We really like this pizza but can not get the discounts because we can't order online due to our address. Makes no sense! When we call and tell them it won't let us order online the staff just argues and says yes we can. There is no reason to pay full price for pizza and well we won't start now. As much of a fan as I was of Papa John's, this location just solidified it and took me to another level! I ordered my food via the app and when I arrived to pick it up the gentleman told me it was not ready (even though the app said it was) and he explained why. He said they tried calling me to clarify and confirm a change I requested. He said they had done everything else except that last step because they wanted to make sure it was correct before putting it into the oven. Super impressive! He said it won't be long for the cooking time. When the order was ready he called me and brought it straight to me. I opened the box and it was the most beautifully made pizza I've had from a restaurant. There was a nice amount of toppings and they were balanced so there were no bare spaces. The crust was cooked crispy and not burnt. When I bit into the first slice I already knew it was going to be hard to stop. Overall, everything was perfect. I almost don't want to get pizza again because I honestly don't know if another location will be able to match what this one did. They have set the bar extremely high for the future. read more

No disappointments, was iffy due to ratings of other papa johns in the surrounding area.

This location delivers fast and right on time. I was struggling finding a place to order pizzas for a meeting at last minute. I usually use Domino's but their phone was busy. The last time I had to go pick up myself because they don't deliver on short notice. But Papa John's took my order and delivered it no problem. The driver was friendly and he didn't get lost! That's a big plus since we're in the airport. We'll be ordering our pizza from them next week for sure. read more

In desperate need of food after landing late and Papa John's was right on the money. Spicy Pepperoni Pizza with added jalapenos plus some garlic knots did the trick. Food arrived fairly quickly, it was still hot and fresh and tasted great. Came complete with sachets of parmesan, red peppers and a tub of dipping sauce. Worth the $2.99 delivery fee. read more

This place is complete garbage. The drivers are completely rude, and the manager "Sam" is a complete jackass!!! I ordered BBQ wings, with my small pizza...The wings are soggy and undercooked, and the sauce tasted like it was chili sauce. I called and told them that the wings were disgusting, and Sam says "What's wrong with them" with nothing but attitude in his voice. I told him the issue and hes like "well what do you want me to do about it?!" I told him I wanted a refund for the wings because I had to throw them away, he told me he would give me store credit but couldn't give me a refund. So I said to him "I order a product from you, the quality is poor and inedible but you cannot give me my money back? You expect me to order again because you forced me to take store credit? I want to speak to your manager!" hes like, "I am the manager!" I said "Fine, what is your store number and what is your name, I am calling your corporate office" he proceeds to tell me "good luck, they won't do anything for you either!" Super slow! Email stated 20-30 mins. Once we were approaching an hour we called, they stated that the driver will be there in 1 min. 15 mins later driver arrives, wasn't friendly....ugh! Just disappointed in Papa Johns! read more
