Yesterday I was back to this location. We placed an online order and 30 minutes later when we went to pick it up, they had no record of it at the store. Supposedly they were having issues with their link to their website. While I was there waiting to be helped, there was guy standing behind a register looking awfully slow and not doing much of anything. As I watched him cough into his hands repeatedly I took note of sinks and hand sanitizer dispensers... Sure enough, when he decided to go toss some dough around, he didn't bother to wash his hands or use hand sanitizer. When the next kid went to duplicate my order so it could be made right then.... I told him even if I wanted to wait around for another 15 minutes, I wasn't comfortable because the kid tossing dough coughed in his hands and never washed them. This kid didn't doubt it and shouted at the other one to wash his hands. Apparently I hurt his feelings because after over a year of nothing, someone is mocking a previous review on here. I have little doubt it's the hand coughing kid. Taking fair warning from South Park.... I will never be back!! :) read more

The pizza was probably the best PJ's I've had. They actually followed the customizations I chose for the order - biggest thing being I love extra sauce. It was cooked perfectly. Only thing I'd change is more than one pepperoncini, but that's typical for PJ's. Delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the pizza was actually hot when we opened it. I haven't really received any hot, fresh tasting food in this covid period of food deliveries, so that's a huge plus. Only leaving four instead of five stars bc they charge a $5 delivery fee, in addition to having to leave a 20% tip, seems a bit much. Will definitely be ordering from them again. read more

This location has a problem. The guy I talked to apparently didn't understand what the ingredients to a Hawaiian pizza were. This is the best pizza I've had lately. There's never an issue with the food. It's always what I ordered and it's hot. They usually get it to me before the time quoted. It's nice that they have the pizza tracker and you can follow where your food is in real time. The delivery drivers are always very polite and helpful. They always have a mask on and adhere to social distancing. Prices are reasonable plus they have a rewards program to earn points and free pizza. read more

I went to a friends house and as soon as we got there his mom ordered pizza. We were there for about 2 hours and it got there about an hour and a half after his mom ordered the pizza. When it got to his house I got the pizza and payed and took it inside and opened it up and it looked so weird. The pizza was so uneven and it looked so weird. Then me and my friends ate one piece of the pizza and its been about 10 hours since we ate it and none of us still feel good. We all feel like crap. So service, delivery, the food, not very good. I do not recommend the one over on North Avenue. Im not sure which one this is going to but it was the one on North Avenue. It was really bad. This is the best pizza I've had very good and amazing service

After driving home for 8 hours on our family vacation, we got to our hotel and everyone was hungry. We had several options, located within half mile of our hotel, however decided to try a new pizza place. We are loyal dominos customers but thought we would give your business a try. We called and placed our order at 10:30 PM. We were told it would be 35 minutes. We struggled to keep our children awake long enough to eat dinner as everyone was obviously exhausted after spending all day on the road. 50 minutes later our pizza still had not arrived, so we called to find out how much longer until our food arrived. We were polite when reminding them it would be 35 minutes and 50 minutes had already gone by. They got very defensive and explained that the order did not go in on time and also that their driver was "kinda old and drives slow". The call was ended abruptly to which we chalked up to a bad connection. We waited another 10 minutes and called back to ask how much longer. We were hung up on by the employee who we had just spoken to. We immediately called back and asked if they indeed hung up, to which they replied "yep I hung up on you" we immediately asked to speak to the manager, who came on the phone and was even more disrespectful and rude than the previous employee. They instructed us not to "get mouthy " with them and that they had no idea what was occurring as they were in the back making pizzas. They called the driver and called us back to let us know she would be pulling up in a minute. In total, from placing the order to receiving the food was 62 minutes. Had we been told the wait would have been that long due to being busy or something, that would have been understandable and we would have just chosen something else or opted for carry out as it is 2 miles from our location and would have taken 6 minutes to get our food fresh. The manager told us the time she left and the time she got here was 43 minutes later, resulting in pizza that was not at all fresh, and 3 extremely disappointed children. The driver did not apologize or comment as to why she was so late. To top it all off, our order was incorrect and not at all what it should have been. Also, inside the pizza that was made wrong was a very crumpled up coupon for a free pizza at their location. This experience was the last thing our family needed at the end of a long day. The worst $26 ever spent, especially when we had several other better and more convenient options. The staff at your location is extremely disappointing and should not be allowed to work in a customer service setting. Just thought you should know the service and quality of your product that is at the very least embarrassing. read more

I ordered a cheese-less veggie pizza (can I still call it that?) from this PJs and when I went to pick it up the friendly dude said he had cut it with a separate knife. Unexpected courtesy and awareness on his part. These guys were slammed but my pizza was hot and ready to go in the time window specified. If you're picking up your pizza, be sure to turn on Glenwood off of 12th and then go down the alley next to the little white house to get to the PJs parking lot. Many pizza joints have the same problem. But, Papa John's used to be my favorite delivery pizza. I don't go there any more though. The problem is when I order extra ingrediants to be added to the pie, it is supposed to result in more stuff on it. But NO, There is still the same total amount on the pizza. We've ordered from these guys a lot. In whats probably been 100 orders over the years, every time they've made a mistake the management went above and beyond to remedy the situation. One time, we got a really rude driver who didn't bring enough change despite leaving a note in the instructions to bring a little extra. She had to run back to the store to get more change, but wouldn't leave the pizza with us, so it ended up being cold. After calling in, they offered to get us a new pizza and offered us a credit. We declined, but said we were really disappointed in the driver's performance. We haven't had a problem since. read more
