One of the main reason we like Panera is that the restaurant usually has a layout that contains small, intimate spaces. The dressing was awesome, very tasty with a little heat! The restaurant seems set up to cater more to take out than eat in. I'm not a fan of eating salads out of a cardboard bowl using a very light duty plastic fork. In fact my original fork snapped in half while I was eating. I ordered online for carry out. The bread and green beans were delicious. But the salmon was terribly overcooked and dry. Usually, I love salmon from Cattleman's as it is always cooked just right and very flavorful. But this salmon was cooked to well done and was tough and flavorless. Some of the toppings I had ordered for my baked potato were missing and the green onions had spilled in the bag because the lid wasn't on properly. The interior was very nice, clean, and well decorated. Service was friendly. I do love cattleman's, so I plan to give this location another try. Hopefully it was just a bad day in the kitchen.
