Super chill brewery with eats brought to you by Smoke & Bone. The brews were delish (the Pilsner) and they were even selling $4 six pack ales! The food was a huge plus. You order right outside at the Smoke & Bone BBQ - they are so delicious and sooo friendly! Ordered the Brisket & Egg sandwich and Chipotle Chicken sammich with the brisket Mac & cheese (with jalapeño) great smoke & great flavor! They have love music on Saturday afternoons, a bit off the beaten path loved it but parking was easy and you can walk to panther pavilion from here do you happen to be seeing a show!

Popped in before the Friday after work crowd hit. Chill vibe with outstanding service. The Road Trip Snacks Brown Ale was superb. Even better was my Avocado Burger from their food truck Smoke and Bone. Ross, the owner, was extremely likable and I now understand why their avocado burger which I devoured won the Fort Worth 2024 burger showdown - it was spectacular.

This is a great venue with the friendly staff. We really enjoyed their beer, atmosphere, friendly staff, and knowledgeable soundman! The manager was wonderful to work with and had prompt communication.

Brewery with a relaxed vibe. Tien was very helpful and nice as our bartender. Brewery has fun games, photo walls and a projector screen.

Brewery with a relaxed vibe. Tien was very helpful and nice helping me find the beer I was looking for. The brewery has games, photo walls, projector screen, reading book shelf and merch section to offer.

Been here a few times, great place to grab a beer and a snack (food trucks)! The garage doors make it really nice in the spring. There is always an interesting selection of beer ranging from crowd pleasing ales to more unique flavors and infusions. This time around, my friend had the Mexican lager and I ordered the raspberry stout, both were great! (That stout was 12% , delicious but not for the faint of heart).

This is such a great place, open/outdoor vibes. The owner is so kind. Out of all the breweries this is the most comfortable with the most options. 10/10 recommend

I love their Allergeez wheat beer and Trinity cider. Staff is always super friendly and will let you try as many beers as you want. Great place to hang with your favorite pooch! They also have some great food trucks that stop by for lunch and supper!

I love going to Panther Island Brewing. I've been going there for a bit over a year now, and it is one of my favorite spots in town to grab a beer. One of my favorite things about the brewery is the fact that it is dog friendly. They have going through a bit of a transition recently where they are open on more days and have expanded their offerings (including wines now also). They have a lot of live music going on, and generally have a food truck out front for the hungry people. Did I mention it is dog friendly yet... bring your pooch and just hang out while you enjoy some delicious local craft beers. Dog water bowls are available, so you never have to worry about drinking alone. They also have corn hole, tiki toss, a pool table, big jenga, some couches, some tables, and a big screen for game days. Staff is always awesome and super friendly and know all the products very well. If you want to sample any of their beers, please feel free to ask.

The bar sits inside the brewery. Beer taps along the wall. Have a great conversation with the bartender. Bought glassware.

Ask the Community - Panther Island Brewing

    Is it dog friendly?

Simpler answer is yes, very pet friendly.

Is this place kid friendly? I'm hoping a friend of mine and I can bring our families

    Is there food available?

I would call to check. Last time I went , there was a food vendor there, but the brewery themselves doesn't serve food.

What's the price of a pint, and any happy hour(s)? Thanks

I wasn't familiar with the area, but parking was incredibly easy thanks to their large parking lot. One of the first things I noticed was the beautiful patio area. The large double doors open up to a covered outdoor space with a fountain in the center. There is shade thanks to trees and umbrellas so this is a nice place to have brunch at. Inside, there were several long communal tables that seemed perfect for events and larger groups. I was also impressed by their events calendar and even spotted an upcoming event I'm planning to attend, which makes me excited to come back. On this visit, I tried a glass of wine and the giant pretzel. The pretzel was fresh, soft, and paired nicely with the wine. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the cheese dip. It wasn't bad, but I personally think a simpler cheese sauce would be better. I liked that there was a separate coffee shop area. It's a great option for anyone who wants to enjoy the space without drinking alcohol, making it feel welcoming to a wider variety of guests. Ps. They had a nugget ice machines and self serve water station I really liked that!

