I walked into the extremely clean and organized location, and I was immediately taken back by how well this location was flowing. Full staff of hard workers. The store was Spick and Span TM and music choice was excellent. Service was also super speedy and sweet! In terms of the za, I like Papa John's pizza dough hoho. My faves were the cheese sticks and I surprisingly also liked the Oreo bites (which tasted like warm mini cinnamon rolls with some Oreo crumbles)! read more

I ordered a large all meat pizza today. I went in to pay for it and left. I got to my car and opened to make sure it was correct and the pizza was the size of a normal 12 inch. We order Papa John's all the time so when I took it back and let them know the issue, the young lady argued that it was a large. I asked her to refund it and she was quite snooty like it didn't matter that it was wrong in the first place. I would never have done this to a customer. You should try to at least fix the situation so I went to domino's. read more

Updated review: I again ordered online and our pizzas were ready in less than 15 minutes, even though I could see they were busy (5:00 PM). Obviously this team works very well together. First of all I would give them no stars if I could. I ordered a bbq papadia on 2/13. I picked it up got home to eat it there was no bbq sauce or onions just chicken and very little cheese. I got an email to do a survey of my experience and I also did a review on there Facebook page because I was so upset I didn't wanna call and yell at anyone. It asked if I wanted someone to contact me. Here we are a week later and I still have not heard from anyone. I will not be ordering from papa John's again and I to say the food was terrible is an understatement. I unfortunately didn't get a picture of the food. But even my husband couldn't believe how nasty it was. Took 2 hours to tell us they weren't delivering our pizza. One dude showed up with the wrong order after an hour then left and an hour later I called to find out what was going on. I was told the order would be comped and we'd still get our pizza. After another hour I called to check on the pizzas we still didn't have and the general manager answered and told me that the would not be delivering the pizza for free and that the person who told me I'd get the pizza for free wasn't allowed to even offer free pizza for customer service. She told me I could either wait for them to cook more pizza and deliver it at full price or they would refund us and not deliver the pizza. Horrible service. I have tried on many occasions to deal with Papa John's in Floyds Knobs. They are EXTREMELY unprofessional in taking your order and refuse to give service regarding coupons. Two different times they have refused to take my call in order, when their online website was not working correctly. Manager Jason is a total jerk and on multiple occasions has hung up on me in frustration because he is unable to perform his job. I will NEVER order from Papa John's again. There are many other choices in which to order a simple pizza. We will be exercising our choices in the future and Papa John's will NEVER be welcome in our home ever again from this Floyds Knob's location. read more

I was asked to pick up a pizza order that was called in and paid for. I didn't mind so much that the place looked like dump. I was asked if I wanted plates and napkins. I said yes. I was then asked to fill out a receipt for a tip. Tip? I'm just picking up a paid order. Because I didn't sign for a tip, I wasn't given plates and napkins. To top it all off, the quality of the pizza was an insult to pizza. A ten year old could have done a better job. See picture. We paid $34 for LOUSY pizza. Ordered last night and understand that they were busy, so the 77 minute wait was what it was. The person delivered the food and left it on a bench outside. By the time the alert was sent to tell us the food had been delivered the food was cold. The delivery person was no where in sight and there's only one way out of the neighborhood. I understand the no contact but can't a person ring a doorbell or knock just to let someone know.? The tip was included in the payment and that won't happen again. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the service. Will never order pizza from here again. Contacted the manager after our online order was cancelled, I was told to reorder on line, which we did. When the order was picked up they charged us $20 more because they said it was not an online order. When I called to ask them to fix the charges, they refused. Every time I order from here it takes 1 1/2 - 2hrs to deliver when we live only 10 minutes down the road. Also I can't count the number of times that these orders have been wrong or they've left something out of the order. This is very disappointing considering that John Schnatter started his business in this area, which I think he should take more pride in these southern Indiana locations. read more

Although the pizza was fine (as fine as any Papa Johns pizza can be), they had already rang me up, when I paid and realized they did not get me the discounted price that was online. Normally, it wouldn't have been such a big deal, but the manager got such an attitude with me! Her name was Megan, a red head, and I'll never forget her attitude. She refused to even speak with me about it, rolled her eyes, and never even gave me an explanation as to why my money could not be refunded or even compensate me in any way. Worst pizza experience we have ever had. Do yourself a favor and order from Dominos or Arnis. The wrong pizza arrived 40 minutes late and very cold. On top of that we don't eat meat, we ordered a veggie pizza and received sausage and onion. Although, they comped the pizza, it didn't make any difference for us.
