Large Detroit Crust with Italian Sausage, Pepperoni and mushrooms.
    K B.

I visited Jet's Pizza today for the first time this afternoon after watching WTHR and they were talking about how delicious their pizza is. I have passed this location many times and just never stopped. I wanted to try the Detroit style with pepperoni, Italian sausage and mushrooms. Shout out to Jennifer the manager and the gentleman that took care of me. I am very sorry that I didn't get his name but he has dreds ,they absolutely blew me away with the customer service that I received. The restaurant business gets a bad rap sometimes and I wanted to say how much I truly appreciate the wonderful service that I received today. The pizza was PHENOMENAL!!! I knew when I saw it, the pizza was going to meet or exceed my expectations. It's one of the best pizzas that I have had, and I am very serious! It's definitely worth the money and the drive to support this location. I really want to thank you guys for doing me a solid with this pizza. I will definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious pizza.

First time ever trying jets pizza. And it was good good good. Their pizza is what Pizza Hut use to taste like. I liked the different flavors you could put on the crust. I ate again for left overs the next day and it was still just as good. I'm glad that they didn't go overboard with the pizza sauce. The ranch was really good too. If you're a pizza with the ranch type of person then this is the best ranch/pizza combo for you.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the delivery and the deep dish Meaty pizza with pineapple added! It took 40 mins and the delivery man was very grateful and thankful for the tip. Ordered on the Yelp app and yelp didn't screw up my order this time. First time using Yelp since last summer.

A burnt cold 4 Corner Pizza

So not only was my food and service bad. I couldn't eat the pizza. I called to speak to the manager who told me I was lying. I offered to send pics of the burnet pizza and told him about the service too. He said I was lying because he was looking at the order. I told him I have confirmation by email on the time the pizza was ordered and phone confirmation the time I called the first time and the time I called the second time Unbelievable. He then told me that I was trying to get my food for free? Not to worry he reimbursed me. I told him I was not concerned about the money but the food they were sending out. I bit into the pizza and the burnt crust cut my gums. I yelp a lot. If it's good I give praise where praise is due. If it's bad then I definitely will let others know because I am a true believer you should get what you paid for. Not get what I got tonight. The all around experience was upsetting and inexcusable.

This place has really stepped up over the years!! Hubby loves pizza, and this place is convenient to home and work. First off, the only way to go is with a deep dish pizza! It's not true deep dish, just a thicker crust but it's packed with flavor. Wings are amazing when cooked well done, and their salads with grilled chicken make me want to cry with their ranch. BEST RANCH EVER!! Also, Tim is amazing!! I had an issue with my order last week and he made it right. If Tim isn't the manager,he should be!!

Another lazy Sunday and completely unmotivated to cook, so I decided to check out Jet's Pizza. They offer the option to order on-line, which I like. The process was pretty simple. There is a $3 delivery fee. Pleasantly surprised when I found a $5 discount applied to my order for first time on-line ordering. Sweet! I decided to get carry out. I ordered a small square pepperoni and sausage pizza and the deep dish cheese sticks. With the $5 discount I spent $11 and some change. I went in after about 20 minutes. I was greeted by my absolutely adorable cashier. My order was ready to go, so I was in and out in no time. When I got home, I immediately dug in! The cheese sticks were pretty good. Cheesy and liked the crunchiness of the crust as well as the creamy garlic sauce. The pizza was pretty good, but nothing exceptional. The romana cheese crust toppers was a nice addition. All in all great service, but for some reason I found the pizza to be just ok. I would rate this place a 3 and 1/2. I would like to try them again because the BBQ chicken pizza sounds delish!

Can't wait to dig in...., first time here. Hope it's good!

Our service was appropriately paced for the time it takes to make a Chicago deep dish pizza. I liked the TVs they had in the center of our dining area, which had some pre-season football coverage. The booths have taller partitions so it feels more intimate. I also liked the marquee saying "EAT PIZZA". I will certainly follow instructions there! The pizza we got was "The Special": sausage, green pepper, onion, and mushroom. I thought the pizza was fine, my only thing about Chicago style is that the vegetables can't caramelize like they would on a regular pizza. But that's just a personal opinion. I am pleased with the range of mocktail offerings, which are all $7.

