Food was amazing, and the driver was very friendly, smiling and in uniform so easy to identify

Ordered our pizza and received a confirmation email at 6:19pm that our pizza would be ready in 36-46min. Received text message at 6:57 that order was picked up for delivery by their "affiliate" door dash and would be delivered at 7:34pm. Called and spoke to the manager at 7:39pm about dissatisfaction and that I can see in the link provided by DoorDash that the driver was sitting in the same spot for 20min. Asked manager to cancel and refund order and he refused. Pizza finally delivered at 7:51pm. Never had an issue ordering in the past but since they switched to DoorDash it has gone downhill. All above are stated facts. Opinion: If you can get on the Camden Rants and Raves page on Facebook, you can see multiple posts from DoorDash delivery drivers who refuse or delay orders based on the tip being left. This is a horrible place! The manager should be fired. She sends COLD food, then refuses to remake or refund it. Awful! I wouldn't even give it ONE star, but had to choose one. read more

Fast and delicious! I always find that ordering from the Papa Johns app is extremely easy and convenient. There is also a large selection of menu items to choose from. I love the different menu "specials" that are offered. I can always count on there being a fantastic value! At other Papa John's locations, the pizza has arrived over cooked and not to our satisfaction. However, at the St.Marys/Kingsland location our pizzas have always been delivered and cooked to perfection!!!! read more

pizza actually was good! but apparently when the manager over charges you an less you are ready to get belligerently pushed out of the store kind of thing ,I suggest corporate management instead! Never received order and waited one and half hours only to speak to manager who was not helpful.

Called and was told 2.5 hours for delivery. When I asked about picking up they told me they were closed for pickup. I asked about ordering in the store and they told me they don't "do that." I ordered the special which contained a large pizza, a side, and a 2-liter. I also ordered extra marinara sauce. Upon arrival, the driver handed me the wrong person's order without realizing; I pointed out the mistake to her and she apologized and went back to the car to get my order. She hands it to me, and I explained that I had ordered a Sierra Mist and did not receive it with my order. She apologized again, explaining that she forgot it at the store. When I opened the box of pizza, there was no sauce at all. When me and my roommate bit into the pizza, it tasted- and I am not exaggerating- like a wet dog. The entire thing was rancid. On the bright side, when I called, they brought the 2-Liter me about an hour and a half later. Overall, not a good experience. If yelp had the option for zero stars, they would receive it without a doubt. Would not recommend. read more

Was accosted by a delivery driver that was blocking to road in route to pick up an order from them. When I spoke with the manager at the location she was dismissive and rude. I will never order from them again. Decent product with horrible management. read more

When trying to order chicken Alfredo it says "minimum of 2 specialty toppings removable". So I think screw it. Ill just get a medium 3 meat stuffed crust pizza... oops can't do that either. Must get large for that. Decided I'll just not order papa johns and will do Pizza Hut instead. read more

This week, I was tired, at home, and hungry. Ordered a medium pizza from Papa John's for delivery. They said 30-4o minutes. Charge was $16 PLUS $3.50 fee plus Tax for $22. Asked if to add tip on card: put $5. Pizza showed up one hour and twenty minutes later, barely warm. Never again. read more

Just an average Papa John's. Pizza is always fresh and tasty, but I think the store could use a little bit of work. Charges for certain things shouldn't be charged, AND I think it's straight up rediculous that they close for carry out at 10pm on a Saturday night. I have always seen other locations close at 11 or later. They do this so you HAVE TO order delivery and pay extra, and just because of that, I went and placed my huge order last night at Dominos. Some people would rather pick up their pizza because it's more fresh and way cheaper. Just a heads up. read more

Hannah is a very nasty & disrespectful manager. Today we ordered pizza and the app notified it was on its way. 47 minutes later it had not arrived, I called & Jordan was very nice & courteous. She put the manager Hannah on the phone & she was nasty & lectured me on the delivery process and hung up in my face. I was very polite & explained to her my family stuck with Papa Johns during the ethnic scandal & I didn't appreciate/understand why she was so nasty. She hung up and would not answer when I called back!!!!!! I repeatedly called back & finally Jordan answered & let me speak with the GM Heather. Heather was accommodating, but Hannah was nasty & we will never never buy pizza again!! read more

Pizza is good but it's the only Papa Johns I've ever been to the CHARGES for the free little red pepper and Parmesan packets! Ridiculous

I would give it no more than a one. And that's pushing it. There was hair in my son's sausage, pepper and onion pizza. It made us all sick and none of us could really eat after that. read more
