I travel to Woodstock quite a few times a year and stop at this Panera every morning around 8AM. The employees are always extremely nice & overly polite. Amazing group of people. The problem is that they seldom, if ever have any bagels. Once or twice could be blamed on a larger than normal crowd of customers but, pretty much every time? Houston we have a problem. If they would actually stock bagels, this place would be world class. Sorry to have to bust on them. read more

I frequently order via the app and choose the rapid pick-up option. The last three orders I've picked up, have either been missing a salad ingredient, an entire entree or free side of my choosing. This continues to happen despite all indications on the pick-up receipt that the order has been checked and signed off by a staff member. I notified customer service when one of my entrees was missing, and the issue still persists. Please, do better. read more

We went today against my better judgment. I had had previous bad experiences but my son wanted their Mac n cheese. So I decided to give them another chance. They were not busy yet we had to use a monitor to place our own order that gave us no receipt. Once I found someone to ask for one they said they couldn't pull it up. Then when we got our food my son didn't get his baguette. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and I received a COLD bagel!!! So I asked them to toast it. They could not take back the bagel and told me I would have to pick another flavor because they were out of what I had requested and it would take 10 minutes. 10 MINUTES TO TOAST A BAGEL!?!?!? They had no remorse for this happening. Even looked at me like I was the problem. Like omg you want your bagel toasted? What? Who does that? I was floored. This is neat place! Panera Bread (PB) is predictable for good quality healthy food. This PB is one of the nicest I have been to, with great indoor dining and outdoor dining, over stuffed chairs, pleasantly decorated. Had the Thai Chicken Salad with baguette (pictured), which was healthy and nutritious. Iced coffee was okay, but coffee is not PB specialty. Service was prompt with pager to tell you when your order is ready. Drinks are self serve. Lots of 2 hour parking around the restaurant. Notice some of the older yelp reviews complained about cleanliness and service; but IMHO they have corrected those issues. A couple of minor inconveniences: the kiosk was down (my favorite way to order), and their free wifi was bouncing up and down periodically during my luncheon. This visit was during Covid pandemic. All the staff have masks and were cleaning the place like crazy. Bathrooms were spotless. They provide customers with mask when you walk in, if you don't have one. After ordering sat outside on nice wooden bench in the shade by the water fountain. Doesn't get much better than this for PB. read more

Though I have lived only 5 minutes from this Panera for two years, I didn't check out this location until last June. I just skimmed my order history, and apparently I've been quite a fan as I've placed a total of 14 rapid orders since then! Overall, I've had fantastic experiences with the rapid pick-up. My orders have been ready well within the order window (with some under 5 minutes). Generally, there is an associate working at the bakery counter who will call out, "Have a nice day!" in the 10 seconds that I'm within the restaurant. Order accuracy is probably greater than 95%. Across the 14 orders that I've placed and the several items within each of those orders, I think I've had only one or two things incorrect or missing (including a missing cream cheese this morning). My personal meal favorites are the Mediterranean Bowl, Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich, Tomato Soup, Broccoli Cheddar Soup, and the Sausage, Egg & Cheese on Brioche (unfortunately, breakfast only). I also enjoy pairing these items with a Chocolate Chipper Cookie, Mango Smoothie, or Iced Chai Tea Latte. This location does make me a little sad when it comes to the bagel selection. Yes, I typically order bagels after breakfast, but I'd say more than half the time, they're sold out of their more popular options (such as the Everything Bagel). I understand not wanting to have too much on hand at the end of the night but do think they could make a few more of these more popular options to have on hand in the late morning/early afternoon. read more

Wish I could review employees instead of the restaurant itself. So many nasties at this location. Always on their phone, chatting, etc. One highlight! Petite, dark haired girl who works at the register is the sweetest. Always working and makes our food fast and accurately the first time. Have never had an issue with her. I wish you could review food items without reviewing the entire restaurant. I give Panera four stars because I like most of their food and have never had an issue at this location. But the broccoli macaroni and cheese gets one star. It tastes like broccoli and cheese soup, but with noodles and mac and cheese consistency. I ordered it expected normal macaroni and cheese with broccoli added. Instead I literally got the broccoli and cheese soup flavor base with noodles. I love this Panera it seems to be busy not a lot of parking but the place itself is spacious and the nicely stocked of bagels, breads, and sweets. I go to many of these and see sometimes limited selections even early mornings. I got an everything bagel sandwich and a coffee which was good. I love they had 2 half and half bottles and the coffee bar is large enough for multiple people to make their coffee. The place seems to be ran pretty good I highly recommend this location read more

I've never had an issue with Panera Bread. I've been to this location many, many times and never had a problem. However, the service was good, the food was okay, but the restaurant was dirty. This is the second bad experience I've had at this location. I ordered through the app to have it delivered to the car. I arrived a few min after it said my order would be ready bc the last time I ordered it took them 30 min after my reserved time to bring me my food(after I had to call and ask where my order was). Today, the lady came outside and stood on the sidewalk looking for our car, which was literally right in front of her and went back inside with my order. She never took the time to walk in the parking lot to find us. I had to walk inside to get my food, which was just sitting in the counter with the inside pickup orders. Once we got down the road to eat our food, we noticed that they messed our order up and gave us an over easy egg sandwich vs scrabbled. The egg yoke was everywhere in the box, dripping on the rest of our order & got all in our car. I used to work at Panera for 2 years and I know what it consists of, so I don't know why I continue to get horrible service at this location. Service can be a hit or miss depending on who is working. Here is the load down: Food: the bagels are pretty good. Blueberry and cinnamon and raisins are my favorite. This is one of their busier location so they keep them rotating regularly. I'm lactose intolerant so I can't eat a lot of the stuff they have on their menu. I've had their Frontega Chicken Panini and Chipote Chicken Avocado Melt. It was okay. Coffee: thumbs down. I'm a hardcore coffee snob. In my opinion the key to a good cup of coffee is #1 the quality of the bean and #2 the equipment. The stuff they use is "Mr. Coffee" the same kind you get at Wal-Mart. Seriously if you're charging $4 for coffee spring for some decent coffee equipment please. Otherwise I'd just make it at home! Parking: How can I say this: what parking? Since this is a Panera Bread establishment, you'll have many ways to check out the menu online. What I'll tell you about is the staff. They were very cool. Very friendly. And very fast. At the counter, staff made really good suggestions on what to order. Behind the counter, our food was prepared quickly. And it totally hit the spot. The Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken salad is a hands-down winner. I stuck with a soup & sandwich combo (chicken salad and broccoli cheese). Comfort food, I'm tellin' ya. Staff is great, and helpful, but the restaurant has a lot of old, half-attempted cleaning, piled on top of many other half-attempted cleaning. It needs updating, and a good scrub. Several of the booth seats had old food smears. And same with the walls.
