One with grilled chicken with provolone, lettuce and Italian dressing, the other was a turkey breast with provolone on wheat bread. Both with a bottled drink, Zapp's salt and vinegar, two apple caramel cookie, two bowls of Mac N cheese. Total was $52.58. Oh dear. I really wanted to like this place. The menu sounds so great! Picked up my order in the shop (where no one greeted me) and I figured out that my food was sitting on a shelf waiting for me to grab it. Okay, cool, so contactless delivery, I chuckled to myself. Upon opening my bag of food back at the hotel, I sadly discover that my large roast beef sandwich on white was meager! Like this was a flattened roll that looked like it had no meat at all. I opened the roll to check, and there was roast beef inside, though it was grey. And the extra cucumbers I ordered amounted to 4 and 1/2 itty bitty thin slices. I was hungry and tired after a long work day, though, so I tucked in. Ewwww. The beef had lots of fatty areas and was kinda stringy and just not good. I picked off the meat and fat that I just couldn't eat and was left with with half of a half of the sandwich that was edible. I was so sad. Just to show that I am not typically picky about my food, I ended up eating two cheese sticks and one of the last (stale) lobby donuts for dinner. That part was actually not too bad. Great service! Everyone is always friendly. Today was the first day I went in for more than cookies. I ordered the mediterranean sub which was OK no I would not order again. I also ordered the chicken pot pie soup which was amazing. I will definitely be ordering that again and per usual. I ordered a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie a must have. I was just in the establishment for lunch and I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 soups, and a shake. The service was horrible. The person ringing us up walked away without completing our order. He didn't get our soup, didn't make the shake and didn't even bag it. So we asked the girl for our soup only to be told it would be a hour cause they didn't drop it. Then asked us what we wouldn't us to do about it. How about a refund. For them to tell us they didn't have time for their mistakes cause they have a 100 online orders. While the line inside was looking like we were at Cedar Point. The lack of structure and organization was horrendous. They were obviously overwhelmed and lacked leadership. The chicken sandwich was delicious. I got the original that I assumed was a medium size the way it was listed on menu board but it was only six inches and cost $10 and change. I added a med drink, bag of chips and small cup of loaded potato soup and it came to nearly $19. Not someplace I would eat often due to the price but for a rare occasion it was good. Except that their iced tea was nearly empty and I barely filled the medium cup before it ran dry. One employee said they had no more. I heard a lot about this place from a friend who lives in Southfield. He went there often and gave me the impression that the place is really unhealthy but it still sparked an interest. On the way to the airport we stopped by fairlane to get some dinner and decided on potbellies since I have never had it. We both ordered a sandwich and a milk shake. I ordered the Turkey sub- it was really tasty and was filling. It reminded me of quiznoes or a heated jimmy johns. It wasn't anything too special in my opinion but it does its job My friend loves the milk shake here. I ordered a strawberry one and there was chunks of real strawberries which kept getting stuck in my straw. I love that they have two cookies slipped over the straws. That is a nice touch. Overall, my experience here was good. I wouldn't mind coming back but I probably can't eat this all the time. read more

I had a pleasant experience at this Potbelly Sandwich shop. I ordered the hockey salad salad and a cup of vegetable soup along with a dream bar. Of course I couldn't eat all of this! I ate the soup and some of the salad. I love their vegetable soup. It's hearty and filling! The staff was wonderful, quick and patient while explaining some of their house made options (such as the salad dressing). All in all, great place to drop by for a good and filling salad! read more

The cleaning staff, threw my full drink away, ( I was the only person in the restaurant) and when I pointed that out to her, the response was "you can get another". WTF? The place has grown on me the last couple years to the point where I officially consider this place for a quick bite. The sandwiches are really good for fast-food style chain restaurant. The menu is very simple and there are other selections but, when the key menu item is in the name I tend to stick with what there advertising. All sandwiches on the menu look like this: 1. Skinny's = $4.00 / smaller sandwich less calories. 2. Regular = $4.40 / this is the regular sandwich there known for. 3. Big = $5.40 / this is the sandwich I recommend. They also have a chicken sandwich which has its own pricing which kind of irks me. Try this place if you're limited on time and want a hot toasty sandwich to fill a craving. read more

Food for this chain is great, good portions, price and quality. This locations customer service is awful. Food was made incorrectly because they thought the sauce would get cold on the side. When asked for a refund the "manager" was snarky and rude for the approx 8 minutes it took to process the refund. She seemed like she was either unsure of how to do it, or purposely fumbling to make it take longer. Location was also questionably sanitary, staff did not seem to be following appropriate hand-washing procedures. The location in Southfield has great crew and service, they do a great job. read more
