I'm not a huge fan of Chicago style deep dish pizza but I hadn't had it in a few years. The crust was ok but not flaky enough. The sauce had a good tomato flavor and a bit on the chunky side. There were only a few pieces of sausage and the cheese was not very noticeable in the flavor profile. My Caesar salad was very good with lots of Parmesan cheese. The service left a lot to be desired. I'm not being critical of our server but rather the overall management of the service. They were very understaffed as servers were taking orders, bringing food and drinks, and clearing tables. The food came out of the kitchen slow. And there was one person (who I assume was a manager) who stood around with his arms folded, biting his nails, and doing nothing to help the servers. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed, roll up your sleeves and help clear tables or bring drinks. He did nothing while the servers ran from place to place. In the end, the food was ok but our experience lacked efficient service and I wouldn't go back to this Giordano's location again. There are a lot of other options in the area.

The ambiance consisted mostly of gamers milling about and talking as well as having a wall of televisions showing different things. A bit of a sensory overload at the time.

The issue is that you cannot select a time for pick up. So after the show, I hit order on the app. And the 25-30 minute wait I had seen multiple times before the show suddenly became 50 minutes. So we went home first then I went back out to retrieve the pizza at the appointed time. When I arrived it wasn't ready because they botched the order and started anew. The mistake was they made it with banana peppers instead of bell peppers. Honestly, I would not have cared if banana peppers were used. They should have called or texted, apologized for the error and just asked if we wanted a new one or if the banana peppers were fine. But instead I had to wait another 15 minutes for them to make a new pizza. By the time I got home it was an hour after we had planned to eat. I'll know better next time we want pizza and order from a place that has better service.

Everything else was pretty standard. This is located in the PNC building and it's only open during lunch. It's really hard to get to outside of that time. The service was great, though. The restaurant was very clean and had a cozy Italian decor. Overall it's a good spot for lunch if you work downtown or are doing something downtown M-F during the day. Otherwise the hours are way too restrictive. There are better pizza places that are actually open for dinner and on weekends. I would give this 3.75 stars if I could. The food is good, but the hours are limited.

We first tried Jet's just 3-4 months ago and have been back a half dozen times since then. It is located in the strip mall just west of Super Target. It's been 25-30 years since my friends and I have enjoyed deep dish pizza. Although Jet's offers a variety of different types of pizza, crusts and other items, we have only eaten Jet's deep dish pizza (we get the 8 corners because it has more crust than a similarly sized 4 corner). And for something that tastes so good, it doesn't cost an arm and a leg. It's pick up (generally allow 15-20 minutes) or delivery. No, eat in available. But this last weekend I ordered pizza and the staff said to wait for 30 min. we waited but after 30 min. there's no delivery came. so I decided to call for a follow-up and surprisingly they told us to wait another 30 min. because they miss my order. like what! hope that it will not happen again. I will still give them another chance next time. and hope to have a better service at that time. read more

86th street in Nora... Your location has fallen off. I NEVER had any Issues with the Lakecircle location what so ever. Since I have moved to this side and you've reopened I have had dealt with ALL kids who seem to NOT KNOW how to do their job to the point where the manager sought me out. This time however I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. You got a sign the says "fresh slices all day", and neon sign that says "slices", workers HAVE TOLD ME I can get slices ALL DAY... I go there, 2 young teens there, ask sor two slices, NONE MADE, she asks the ONE boy in the back ON HIS CELL PHONE LEANING AGAINST THE WORK AREA (I saw when I walked in) if there were any premade, something else was said I did not hear, HE comes up and say LAZY AS HELL "we only sell them until 3"....
