Terrible all around and I understand the 2 star review. food arrived cold and they forgot part of my order. driver said he would bring it but never showed up with it. tried to call the store and just got hung up on multiple times and could hear them complaining about me calling in the background. "Manager" refused to refund for the item I never received and said if I wanted a refund for the cold food, I'd need to bring it back up there. I explained how my house was hit by the hurricane and I don't have a car. they don't care. I asked for the corporate number and was told "they will tell you the same thing". Ordered for delivery. Stuffed crust extra pepperoni. After over an hour of waiting, I called the shop to see what was up. They hung up on me twice. After a third call, they said it was on its way. After over an hour. I asked to speak to the manager as I wasn't happy with the response. She tried to blame me and my phone connection for the issue. Pretty much pissed me off. She accepted no responsibility for an over hour long delivery time. Finally, the extra pepperoni stuffed crust pizza arrived. 0 stars! Worst experience ever! I ordered a pepperoni heart pizza and cheese bread for Valentine's day...none of the crew even greeted the customers...somebody had to call them! When the owner came, I told him and he said it will be ready in 15 minutes. When the pizza was finally ready and I took it home, to my horror, there was no pepperoni on the pizza, there was a thumbprint on it. The cheese bread had a portion that was distorted. This is not the first time; one past time when I ordered, the pepperocini was missing and only it's stub was present...like some kid working there chewed on it. I tried to call the store several times and nobody picked up. I like PJ pizza but this is the worst store I ever used. Very skimpy on ingredients, delivery is slow and takes a long time.

We ordered online and the pizza arrived with in the Minimum time given. All the meat was left off our pizza. since we were only a mile away, we drove to the location, Morgan's corner in Pooler ga. I was not upset I just wanted our pizza the way we ordered it. The manager apologized and asked a few times if he could give us anything for free to make up for the error. I said no, We just wanted our pizza. 10 min later we had it, I checked and our order was correct. But with our first bite we knew we would not be coming to this location again. It was over cooked and so chewy we could hardly eat it. We had nothing else for dinner. It didn't even taste like a Papa Johns pizza, which we love. It was tough and flavorless. Ordered pizza and wings for delivery on 1/13/22. Couldn't get anyone on the phone; placed an internet order. Stated it would arrive in 35-44 minutes. Arrived after 70 minutes, but just the pizza. Delivery man said he would come right back with the wings. He never did. Pizza was cold. Room temp cold, and it was a cold night. Pizza wasn't cut! No pepperocini item that usually comes with Papa Johns pizza. No sauce. No peppers/ cheese in little packets. Tried to call to complain. Tried probably ten times, both that night, and on 1/14 and today on 1/17. Never got anyone on the phone. Not sure this is even a Papa John's issue or a bigger issue due to staff shortage. We ordered a small order, just one large pizza at 7:22 pm. We were informed at 9:15 pm that our order was on the way via Door Dash. The pizza tracker was very accurate, however once "on the way", we were able to see on the tracker the Door Dash driver pass right by our neighborhood to go 20 mins away, I'm assuming to deliver other orders. We are still waiting at 9:35 for our one pizza and tracker says it won't be here til after 10. It was a huge mistake on my part not going to just pick up the pizza. I am extremely disappointed. It took over two hours to deliver a medium cheese pizza that was not good at all, it had some random spinach and some other burnt ingredient on the pizza. When I called about the time it was taking for delivery, the manager got all defensive stating that I was told how long the pizza would take which was an absolute lie. Whenever you call the number listed, you are directed to someone that is not even local. I called 3 times to get in touch with the Pooler location at Morgan's Corner and after the transfer, the phone was answered then immediately hung up. My order number was 959427955. The Door Dash delivery took almost an hour and a half. When it arrived, it was not hot, not even warm. The driver showed with his cell phone in his hand, a do rag on his head, his pants hanging off his ass (I am black by the way) and just handed the pizza to me without saying hello, eat shit and die, nothing. He looked like a deer in the headlights when I asked where the soda was when asking. He proceeded to look down at his phone commenting, "they didn't give me no soda, sorry about that". Didn't say let me call, nothing. I know customer service and that was definitely not it. If you can't place your order in person, watch them make it, and be sure you get what you ordered, I suggest you go somewhere else. I totally understand that some restaurants are suffering; especially when it comes to delivery drivers, but they need to take a little more time with the places they choose because all it's going to do is cause them to lose good customers. I've ordered from here a few times and have never really had a problem, but today I see why this place only has three stars. They didn't even cut my pizza! I'll attach a picture. On top of that, I hand the delivery man a twenty dollar bill to pay for my $11.21 pizza and he gives me change back and tells me I owe him 21 cents. I almost walked to my car and got the twenty one cents but realized I had already gone out of my way enough by walking down to the parking lot saving him from completing the delivery by walking up stairs, gave him a dollar back to cover the 21 cents, which clearly is not right. Let me tell you. This is the most unprofessional pizza joint. I'd honestly rather have little Caesar's. They cancelled my order as it was on the way to me! For no reason. Ok got our money back. Decided to give them one more chance. Ordered a pizza half no onion. I saw the half picture by the no onion because I can't eat onions, when the order was delivered onions on the entire thing. I called up I kid u not for 30mins. I got sent to a call center and then directed to the store for no one to answer. I understand the pandemic has made businesses short staffed but my goodness. I was being redirected to the call center in a continuous loop. Even tried the next morning. Eventually I went to the store to bring the pizza back and the "local supervisor" immediately had an attitude, was non apologetic about anything. He threw the receipt on the table and said "you didn't put half no onions" it's right there. I told him I do not care what the receipt said I know what I selected. He looked me in my face and said well what do you want me to do about it. I said you don't even have to remake the pizza Bc clearly he was the only one in the store and frustrated. He said he will not give me my money back! IM TRYING TO EASE YOUR STRESS MAN. I was about to go off. Like 1. you're telling me I messed up when I know for a fact I did not. 2.
