The new building is an improvement in many ways: Adding a drive-thru, outdoor seating, self-serve kiosks for ordering, and the ability to order from your table. They've also implemented pagers, so the staff now brings your food out to your table (rather than you having to wait until your name is called as before). A few negatives though: Parking lot is once again on the smaller size, especially since it's shared with other businesses, and there seems to be less seating inside than the previous building. I ordered the bacon turkey bravo and there was no bacon on the sandwich. My total order was $50. They screw up my order everytime I go. Last time they left out the bagel. Manager said I would have to come back. They should have delivered the sandwich as ordered to my house. Unacceptable service for the price. Never going to Panera again. Lousy service. Sales people have no idea about products they are selling. Comment when asked about difference in bread was "Well it's all bread. What's the difference!" Too many other places around where I can get intelligent answers from staff. Management said sales girl had only been working two weeks and they did not have time to train her. Tonight, I waited 2 hours to have my food delivered by Panera's delivery service, and it still has not arrived. Food is good, but over-priced with slow delivery. If you're eating there, I'd recommend, otherwise, you're better off just ordering a pizza. read more

This is absolutely the worst Panera bread out there! I live close to it so this is the one I have to go to unfortunately and everytime I go something is wrong. I ordered the you pick 2 last time and got no dressing with my salad to go. I can't even eat the salad with no dressing?? than I go today and get the you pick two with no salad, I get tomatoe soup and mac and cheese instead. The tomato soup is missing the packet of croutons you are supposed to get with it, which makes the soup. The Mac and cheese is microwaved which I am okay with.However, the Mac and cheese had a big chunk of cold cheese in the middle that was not melted at all? After all that I never got my lemonade so I had to go back in and they were like "oh yeah your lemonade" This panera bread is the worst one! you pay a lot for their food and it can't even be made right ever! Also it is October 8th and they have the pumpkin cookie stickers and pictures all over their door when you walk in. So I ask for one and of course they do not have any, none being made, none cooling or anything! uhh hello ? why are there stickers on your door when you walk in advertising them if you do not have any or making any! All of it is just so ridiculous and no survey on the receipt. Went to this location last Friday to pick up lunch for my mom and I. She had a half Cobb salad and I had a smoked turkey panini and chicken noodle soup. My mom said nothing in her salad tasted fresh and it had a weird aftertaste. My sandwich was terrible and flavorless. The soup which I was looking forward to was all broth with no noodles, chicken or vegetables. A complete waste of $20! read more

Not anything I'm use to... I ordered potato soup because it said on the board they were serving it and the lady taking my order said it wasn't even available today. I ordered a tuna sandwich with honey wheat and I got a cocky answer that they don't even cut it for sandwiches. It's funny because the name is Panera B R E A D ... Why wouldn't you cut the bread for the sandwich especially when that's the bread the tuna comes on. The cashier showed it to me and said I would have to buy it. I hope their corporate see this because I know this place isn't being ran at all to corporate standards. Also if you need to use the restroom do yourself a favor and hold it... I have been going to this Panera since it opened, however I will not any longer. The last three times I have went they are out of many items. It has been at dinner time and Sunday brunch. Today they had 4 bagels left at noon? Really? Instead we went the Tim Hortons down the street and they were just as busy with full shelves. Has the manager changed? For the most part the staff is friendly but they do tend to chit chat amongst themselves while ignoring the customer. I am sad that I won't be going any longer I love the cinnamon crunch bagel. I get food from this Panera probably once a month. Most times I would give them 4 stars, with the occasional 5. Today was a 3 Star overall. Food was more of a 2 and they were short staffed (we were told that much of the staff didn't show up because of the holiday). Normally I love their Mediterranean veggie sandwich, but it was kind of meh tonight. The soup and Mac & cheese were even less than meh tonight. I don't know, maybe I'm getting sick, that was the second meal today that didn't taste good. Or maybe the B teams at the places I went to were bitter about being at work and just didn't give a hoot. It's hard to say. Either way, they were slow in getting my order out today, and they missed 3 items. They did offer us a free pastry when we went back in for the missing items, which we declined, but the offer was appreciated. Will update when I visit again and *hopefully* have a better experience. read more

Recently I had a significant problem at the drive thru with both personnel and the food, so this time I decided I had better go in. I ordered a strawberry poppy seed salad, and after waiting longer than usual, it was delivered to my table with chicken frozen solid. One piece of chicken was 5 slices of chicken frozen together like a big rock. Now going inside isn't an option at this place. The very best option is to go elsewhere. read more

