First off I would like to say that I have been to Jason's Deli many of times and that should say enough for my review. But I will add a little more by saying food is always hot and my favorite the salad bar is always fresh and ready to go. This last time I was in little just for a minute or two and once they took my order they told me they weren't going to charge me for my drink. Told them they did not have to do that cause I was only waiting for a minute or two but they didn't it anyway and it was appreciated. read more

Great place!!! We're in town for a sports trip and are staying nearby at Hyatt Place. We stopped by here to get some food after checking in. Great service by all team members, especially from our cashier who was very friendly and patient with us as she explained the different breads and what a light Reuben was. I got a club on a toasted telera that was delicious. My husband loved his Reuben and also that he could get a free ice cream cone. We are in town for a week and will definitely stop by here again. Also......you guys should think about coming out to Southern California. Your format would be a huge hit out there!!!! Although service was good for a deli like set up, the food quality was marginal. I ordered a Chicken Panini the chicken chunks were a good size and had seasoning but tasted processed and the meat was mushy. It came with soup I chose tomato basil. The soup tasted like canned pizza sauce. read more

We go to Jason's almost 3 times a week. It is great we have made friends with the workers because of how many times we've gone it is really good food and in great service would recommend their Cubano sandwich. Also, the best part is you get free ice cream the place is always clean and has workers going around cleaning the tables. It is a great spot. read more

We popped in on Sunday around lunchtime. We both ordered salad bar and my husband got a drink and chicken chili in a cup. I got water. Price for salad is $8.29. We went to the end of the line and they hand you a bowl that holds about 6 ounces. Now everytime I go where this a salad bar I am handws a plate. I asked for a plate and it seemed to be a really big deal. They gave it to me but I could tell they weren't happy about. They did advise me there were plates on the salad bar. You know the ones at the end the size of a saucer you can put the little cornbread muffins on. I also thought I ordered the AYCE but I'm not sure where you would get a second plate. Cottage cheese was cold which makes me happy but Jason's deli get it together and give me a salad plate not a soup bowl. The best thing is the soft serve ice cream in vanilla, chocolate or swirl. read more

Our first time at a Jason's Deli and we were not disappointed. The salad bar looked delicious and we will certainly be back to try it. I had a Caesar salad that was so yummy and my husband had soup. Everything was tasty and delicious. The staff were very attentive and patient. Michelle the cashier was very helpful for a newbie and we met the manager Verónica who was very pleasant, helpful and kind. 4 stars based on what it is: a super casual, cafeteria style dining. Friendly service at the register and from the people running food to tables. Not much interaction required with the bussers but they do try to keep their big cleanup carts out of the way as best they can. The salad bar always has tons of options. Our personal favorite sandwiches are the almond pineapple chicken salad on croissant and the Reuben on rye. read more

I visited Jason's Deli with some friends for the first time in a while and ordered the salad bar. The bar was well stocked, but I was greatly disappointed when I went back up to the counter to get a new plate to visit the bar again. Apparently now the salad bar only allows for one trip which is different from years of visiting Jason's in the past. I was a bit bewildered when I talked to the staff about it, assuming they misunderstood that I ordered the salad bar and not the side salad. My friends and I will be looking for another establishment from now on. read more

Been awhile since we have been back to a Jasons Deli after the last disaster a couple years ago. Tried this one in Alliance for lunch before a movie. Clean and not too busy at first but the lines for ordering and pickup grew rapidly a few minutes later with only one person at the register. I had the half Mufaletta sandwich with chips and Mac and cheese. Took about 10 minutes to get order, not bad for lunch time. My sandwich, which I've eaten dozens of times at Jason's everywhere was dry and unappetizing. The wonderful bread was destroyed by over toasting to the point it cut my mouth when I took the first bite. I tried to squeeze it between my fingers but it was too hard to break. The olive tapenade was old and you could not tell the difference between the green and black olives. This sandwich was not the worst part of the meal. The Mac and cheese was a complete joke. First off it was cold. Secondly, the pool of cold, liquid cheese in the bottom of the cup appeared to be water or milk added to old/dry pasta to make it look fresh. I think we are done with Jason's since the last two visits, in two states, two years apart were both disasters. UPDATE: The business owner contacted me and asked I give them another try to make it right. Due to his reaching out I will try again and see if one of my all time favs can come back. read more

Jason's Deli is all around good. One thing that has changed is at this location your food is not delivered to your table anymore. Now you get a buzzer and go pick up your food. I'm cool with that. I got the sweet potato with spinach, avocado, turkey, cheese, and a jalapeño ranch. I've had this dish multiple times. It's warm, filling, and tasty. read more

One of my go-to lunch spots on a work day. I love the variety of the menu and I have never really gotten anything I didn't like. It is somewhat of a lunch time treat when I go because rarely do I make it out of there with out spending at least $10 on lunch. I usually call my orders in because the lunch time rush is a mad house. If you don't get there by 11:00 AM it's often hard to find seating and the line is long. My most recent visit was for a late lunch with my daughter. She had an eye appointment and we went afterwards. It was about 1:30 PM on a weekday. It's very different after the lunch time rush. I ordered gumbo and she ordered penne and meatballs. She loved the free ice cream. I always appreciate the fact there's free mini toast and mini corn bread muffins for my soup. read more

