Online it states they're open until 11 PM most nights, including Monday, but the manager called back to tell me they are apparently supposed to close at 10 PM all nights except Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, when they stay open until 11 PM. I'm not sure if they're being dishonest to keep from getting a negative review, or if their online system is just terribly outdated, as they've always been open until 11 PM as far as I've known. Regardless of the times - which I honestly just want others to be aware of so they don't waste their own time like I did - I believe the way the situation was handled by the two employees was incredibly unprofessional and rude. Not only did they wave at me and then proceed to not say a single word, they hid from view when I cam to the window to ask if they were open. I understand that a lot of associates expect people to freak out, but regardless, it's their job to ensure the customer is taken care of and served.