We ordered online for delivery, and that may be part of it since deep dish really is best eaten fresh and hot rather than after a delivery trip. We tried the Meat and More Meat deep dish, which was very heavy. To be fair, that's probably just the style. Chicago stuffed pizza is rich, double-crusted, and seriously filling by design, but it was a bit much for us. We also got the family-size Rigatoni Bolognese. That one's actually worth the cost in terms of portion size; you get a lot of food. The flavor, though, was underwhelming. It wasn't bad, just not very flavorful. I can see why Giordano's has its fans, and the deep dish has a big following, but our experience was middle-of-the-road. If you're set on trying it, order for dine-in or pickup so it's fresh out of the oven.

We ordered a half-and-half pizza with the Spicy Bee on one side and the Bazbeaux Special with pine nuts on the other. Everything was delicious. It's all made fresh to order, so it took a bit of time to come out, but that's exactly why it tasted so good: fresh ingredients, a crisp thin crust that stays sturdy under the toppings, and great flavor throughout. With many toppings to choose from and a good beer and wine selection, there's a ton to explore here, and it's very vegetarian-friendly, too. The service sealed the deal for us. The staff was extremely friendly and kind, and our waitress was the highlight. We ended up staying a little past closing and started to rush, but she reassured us to take our time and enjoy the meal instead of feeling hurried. That kind of genuine hospitality goes a long way. Cozy, casual atmosphere, excellent pizza, and warm service in the heart of the Mass Ave arts district. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

I have to laugh that my first review for this location of Bazbeaux, an Indy pizza icon since 1986,…read morewas actually my 300th Yelp review. Now, I'm over 1800 reviews and Yelp has become a huge part of my life. I was attending a nearby event related to Indy Shorts Film Festival and decided I wanted to visit Mass Avenue a bit once the event was over. This was early afternoon. After looking around a bit, I opted for a long-awaited return to Bazbeaux. Of course, a lot has changed in this area in the last few years. Parking prices are up (way up), though it's pretty plentiful with nearby street parking (metered) and parking along Mass Avenue. You also have a couple nearby parking garage options. Finding an accessible spot is fairly easy - curb cuts remain solid in this area and there continue to be some (but not all) crosswalks with audio. As was true nine years ago, accessibility on Mass Avenue can be challenging. That said, I think it has improved. I entered Bazbeaux and immediately noticed some improvement right away. There are two sides - a dining side, a bar side (with tables), and an aisle you can use for carry-out. The interior is warm, calming, and surprisingly intimate. The bar area is a bit louder, it's a bar area after all, but it's still pretty quiet. Service here remains strong. The hostess offered the bar area or a booth. Tables are not all wheelchair friendly, however, there are quite a few accessible options. My server, Samuel, was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming. He paced my meal nicely - I ordered garlic bread, my usual unsweetened iced tea (I think they still serve Mighty Leaf - an unusual choice that I love). I ordered a small (10") pizza with one-topping (pepperoni). I lingered a little bit, though not excessively so like my last visit. This time around, I was alone and my meal time was more traditional. The prices were definitely higher than last time, however, what price isn't higher than nine years ago? They were on park with the market these days and I had no issues with it - I think my meal came in at about $19 for the pizza, garlic bread, and iced tea (and I did get my always desired refill). Bazbeaux is unique in that every location (Mass Ave, Broad Ripple, Carmel) is located along the Monon Trail. They all have outside dining options, as well. They serve beer and wine, sandwiches, pizza, and more. One thing I have to say - accessibility is improved. I was noticeably bothered by it the last time I was here. This time around, I was comfortable and could easily function (I did not try the bathroom). While I could still see it being a bit difficult when packed, I arrived at an ideal time and was quite comfortable. The food was good, the service was very good, the prices were fair, and the atmosphere was nice and peaceful after a busy morning event. It really hit the spot. So, yeah. Last time around, I gave Bazbeaux a 3-star review. This time, I'm forking over that 4th star.