Had a great experience. Everything was clean, food was great, salad bar was constantly being restocked, and service was on point. The manager Logan was extremely friendly, came around to all the tables to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal and to see if they needed anything. How can you go wrong with Jason's deli. My wife and I had a craving for salad. This is where Jason's excels. When we walked in saw a long line but was pleasantly surprised to see a new feature. They have a self checkin at the door for those that are ordering salad/soup bar. Took all of 30 seconds, paid and took our receipt to the front of the long line. The salads are good. Food was good ... above average. But what really made me want to write a review was the service. Every person we interacted with had a huge smile and was extremely helpful. Specifically the gentlemen bussing the tables yesterday (21 Aug 19 around 1pm) and Brenda; who appeared to be working the entire restaurant. I used to love Jason's Deli. The Reuben The Great was always excellent. Packed full of meat just like the picture. It had a ratio of 85% corned beef and a layer of sauerkraut. The regular was a big, meaty sandwich. Went there yesterday and I see the prices have gone up significantly. I didn't worry much, because I was about the eat THE GREATNESS. Imagine my surprise when I opened the sandwich to find a sauerkraut sandwich with a few slices of meat. I'm really going to miss Jason's Deli. Fool me once!!! Wish I had taken a picture. My husband was able to get away for lunch today, he suggested Jason's Deli as I have never been there. We arrived right before noon and it was busy but we were able to order pretty quickly. I ordered the Turkey Wrap with steamed veggies, my husband had the Club sandwich, and we shared a fruit plate. Our food came out quickly and the employee that brought it to our table was very friendly. Our meals were great with the exception of the veggies they were old, they looked old and tasted old. I won't order steamed veggies there again. Anyways, the restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, we will be back. read more

If you've been to one Jason's Deli, you've been to them all. Nice normal modern soup and salad places that offer a variety of sandwiches and other good food. You walk through a line, order, then pick up something at the end of the line (depending on what you ordered). The staff was friendly and smiled, seemed to be happy to be there. The place was clean, busy, and overall nice. I ordered ice tea and an all you can eat salad. First, you HAVE to try the black currant tea. Trust me, put nothing but ice and this tea in the cup for a pleasant delicious tea experience. It is the best tea I've ever had hands down. So clean, fresh, and has a hint of some kind of berry, almost like a raspberry maybe? It almost seems naturally sweet to me. Just do it, just order the tea, live life, enjoy your black currant tea! I love their salads. The salad bar has a nice selection of items, although it does seem to me they could have put more options. For example, they had yellow cheese, but no white cheese. I didn't see any hard boiled eggs. Two of my favorites. Also, the ranch dressing is homemade and so much better than bottled. Yet it somehow seemed a bit thin, as if watered down and not mixed correctly. The spinach container was empty, stayed that way the whole time. I go back 2-3 times, try out the hummus, fix a salad with a bit of this and that. Each time I try to challenge myself to try something different with the combinations of salad and dressings. Even though this salad bar for this visit was a bit picked over (not normal for Jason's), it was delicious. They have a variety of mild sweets at the salad bar, a few other pasta type salads (not my thing), some bread rounds, a variety of oils and vinegars, salt, pepper, and so forth. I got really full and enjoyed every bite, although the ranch this time was a bit weak. Their balsamic vinaigrette was really good. Jason's also has a free ice cream machine for desert, with little cones and a topping or two. Simple but fun and delicious. Good overall experience, don't forget children to ALWAYS get the black currant tea, and eat your heart out. Recommended. read more

It's been a while since I dined at this take-a-number style mainstay of soup, salad, and sandwich chains. I prefer the small, independent deli for sandwiches, typically. But my companion had a Jason's French onion soup Jones. I ordered Reuben The Great because she had never tried a Reuben, a crime against her I felt the need to rectify. The sandwich was a bit small and dry. But the flavor was decent. I usually order the audaciously carnivorous New York Yankee, my favorite sandwich here (a shamelessly thick stack of corned beef and pastrami on rye with mustard and Swiss cheese). The muffuletta is good, but Schlotszky's muffuletta is my gold standard and I find myself comparing. Most surprising was Jason's salad bar, which was a level up from the last time I ate here. No more cups of carrots and peas in ice. The variety and freshness of the choices was a welcome change. Another small improvement is the addition of small containers conveniently sized to hold ranch for dipping. I'm a dipper anyways, and not very fond of plain ridged potato chips, which come on the side with Jason's sandwiches. I make them more palatable by dipping them in ranch, formerly poured onto a small plate because no other container was available. Thank you Jason's for providing what I need to cease that weird practice. We finished off with a free cake cone of playfully swirled self-serve frozen dessert product. Nothing dairy about this "ice cream". But it's fun to Seuss it up. And heck, it's free. read more

I get really disappointed when I go out to eat, pay for a meal, and the quality doesn't meat the expectation of the value I paid. I ordered a deli club and was disappointed to receive a sandwich with minimal amount of meat. The sandwich is cut into four and was honestly mostly bread. My husband ordered the same and he had wilted lettuce on his sandwich. Also while we were waiting in line to place our dine in order, another party who came in after us, through what looked to be the to-go door, was helped ahead of us. I suppose the line to order was not very defined or organized. There were also 5-6 tables that were yet to be cleaned off as we were looking to seat ourselves. The soup and sandwich was a great lunch, just wanted to try the potato since it looked good. Thought the potato was too much not sure how one would be able to finish it, but it was good. 9/11/2021 Food was cold and aweful. My bad experience started with the host at this location. She didn't treat me the same as the other customers. I had to return to the counter 3 times asking one time for my number so I could be serve at my table. She could have brought this to my table or given it to me after I paid her. After waiting for my cold food that the servers let sit behind the counter, I told the host that I was being discriminated against in anger. I was the only black customer there that watched other nonblack customers being served in a timely manner. This is an aweful place to eat. I received my money back from the host that I did not ask for. I will never go back to this location of Jason Deli. I am an older person that felt like my past childhood was happening all over again dealing with racism. read more

After getting my food, let's just say my order wasn't perfect but the manger Veronica was such a sweetheart, she remade my order and made sure it was good, she quickly turned my disappointment to appreciation.
