Four pizzas and two apps took almost an hour for delivery. The delivery person delivered the pizza while it was still hot. Two cheese, one pepperoni, and a white chicken pizza. I would have taken pictures, but the food was almost gone before I could get out of my chair. This happens to be the kids favorite place to order pizza from. Left overs for breakfast. Wow. I used to eat Papa John's pizza on a regular basis and went back this evening because I happen to be in the neighborhood. I got a good deal half price on any of their regular menu items. The pizza was done quickly, and the staff was very polite. Unfortunately, when I got home, it was absolutely the worst pizza I've ever eaten. Cold pizza from the fridge from three days before it would've been preferable to this garbage. The crust was hard to chew and tasted like cardboard, and it was so short on ingredients. It might as well be a cheese pizza instead of a meat pizza. I recommend staying away from this place. Trust me, I will be from now on. read more

A pretty good experience, and the pizza and breadsticks were good. It's definitely one of the better chain options in the area. The cashier was kinda rude, but I only had to deal with her for 30 seconds, so it's not a big deal. It's also a little more expensive than other pizza places, but the quality is better so it's a worthwhile tradeoff. Will go back in the future. read more

I paid almost $50 for 3 small below average pizzas. Not only are the pizzas "blah" i wanted to try the spicy garlic sauce so I paid for two only for them not to show up with my order. My delivery drivers was very cordial and friendly! She was awesome! Just really wished the pizza was fresher, the toppings more spread out (everything was in the middle of the pizza), my pepper actually had juice in it, i wish I hadn't found meat in my vegetarian pizza, and my sauces arrived with the order. Had a large order of 25 pizzas for an event, the service and genuine care for customer satisfaction was great! They couldn't deliver to the location on base but offered to meet at the gate which shows they wanted to achieve the goal no matter what! The pizzas were ready right on time and helped load them. Unbelievable, I work in the restaurant and hospitality business, and went to order a carry out pizza at 11:06pm. The hours clearly say 12:00am, and the man working at this location told me "they only do carry out after 11:00pm, so delivery is the only option." This date of 11/25/2020 @11:06pm is the exact time. Called up Dominos Pizza, instantly my order was taken. That kid showed nothing but disrespect after I politely corrected his verbal mistake. I may give Papa John's one more chance. Inconsistent with how the pizza tastes. Sometimes it's ok and sometimes it's not good at all. I think the last time I ordered it was my last time ordering here. This was my first time eating Papa John's pizza and my verdict? It's not that bad. I had their new Jalapeno Meats pizza and was expecting the picture from the ads (call me a sucker for advertisement) but got something that looked more like a Domino's pizza sprinkled with some jalapenos from the jar. In terms of this location my biggest complaint was the call-in ordering process. I called twice, both times being placed on hold for more than 3 minutes. Call me crazy but I'm not holding for more than 3 minutes to order a pizza. Finally my husband and I decided to just drop in and order in person on our way to run some errands. The folks that work there are nice enough and our pizza was ready in under 15 mins. Would I go here again? Probably not... I'd rather eat Pizza Hut. read more

They're not perfect, mainly in the forgetting sauces category. But sometimes when I order at night they'll give me the hookup. If they could get a handle on forgetting sauces that I pay 50 cents for they'd get 5 stars. Other than that, they're fast, the drivers are friendly, and the pizza is good quality. We called to order approximately 15 pizzas out to Fort McCrady but was told that they would not deliver out here unless the delivery driver received at least a $30 tip. This location normally delivers in 35 minutes. But this is the 3rd time its been over an hour. The driver always explains that they had a large order. We decided to overlook the reviews and order anyway. How bad could be it? It was .3 miles from the hotel. We didn't want to go anywhere and weren't in a huge hurry. We had been on the road all day. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong. That being said, I placed the order online about 9:15ish, it estimated the delivery to be between 10:30-10:40pm. Seemed kind of long but whatever, it was a nice night and the hotel lit a fire for us. So online you can track your pizza, Awesome!!! About 10:25 my pizza says on way, perfect! When I check 10 minutes later, my order was cancelled!!! What??? So I call to find d out why they cancelled my order. I had no missed calls from. The guy on the phone with gives me the run around apologizing for the inconvenience. Really? More than an inconvenience, we now have no dinner. He says the guy went to the front desk that she called and also went to our room. Ummmm since when do you not call the number provided on the order???!!! The woman at the front desk said she never called our room and he never spoke to her. He walked in like he was in a hurry, she had a line and he left.
