table. Panera has been sliding downhill. Once upon a time you could get a nice salmon sandwich or real roast beef. Now the portions are shrinking, the menu is bland and sparse. So, after putting all the decent delis out of business, we're stuck with Panera and its horrible menu. This location is either mismanaged or cutting corners. Seriously, about 40% of the time they are "out" of whatever bread you want or the proper salad dressing for one of their salads - hours before closing - and the bread seems to be getting sliced thinner and thinner. If this Panera doesn't want to provide enough food to last the entire time they're open, close earlier. In this Panera's case, they should be closing at 2pm, because they run out of many items by then. Oh yeah, almost forgot - check your tea or drink for fruit flies, they always swarm around the drink station. read more

I love Paneras food but rarely go (once every 4-6 months) because the prices are way too high for deli style food. You can goto McCaliaters or Jasons deli for the same food and way cheaper- and even larger servings. read more

I just want to say that we had placed an online order from Panera Bread website I ordered a pastry ring along with the two at pick two's and when I got my order there was no pastry ring but I did get charge for it I did get a call from the store the manager ended up coming up to my door personally with two boxes of desserts for my husband and I I thought that was very very sweet to do and a good way to promote great customer service so thank you Panera read more

We had lunch there during our break. The self desk service is very good idea and it helped us to avoid the long line. Although the hot water for tea is behind the cashiers, the service was diligent to get me hot water for my tea as soon as I asked for help, and table service was friendly too. I'm not going to say that this is a terrible Panera location, because I've been here once or twice before and it was okay. I will say that the people that they have working at breakfast are slow and confused, and do not understand the concept of customizing your order, which is a huge part of ordering at Panera at the kiosks. They sliced my bagels that were to go when I asked them not to, they completely forgot to make one of our sandwiches, and the other they made us reorder and charged us additional when his order came out wrong. This is by far the most unprofessional experience I have had at Panera, and would wholeheartedly recommend staying far away if you are someone who appreciates breakfast. You're welcome. read more

I started coming to this location because the one in Hurst was so dirty. This place is smaller but there's always clean tables and floors. I've always found the staff friendly and helpful, as well. The manager obviously cares about their store and it shows when compared to other locations. Food is always correct and speedy. read more

This panera has gone downhill so much, that I feel compelled to download yelp, create an account, and write a review to warn others of the disappointment this restaurant is. Not only is it understaffed, but the selection of the food is sparse, and my pick two cost me $11! Not only did I pay sit down restaurant price for my food, but it also came out cold. Panera is a different dining experience than your typical fast food restaurant. They prepare the food pretty fast and you can order from your table through their app or they have a kiosk or you can order at the front with the cashier and they will bring the food to you (I find that pretty neat) anyways they have a nice healthy menu to choose from and price wise it's not the cheapest but they do offer many rewards for checking in and in the mail so it's not too bad. As for my personal experience I have came multiple times and a few of those times they messed up a little things on my order but no biggie I'm not too picky unless it's something I paid extra for lol anyways the service is good, drinks are delicious but they usual run out of stuff when I come in but I tend to come right after the lunch rush or late at night when it's too late to make anymore. So it's a nice place probably wouldn't bring the whole family here for the price read more

This place is awful. We paid $22 dollars for 2 half paninis and they were burnt on the edges and soggy nasty in the middle. When we ask them to remake they said ok and didn't even take away the bad ones. The newly made were almost worse but at least they add a special gift of the Avocado pit which almost chipped my tooth. They couldn't even bother to refill their teas and then we noticed the bugs. There was food all over the outside of the trash bins and the food runner had some of the items leaned up against her clothing and she even got her finger in the bowl of soup and still served it. I'm so mad. I will never eat and this place again or really should say order since only two bites and the rest trashed. I don't have enough bad words to describe this experience. I have had nothing but great experiences with this Panara bread. I have only visited for breakfast, usually around 7am. They are rarely very busy at that time and I always get fast, friendly service. I am often able to call my order in and it is always ready to go when I come in. read more