You order at the counter, you get a number to take to your seat(s), then servers bring you your food. You pick your own table, either indoor or outdoor. Our group of 9 ordered at around same time with 2 cashiers. Our food came very sporadically, one of us didn't get her salad & dish 30+ minutes AFTER everyone else started eating. We got the pizza we were sharing within 20 minutes after we sat down, BUT our salad didn't come until 45 minutes AFTER THE PIZZA! Now the food... Maple jalapeños bacon pizza was so good, with a kick. Prosciutto goat cheese pizza was ok, not enough flavor. Warm pretzel was soft & melted in the mouth, but the cheese dip had a bitter aftertaste. Cesar salad was loaded with croutons & Parmesan shavings. I personally loved a lot of Parmesan shavings, but could use a bit more lettuce & a little less croutons. The fries are good, nice & crispy. PORTIONS ARE PRETTY GENEROUS, you can definitely share a pizza & a salad with 1-2 other(s) depending on how hungry you are. 3 stars because disorganized servers & food is hit or miss.

The double-story building is a large, open Texas beer hall that blends modern and traditional saloon styles with an intentionally eclectic, whimsical vibe reminiscent of a theme park. For instance, the bathroom doors look like jail cells with hands on the bars, while the pristine stalls feature portraits of Merle Haggard and Johnny Cash. I used the Willie Nelson and was "on the commode again". The centerpiece is a huge, three-sided bar adorned with neon signs, vintage Western memorabilia, industrial brewing equipment, and a massive wall of taps. It serves both classics and ready-to-serve frozen drinks, which you can enjoy in the pet-friendly beer garden backyard party. Order you "two pina coladas and hope they fill 'em to the brim if your world is kind of rocky and you need to learn to swim." (That was Garth Brooks or Maya Angelou). The casual, amphitheater-like patio faces an outdoor stage built into the bed of a vintage truck. The live music (even 12:30pm on a Thursday) is loud enough to be festive but managed so you don't have to scream to be heard. The entire area is covered by a massive glass and steel retractable roof, ensuring comfort in any weather, in case you don't "love a rainy night nor think it's such a beautiful sight, and hate to feel the rain on your face, taste the rain on your lips in the moonlight shadows." (That was Eddie Rabbit or SunTzu). The seating options are excellent and varied. Groups can share high-tops around a gas fire or a lit tree, or even sit in kitschy sawed-off pickup truck beds with bench seating. You can also find lounge chairs near the outdoor fireplace, huge swinging benches, and plenty of folding beach chairs on the astroturf. For dining, you can order affordable bar food from a window and receive a pager, so there is no need to "might as well lay down and nap 'cause you've spent half your life just waiting on a nacho." (That was Brad Paisley or Abraham Lincoln).

They probably had 25 (complete guess off of memory) beers on tap with a few of them being seltzers. They have really good IPA's, PHENOMENAL dessert stouts, and fun beers of other styles. Martin House was so good, I went back for a second flight plus bought a bunch of canned beers to take home. They had a Smores Stout (delicious), Texas Sheet Cake Stout (equally delicious), a Pumpkin Cheesecake Stout (not for me but interesting), and a King of the Mountain Porter (chocolately). I have never had 4 porters/stouts in the same sitting, but MH makes such good ones that I had to. Their IPA's were solid with the Invaders being my favorite. The Wicked Wolf blonde Ale made with peanut butter, and I think marshmallow fluff was probably my favorite beer amongst the 8 I tried. Phenomenally good. The craziest beer I tried was the Best Maid Mustard Relish. It's exactly what you think it would be but not as bad. They should make it in shot form though because anything more is too much. The only thing lacking was food. I assume they have food trucks from time to time but not while I was there. No matter their beer makes up for it so just eat before you come.
