Pizza lovers be ware! So I'm craving me some Papa Johns. Order a large thin crust Works and a Papadias. Drive in to pick it up to ensure hot tasty goodness. Good night right. Wrong. We'll, learn from my mistakes. Make sure you check all your boxes immediately. I didn't. Drove home with that Papa Johns smelling up the car. Only to find they gave me the wrong pizza. Yup, the label on the box was right, the half cheese half pepperoni inside was not what I ordered. Immediately called the store and they said, "oh yea, your pizza is here. You can come get it". Ahhh, no you can deliver it. Said they couldn't. After some back and forth I said just cancel the order and refund my money. To which they said ok. So, I've called the store several times to no avail getting resolution. The latest was "The Store Owners are going to have to contact you. Soooo, Beaufort pizza lovers be ware. I'm shocked at some of these low ratings. I've never been disappointed in this location. The staff is courteous and pleasant. The food is fresh and bursting with flavor. I think people have grown so accustom to the cheap "hot and ready" pizza next door, that they don't want to pay and wait for quality. read more

Unexpected change in my schedule, required me to stay in office during lunch. Called the PaPa and ordered Small Classic with pepperoni, sausage and extra cheese. The young man informed me the driver would be in at 11am to start deliveries. 11:06 he was at my door with a warm, delightful pizza... very pleasant delivery driver! Kudos all around! read more

This Papa Johns has good tasting food. However, they they could use a little work on customer service and cutting their pizza.

The whole no contact thing I completely understand but it clearly says that the food won't be placed directly on the floor but on top of like the pizza carrier. The delivery guy dropped the food directly on the floor which I thought was gross and annoying. If I knew that they weren't gonna follow the proper procedure of placing the food on top of something and not directly on the floor I would have gladly placed something myself outside for the food to be placed on. And the pizza was messed up I got half cheese and there's toppings on the entire pizza. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone and I definitely won't be ordering from here again. read more

Well, I'm glad some folks have had good experiences with this location. I've learned to NEVER call this particular Paps Johns during peak dinner times. Like lunch or dinner, since the busier they are the less accurate the order. Relegating my pizza cravings to be satiated at odd meal times, or to plan ahead to reheat LOL. I tried it twice, since most Papa Johns make good pizza. The first time they lost my order (ordered in person) and ended up waiting 1 hour for a large. Second time the ingredients were "sparsely" put on....guess they were saving money. Done with this location. read more

Have ordered for delivery twice now, this location is only 3 miles from our apartment and both times it has taken over an hour to actually be delivered, in fact, an hour and 10 minutes later, we're still waiting on our pizza! Don't let your employees ruin your company. Called before 920 and was put on hold for over 10 min. Someone became available right after the cut off magically and I was told I couldn't order after 930 (even giggled at me when I ask what time was the cut off and not caring it was only 931 at the time on my phone. One Minuit really?? Papa johns website says you do take out orders till 940 but I guess that would interfere with your employees plans for the night . I hope your employees getting out 10 min early was worth loosing a customer for good. I hate little Ceasers but will use them if I want pizza in Beaufort again. Your workers don't care about your product or customer service and with numerous complaints the owner must not care either. I had a pizza delivered to my home, gave the driver a tip in cash. He then wrote in a tip on my credit card receipt. The manager VERONICA was rude when I called. So i went to the store. She locked the door. I had to call the police in order to get a resolution. They gave me my tip back and promised me a free meal. I ordered the free pizza for lunch for my son and they tried to charge me $4 for it. After they STOLE my money. The next day, the owner RICHARD told me he didnt even want my business and the driver writing in a tip was "DEBATABLE". This store is awful. Their customer service is AWFUL and it's because they have an owner that doesnt care about the customers. On multiple occasions they messed up our order. Taken over an hour to deliver. Staff didn't know what was going on offering a refund and what they owed us but we didn't get either of that. Assistant Manager josh didn't know what was going on when he did find out he didn't offer us any help either. Would rate zero stars but have to put one to rate. read more

I go to papa johns for pizza almost every change I get. My favorite my personal mix of ham, tomato, and three cheeses on an original crust. My pizza isn't greasy like pizza huts and I can eat as many slices I want without getting sick. read more

Do NOT order a pizza from Papa John's in Beaufort, SC. Not only did it take an hour to get the pizza, but they made it wrong and due to food allergies, we could not eat it. Then I called to complain and was told it would be another hour before the new pizza was delivered. I told her I felt was entitled to a refund of part of the cost of the pizza for the two hour wait....the manager said "lady its the pizza or no pizza, your choice." No only do they have a problem with quality control, but the manager has a problem with her mouth! What a shame because we love the Papa John's in our hometown! read more

Great pizza when picking up. Do not order for delivery. When I had it delivered I didn't receive it until two hours later and it was cold so I ended up trashing most of it. Their pizza is great when ordering fresh carryout. read more