I have been to this Panera Bread 3 times. The first time the ordering line was fast and we got our food fairly quickly. The problem was that it was so crowded that we had to bus our table ourselves (not a big deal). The second time we went they were out of regular cream cheese and the order for 1 toasted bagel took. 20 min to come out! I had to walk to the counter and get it myself. The third time the food came out quickly but it took 15 min to order! The girls on the registers were SO SLOW! It was like they were in slow motion. There was also a cook who kept coming out of the back to joke around and a manager shuffling papers right there as I was waiting. I was only the 3rd on line with 2 registers open. It was very, very frustrating. I am used to Panera Breads that are fast, friendly and efficient! I go at least once or 2ce a week. We moved and that's why I was at this one. The manager Alicia has some real nerve. To start off with, the guy taking the orders Anthony is a very rude and should not joke around with customers and falsely accuse them of not paying for their drinks when he did not ring them up. Two members of my family requested to have sodas and he marked on the receipt that we all four had waters, then tells the manager that we did not pay for our drinks. She decides to approach our table with her condescending attitude and tacky looks accusing customers of mistakes her own employees made. This is the same lady that the last time I was here was discriminating by giving out free sweets to tables of her choice. Our table was not one of her chosen favorites. Do not waste your money using their delivery service. You spend almost $75 and when it's wrong and you call their manager Cedric he refuses to refund money for food you didn't get and also refuses to delivery the proper food he wants me to waste my time after I paid for delivery and tipped $9 to come up there to fix their mistake. What a joke and horrible customer service and from others I spoke to happens all the time there. Way too much money for their food and almost no flavor and they can't get the order right. Customer service at this location is as good as it gets! My daughter spilled her entire cup of soda all over herself just as we sat down at our table. Before I could gather extra napkins, the lovely busboy (did not get his name) was helping her clean up the table and floor. He even offered her a fresh towel to wipe her feet. Soon after, Giana (one of the managers), arrived to see if she could help. My daughter's clothes were soaked and she took notice. I absolutely love this place!! Especially the chicken noodle soup and bagels! Everything is so good there and fresh! I go often and I'm never disappointed. But today I kind of was. There were not any plain bagels left and there was only 2 Asiago bagels left which were already ordered by 2/3 out of my family. And that's all we really like.. And it was barely just 2:15 and they were already out! I love this place but I wasn't very happy on the limited option of bagels today. read more

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at Panera this morning warranted leaving some feedback. I came in at about 7:45 a.m. to order an egg soufflé and a cup of coffee. They were out of both - no egg soufflés and no coffee. The lone girl behind the counter said she could brew more coffee, but she seemed too busy telling other customers everything they were out of to get to it. I resorted to ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese. After about 15 minutes of waiting for my bagel, I finally walked back to the kitchen area to find it sitting on the counter, no longer warm. Another customer asked the girl whether they had been unusually busy, but she said "no, not really". I've been to this Panera before with no complaints, but I wonder if it's headed downhill. read more

I went in and was immediately impressed with the variety, the cleanliness and the rapid service, I was there to buy a loaf of their bread. However, they were out of the bread I wanted so I chose another, not a big deal. Went back a few days later earlier in the day to get the bread I wanted and it was in stock so I bought it and went home, made a sandwich with it and closed the package back up. Twenty four hours later I got the loaf out to make another sandwich and it had a big ole thumbprint size patch of mold growing on it and right next to it another patch the size of a palm, underneath were other patches of mold the size of finger tips. It appears that the sales clerks putting on gloves to handle the products is just for show, somehow, someone handled the loaf I had without gloves, It wasn't me because only the part of the loaf I cut off was out of the bag, the part with the mold on it was still inside the plastic bag the bread came in and I didn't touch that part. I really wanted to continue buying their products but the mold episode put a stop to that. Maybe it was a one time thing, maybe not. Mass produced bread may not be as good as the artisan stuff but at least it isn't handled by people that should know better. One more thing, the first loaf lasted a full week without mold. read more
