I ordered Papa Johns last night from the app. Pizza took 2 hours to arrive, was delivered ultimately by doordash. The pizza was cold, underbaked, uncut, and had very few toppings. I also ordered a side of anchovies, there were only 3 anchovies in the little container! This place needs some serious quality control. read more

This is your average Papa John's pizza. I ordered a papadia and medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The order took only 20 minutes to cook and pickup. Average size pickup area, and very busy. Dough tasted slightly different to the ones in Texas. Sauce is consistent as well as the toppings. It's an overall 3.5 for a pizza chain pizza. read more

We Love Papa Johns pizza. Don't love grease though. We have a pretty typical order- lg cheese , light sauce , Canadian bacon and a cup of sauce. I ordered breadsticks tonight- I know some is the butter sauce or whatever but this is just gross though. 3 stars because it's decent pizza and will deliver to us. read more

We ordered delivery to our hotel. After almost an hour we called and was told they have no idea how long. We ordered half vegetarian for the non meat eater in the family. Not only was there meat at least partially on every piece, but the pizza wasnt divided evenly. To top it all off the pizza was cold. I could not be any more unhappy with the service, delivery or pizza from this place. Don't live here, but if I'm ever back i won't be using this place... worst pizza delivery place ever. read more

Lately it's been taking at least an hour to get our food and they almost always have mistakes. This last time they loaded up a pizza with black olives that we didn't want on there and that my daughter hates. I usually let mistakes go, but this time I decided to call to report it. After 10 minutes of being left on hold, I hung up and called back. The lady said she wouldn't put me on hold, so she just sat the phone down....another 15 minutes of sitting there listening to all the workers cutting up. Hung up and called back a 3rd time, and by that time I was beyond mad. She never apologized or tried to help me. I finally just told her I was going to report her to the corporate office, which I did, and hung up without getting my refund. Will never order from that store again. read more

Well I have to update my rating so it seems once again. PJs delivers to me again! Yippee! No more smelly Dominos or flipping coins with Pizza Hut. The sweet delivery girl with the blonde hair is a nice addition to the staff. She is always so nice to me. read more

They rock!! I order pizza online and have it delivered in 15-20 minutes! The pizza is perfect! Cheese and toppings are perfect, nothing is flopped to one side of the pizza. Pizza is hot and ready to eat, never cold or room temp. Delivery guys are always polite and respectful. I haven't had a bad experience yet. read more

Is it possible to give zero stars? Worst service ever I live less than 2 miles away but didn't feel like putting all 4 kids in the car to pick something up, so I ordered delivery at 5:30 pm. I got an email confirming my order with an ETA of 6:03 pm. At 6:15, I called to ask about my order. I was told it was on the way. At 6:50, I called back and was told that no one ever left the store with it and they were waiting on DoorDash to come pick it up. No one ever relayed this to me the first time I called. I was told my money would be refunded but I will never order takeout or delivery from PapaJohns again. Service is atrocious and if I wanted to wait an hour for Waitr on a Friday night, I would have just ordered from any restaurant and still had my food faster. I don't see how Papa Johns is ever going to survive with service this horrible. There are too many pizza places in BR that are much better and that I now know have even quicker delivery times than Papa Johns. read more

Terrible experience here tonight. After driving 10 hours with 2 kids we decided to order pizza for something quick and easy. Papa johns is usually our favorite but this location was a mistake. I was transferred to 3 different people when I was trying to order for delivery. When they finally got my order in (just a large 3 topping) he say it would take 30-35 minutes. I also added an extra garlic sauce. After literally an hour the pizza arrived and we paid the guy and he left. Come to find out the extra garlic sauce (75 cents) wasn't in the box. The pizza was cold and the inside was doughy. Not what we normally expect from this chain or from any chain. read more

I'm not sure about the other reviews of this location, but we order from here about twice month and they've been pretty great. The pizza is quite good for the price and they offer a good variety of deals. For the most part, the estimates for delivery time have been good and the pizzas have always been delivered hot. We usually order carry out from here and the staff has always been reasonable and nice with us. It's not gourmet, but if you're looking for good cheap, quick pizza, then it's a great place to order from. read more
