Gotta give credit where credit is due. Papa Johns has this pandemic thing figured out. Sure sure they were already in the delivery business but honestly I don't expect much from Papa Johns. But this time, they killed it. The app was easy to use and tons of $6 offering. I was able to use Apple Pay and include my tip. The app gave me an estimated time of arrival and arrived within that time. They used contactless delivery, setting the pizzas on my porch (on top of a barrier they brought with them) and stepped back so I could grab. The delivery person , who wore a mask, was nice and friendly. My food was piping hot (as I grabbed my first wing, I said "hot hototototot" pizza was cooked well and hot as well. I am impressed. Pizza was good but breadsticks were over baked and drowning in butter, ordered cheese with these but didnt get it. We'll pass on the breadsticks next time. Otherwise they are convenient and fast. read more

Order 1 medium peperoni and jalapenos, got peperoni and green peppers. Green peppers were only on a quarter of the pizza. Half cheese and half sausage and mushroom ha hardley any mushrooms. But at least they made up for it with 20 pepperoncini...so I guess that makes up for it. read more

We really like the new stuffed crust pizza. Order it frequently. Contactless delivery is fast and friendly/polite. Excellent service response from manager. We received (accidentally) a non stuffed crust cheese pizza. I called and he quickly sent out a correct replacement delivery. Thank you!! read more

I placed a phone order for delivery for one of my classes when the store opened at 10. The order was taken by a woman who I believe was the manager. This was an order for a large area high school, and I asked if the order could be delivered to a specific door number. The woman said she would "try to let the delivery driver know." 10 minutes after the order was supposed to arrive, I called to check the status of the order. I was told the order had been dropped off outside a door at the high school, which unfortunately was the wrong door. The pizzas were not outside the door indicated. I called back, and the gentleman who assisted me kindly refunded the cost of the pizzas, and apologized, as at that point, the arrival time would have been too late for the students to eat it before class ended. Not only was I not able to feed the children the pizza I promised, but I also had to walk in 12 degree weather around the building to attempt to locate the pizzas, which were never found. I am disappointed and dismayed at the circumstances, and would suggest that delivery drivers NOT drop pizzas outside a random door or a building with over 25 doors. read more

I always order my pizzas square cut. I've been doing it for almost 10 years now. For some reason this location cannot figure out how to cut the pizza square cut. At least not until I go back in and have them remake my pizza. Any and every other location can figure this out but this location. It's wasting my time, my energy, and my life, as Papa John's is one of the few places my kids and I will agree on pizza-wise but also is cost-effective. My kid cut her self trying to cut off the crust when I ordered it square cut, as the kids were on break and I had to deliver them food. Some like crust some don't so it's the best option. this time I've called in to make sure it's square cut - however I'm still gonna see if I can bribe the next closest location to start taking my orders. I'd rather drive the extra distance than keep having to wait for my order to be remade. Plus, I'd be fine paying the extra fees on delivery plus tip as long as my order is correct. I'll happily pay for convenience as long as it's paired with competency. read more

This place is the absolute worst Papa John's in America. The last 3 orders we had were screwed up and all 3 also took over an hour and a half to get delivered. Basically told them on the last time that it was their last chance. After they screwed that order up the manage said I put 5 free pizzas into the system for you. Just called to order for my sons and some friends and guess what no pizzas in the system. So on top of incompetence they have managers who lie. If this is the type of leadership they have it is no wonder they can't get anything right. If this is the Papa John's location that delivers to you. Most of the time, Papa John's is good- most of the time is a understatement. The pizza dough is always incredibly fresh and the quality is consistently high. It trumps Hot Box Pizza which seems to have bad dough that almost ruins the pizza. The only story I have where I was unsatisfied with Papa John's is yesterday when me and a couple of friends had it for dinner and we had just gotten it around 7:00 PM and the pizza was ever so slightly cold. It didn't bother me, it was just something I noticed. Either way, Papa John's is very good at making pizzas and I highly recommend it. read more

Ordered buffalo wings online for carry out. What I got wasn't buffalo wings. Just cooked wings that wasn't sauced when cooked from under the heat lamp inwhich I refused. The kid takes the box against my objections behind the line to put sauce on them as to pass them off as a "fixed" order. I refused that and he offered to have a complete new order made that I accepted while I waited.u He gave me half off the new order which I was pleased of but when I got home to dig in, most all my order wasn't fully cooked. I had trouble with the website when trying to enter my credit card to pay for a delivery with several attempts. Frustrated I called in and was disappointed to hear they only put ONE peppercini/ per box and I ordered 2 medium pizzas and asked for more. They hooked me up thanks to the guy that took my order and the pizza was made EXACTLY as I asked with the pepperoni on top so it crisps up! It arrived earlier than expected and I was very happy! We order from this papa johns all the time. #1 their pizza good #2 it's close and convenient... However DO NOT expect to get anything delivered to you besides your pizza!!! For the last two nights (as we have been crazy busy) we have ordered pizza. 1st night we ordered 4 extra cheese sauces. They reliever the pizza with just one! Ok easy mistake, we call the restaurant and they credit our account because they said it's too late to re deliver more sauces. Last night we order again. We CALL to explain the night before, and again request 4 cheese sauces. We were assured they would not forget this time... Guess what they forgot?!? Yep the cheese, AGAIN!!! We call and speak to a "manager" which I can only assume was some teenage kid who basically told us there was nothing he could do, and that it wasn't his problem, as it was the delivery persons responsibility! How, as a "manager" is that NOT YOUR PROBLEM?!? If this was only the 2nd time this has happened I wouldn't write a review... but this is the same thing that happens time after time after time EVERY time we order!!! Best papa johns around. Manager is super nice. We came in to get extra garlic sauce for our leftovers from the night before and he wouldn't take any money for them. Will continue to buy from this location instead of the Carey road location after a bad experience at that one. read more

It's been almost three hours now and I still haven't received my pizza. This is why people don't like Papa Johns. Not because of your stance on politics. I placed an online order at 6:05pm for a 7:30pm pickup. I arrived at 7:25 and stood in line 10 minutes while 2 inexperienced staff attempted to run the registers. At 7:35 my order wasn't ready, I was told 4 minutes. 10 minutes later, I FINALLY received my order - 15 minutes late! No apology for the delay. Got the food home and it was subpar, worst Papa John's Pizza I've ever had. First & last time I'll be using this location. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone! read more

Today I messed up and ordered carry out instead of delivery and when i called to find out what went wrong, the man on the phone made sure it was getting sent to me quickly and gave me a discount even though it was my fault! Food is always good, but their service is egregious at best. The manager, Scott, who answers the phones around lunchtime is a snarky, apathetic, and condescending cretin. Ordered delivery on line, paid on line. Noticed in email receipt that discount had not been Applied. Called the store, they said no problem they would take care of it. When delivery Came they said I have not paid. I said I paid with cc when I ordered. I showed them my Email receipt, delivery said he needed money. There is always an employee there with an attitude. And the drivers are not the nicest either. Sometimes I feel that the drivers don't care how they handle the order because sometimes it is sloppy when opening the pizza boxes. I have been in-store and heard the drivers talking and it isn't pretty either. Telling one another that they wont take an order because the next one has a better tip or is a better tipper...that's not right. You get paid. Tips are a bonus. Hint: if you are nice and courteous, and my pizza doesn't look like s@#$...then you will probably get a nice tip. But complaining surely will not get you a good one. I honestly don't think I will order again from this location. read more