I have come to love Panera Bread. Their salads are awesome accompanied with fresh homemade bread. I had a simple chicken caesar salad which really hit the spot. The chicken was very well seasoned and tender. The dressing was a perfect mix with shaved cheese and to die for homemade croutons! The croutons were the perfect combination of a crunchy exterior and soft center. The serving size was just large enough to fill me up. My husband ate broccoli soup in a homemade bread bowl. The soup tasted homemade and the bread was such a delicious accompaniment. After eating most of the soup he devoured the entire large bread bowl soaked in the delicious soup remains. The service was excellent and the establishment clean and enticing us with wonderful pastry smells and fresh bread. It's so hard to leave without purchasing several pastries to go! It wasn't surprising that it took a few minutes to wait for an available table with all the customers they had. We will definitely be back to visit Panera Bread! read more

This is the only Panera I've been to that delivers the food to your table. They don't actually know who's who but it's the effort I like. The only negative is they're tables aren't cleaned until they see someone is going to sit at a dirty table. They also have a digital order station for convenience. read more

Every time I go here my order always gets messed up whether I go inside or drive through. It's kind of disappointing

Stopped in this location about a week ago because I was having a bagel jones. If you are a Panera fan, you know this isnt an inexpensive proposition, but if I can get the flavor I crave, I will pay. Declining the full bagel pack, I settle for a six pack of bagels and a tubba cream cheese to take home. What would I like? NOT SO FAST.... Miss Nice Lady told me she was "out" of Asiago Cheese bagels, I wanted to cry. Literally. Now what? It was Saturday afternoon, around 2pm, why are there no cheese bagels? The place was jammed with people and several hungry eaters behind me. Hmm. Nothing to be done. I got a couple cinnamon crunchies, some salt and sesame and got ready to leave, disappointed but well...it is what it is....then suddenly, JOY. Miss Nice Lady gives me HALF OFF MY BILL for the inconvenience of no cheese bagels. YAY!!! All of a sudden, a salt bagel tasted just a little bit better. read more

Very poor service. We tried to order online and were unable to do so. Website is not user friendly. We had a coupon that they brought to our work of 50%off and they would not honor it in the restaurant. They refused to have a manager come out and talk with us. I really like Panera food. When Panera of Woodhaven decided to build a place across from the old building on West Rd, I looked forward to the new building. I love Paneras food and the pastries. But I do have to say I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with their app online. I've missed many times the coupon to get $5 off because I can't seem to get through to make it work properly. This time I finally felt like I had it work right and the manager told me it expired the night before. The manager did tell me they have had many complaints on the site and they are in the middle of revamping it so I guess we have to have patience folks while they are doing this. In the meantime I told him I go and all other restaurants and I'm getting all kinds of coupons & this is the only restaurant that's giving me a hard time getting money off. And I don't want to have to put my financial information in , in order to get the coupon off. I want to be able to pay cash when I get to the store. And that's the only way you could get the $5 off with the online order rapid pick up and go. You're not going to get 5 stars from me with this kind of treatment. The only reason you got three stars is because I love your food or you would have gotten two stars. Something better needs to happen here. read more

I had never been to this Panera restaurant and was not familiar with the menu. The young man running the cash register was very patient with me and took the time to explain where everything was on the menu that I was looking for. After placing my order I realized that I was going to be $.85 short. I had asked the young man to take off one of the items I had requested and he told me to not worry about it. I can't tell you how grateful I was to him for doing me that favor! I had my two-year-old daughter with me and was just trying to order a decent variety of food to see if she would eat some of it. We ordered the Sierra turkey, broccoli cheddar soup, and the chicken and cheese tortellini. My daughter loved the soup! Who knew that you could get a two-year-old to eat broccoli so easily? The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely be coming back here but will definitely have enough money with me next time read more

I came in and placed an order for a turkey sandwich BLT with Avocado for $8.79 for a whole sandwich. I first of all waited 45 minutes and then went to ask about it and the people who placed the order came back with the sandwich. When I got home there was too much lettuce on the sandwich and no Avocado at all. The turkey was not slices like I expected but gobs of turkey. Not sure what that was all about. Needless, to say., I was kind of disappointed in the whole thing. Very little bacon on the sandwich. I don't think I will ever order that again. read more
