The place is super convenient, but the pizza is not really good... there just isn't a lot of flavor. They usually have slices if you want to stop in quick. The chicken is dry and not seasoned so it's not great on the pizza. Also they don't have chicken bacon ranch available on their online ordering BUT they always have it in the slices. When you order a CBR it's super expensive because they charge per topping. The sandwiches are alright depending on what you get, I usually get the renzo which is good and they have tons of toppings you can add. read more

You can not go wrong with this place. Generous portions and delicious. We ordered a medium pizza, wings, potato skins with steak, A1, bacon and mozzarella cheese and the hangover burger with curly fries. Everything was perfect. We ate there which I don't think is the usual but they brought us plates and napkins without missing a beat. I suspect they have more delivery and pick up then eat in. I highly recommend this place. They're always great about substitutions, ie pastrami for ham on their Border burger. The staff is friendly and remembers their regulars. Their burgers are AWESOME. Can't go wrong with the curly fries or mozzarella sticks either. I find that the cheese pizza tastes better than the pepperoni pizza so this is what I order whenever I come here. Sometimes, the pizza is somewhat burnt so might have to avoid the parts that are crispy to a burnt degree, but overall a good spot for a box of pizza. I've always loved Pantry. I ordered tonight and the pizza was better than ever. I also tried the cheesey gravy fries-- so good! The delivery was expected for 45 mins to an hour but got here early (only 30 minutes or so!) I was worried about not ordering enough food, but 3 pizzas were WAY more than enough for 12 people. These larges are 8 gigantic slices. I also got a small catered order of grilled vegetables - green peppers, onions, mushrooms - got lots of compliments from the staff I ordered for. Overall, the service was on time and convenient. Great pizza & wings, decent sides, nice delivery drivers, but service can sometimes leave something to be desired. Often when you call in, either the line's busy or you're abruptly put on hold. Fine. When my boyfriend dared to complain about it after the last instance (this happens regularly) and give a 1-star review on Facebook, they wrote a response in which they bragged about how busy they were that one day more than once and told him to enjoy his mediocre pizza elsewhere. And if you look at other responses, both on Facebook and Yelp, you'll notice a similar stance whenever someone dares to not sing their praises. A good business will try to win customers back, they will apologize and ask you please try again. I was willing to try them again. I'm ok with waiting a while on hold, especially to patronize a good, local business. But after that response, forget it. Pantry Pizza is apparently SO BUSY THEY DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS. Went past the store at 10:30 and the staff had the place completely cleaned. Went in for a slice and was told the ovens were off. Friendly service while ordering and receiving the delivery and quick delivery. Just a heads up! If you're ordering delivery, ask if your address is within their service area! My address was not (less than a 10 min drive away), but I didn't know to ask and the person taking my order did not mention it, so I got a really rude callback stating that they would "do it this time but not again" from someone who was not too happy about it. The woman who called me back was very rude, and blamed me for not knowing that I am out of the service area. However, the delivery person told me that my address was fine and they had just delivered to this street the day before, but I will avoid ordering delivery in the future! I really wanted to like this place. The menu is great and the reviews are decent. But to order two subs at 8:18pm and have them still not arrive until 9:50 is not acceptable. Sure, I can see a long wait during sports games and snow storms, but not for a Sunday night order of two subs that take 3 minutes to prepare. The kicker was when I called at 9:25pm to see where the delivery was, the female employee simply said "Oh there was a delay with when you placed your order and when it printed. It's on the way." No apology, no ownership, just the 'facts.' Riiight. Now i know that it's on me that there technology is faulty or delayed. NOT MY PROBLEM! If this business valued customer satisfaction or considered customer service any sort of priority, they would have noticed the difference in order time and "print" time and contacted me. Or at least offered an apology when I called them. Terrible... Then, at 9:44pm when I finally called to cancel because the food STILL had not arrived, I got served a big dose of attitude from the same female I already spoke to, who proceeded to speak to me in the tone of a moody 13 year old girl and tell me it's too bad because the order is on its way. Sure, girlfriend. Nice try. I won't be ordering a damn thing from this place and will be sure to pass the good word along. And to boot, the poor delivery guy-who was nice- of course was not informed that I cancelled the order 6 minutes prior and still showed up at my door at 9:50pm (25 minutes after I called and was told the food was on it's way). I politely declined and explained that I just had one of the most poor customer experiences over the phone. He tried to explain that the food was not cold because it was just made a minute ago. First experience here was with pizza, ordered two slices. They make a thin crust pizza, my preference. Took a menu thinking I'd try a whole pizza. My first online order was discounted $5. I got a large pizza with two toppings for $11. Delivery was available for an extra $2. One of the options in the ordering process is "well done." Skipping the "well done" option was a mistake. My pizza was "barely done," or "almost done." Because it was undercooked the base was limp not crisp. I just hope that if I try the "well done" option I don't get a burnt pizza. Superfluous options annoy me. Why not just cook it 'til it's done? There's a message box on the order form. If someone wants their pizza practically burnt, can't they just make a special request? A bag with napkins and paper plates was offered with the pizza. Leftover slices were sandwiched between the paper plates, placed in a large plastic ziplock bag and put in the fridge. Next morning the slices were heated up on a dry frying pan. The base crisped up and the leftover pizza was better than fresh from the oven. This is a learning experience. I've gotten undercooked pizza at Bertucci's and elsewhere. I need to specify when ordering, please don't undercook the pizza and check it when I receive it. Two stars for undercooked. Likely to order here again because I like the style of pizza they make and feel they are completely capable of exceeding expectations. read more

Ah man, I really wanna like this place! I love mom and pop stores and I've been eying this place for a while. I had a craving for pasta and I saw that they had some pasta dishes and some of the photos looks pretty good.... so why not? I ordered spaghetti with marinara sauce, grilled chicken and baked cheese on top. Food came promptly and at first it looked quite visually appealing. The portion they give you is outrageous and they give you a huge thing of garlic bread on the side. Right off the bat it looked like I found my place for my quick pasta fix. This is where it starts to go bad. The sauce was flat out watery. None of it was sticking the pasta and it didn't even taste like marinara sauce. Just straight water. On the plus side the chicken was tasty and so was the garlic bread. Unfortunately the pasta and sauce were extremely lack luster. I don't want to give up on this place yet cause the pizza looked somewhat appetizing... maybe I'll give it one more try and get a pizza or sub. Roomie and I walk in and we see a slew of different options for pizza on the wall. We couldn't agree on any of the specials so we decided to make our own pizza. The wall menu didn't say how much each topping was going to be, so we just picked what we wanted and then spoke to the woman behind the counter. The pizza request: Cheese, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, 1/2 broccoli & pepperoni, other 1/2 mushrooms She said that the total was over $20 -- and they don't charge that high, so for the large pizza (16") they'd charge us $16.95 -- the cost of one of their specialty pizzas. The pizza crust where the toppings sit is thin, very thin, and with heavy toppings you can't just pick up the pizza or they'll all fall off! The part of the crust where you hold it is similar to that of a "hand tossed" crust. Best way to eat this pizza... either fold it in half NY style or put it on a plate and use a knife and fork. Either way... have plenty of napkins available! The 16" pizza yielded 8 large slices. This is CASH ONLY. Also, they do deliver, but you'll be charged $2 for delivery. read more
