This is specifically for SW Penn Okc location. Pizza is decent. I looked at the deals prior to calling. It said large pizza. I ordered a large pizza, but you don't say it's "deal" you will pay 50% more. The name of the pizza was cheese pizza- it's the same thing! I also ordered a mention pizza. I've never tried Marco's before and I probably won't go again. The pizza was cooked through, but there wasn't any sauce, ingredients was just placed on top so most of it fell off and the oil from it was A LOT at the bottom of the box. The meatball bake was very salty, and neither item was wowing us. Ultimately not worth the calories or the money. read more

Two stars -- at best. We went in tonight to order two sandwiches, and also to inquire about an especially large order that we'll have coming up in a month. (It's for a party at which we'll need to feed around twenty people, and will be just a block or two away from this Marco's location.) Well, I placed our orders and decided to just opt for a glass of water instead. Was told that there (!!!) would be a charge (I think it was two bucks plus sales tax!) for water. (Hottest summer in Oklahoma history? Yeah. Thus far. Seriously.) Listen, I didn't want bottled water; I didn't order bottled water. And I certainly don't want to pay for a few ounces of water ANYWHERE. Geez. I just wanted a glass of complimentary tap water with my meal, particularly since I (was) considering ordering a much large meal here when the time comes. Nope, nope, nope. I'm done. This is the best pizza in the city. I used to love Papa Johns pizza but after trying the pepperoni magnifico pizza I have only been eating Marcos Pizza! The crust is really good but the best thing is they use two kinds of pepperoni and they also put some sort of seasoning on the pizza that makes it even better! If you haven't tried it, do it!! We have eaten here and ordered carry out about 10 times and we haven't even tried their other types of pizzas because this one is so good! We also have tried there cheesy break sticks and those are delicious as well! read more

This review is for this Marcos location only.. I ordered the Italian Sub and added their current special of 'Add Cheese Bread and 2 Liter for $6.00'. I requested Double Dressing and added Double Pepperoni to the sub. My order arrived within a timely fashion and the sub was STUPIDLY GOOD! I couldn't finish the sub because I was stuffed but I sure tried LOL. The only downside was the cheeseybread...the cheese wasn't melted in the slightest [yikes] and the bread was a little hit hard due to the overcooked, kind of fried cheese on the top layer. Needless to say.... 10 out of 10 on the sub And 4 out 10 on the cheeseybread :-/ read more

If you want to do curbside they will tell you between a time that it'll be ready but then wont be ready until atleast 15 mins later.

Continuously wrong orders, not fully cooked, unfriendly. I have tried to give them chances because when they get it right it's awesome. The lady I called said she was the manager didn't give me a name and told me if I had a problem to go to the website. If she can't handle a situation maybe she shouldn't be a manager. No problem solving or trying to understand. Terrible. I don't even know if I want to go back. Try hiring people with better communication and comprehension. read more

Marco and I have not yet established a solid friendship and it might be a while before trust is ascertained. I called in an order for two pizzas (one veggie and one pepperoni) as well as cheese bread and chicken dippers and extra ranch dressing for my pregnant, fetus-feeding sister. We arrived 20 minutes later as instructed and waited an extra 10 minutes for the chicken dippers to be done. Waiting was not a big deal at all since my sister and I were entertaining ourselves speaking vulgar German amidst (I'm assuming) people who could not understand us. The chicken dippers were finished and I paid for the order. It took the girl about five minutes to figure out how to ring us up which, once again, really didn't bother me. What did bother me was that they asked me five different times if I wanted the 2-liter soda that came with my order and each time I responded "no" and then got the rebuttal "but it comes with your order!" to which I finally explained that we don't drink soda, so no, for the last time, we don't want the ding-dang soda! Give it to someone who DOES want it. Argh! We get home and as I begin stuffing my face full of pizza, my sister realizes the chicken dippers that we waited for were not chicken dippers at all. They were bone-in wings or something like that. The pregnant lady did not want bones in her chicken and was, therefore, pissed and not fun to be around. EESH! Thanks a lot, Marco. Pregnant women are serious about their food and cranky when it isn't correct; please don't screw it up. There was also only one thing of ranch, which didn't end up being a problem since the chicken wasn't correct, but I did ask for extra and was only given one. I'm really done ranting now. The pizza I had was good but I don't think it was amazing. I've definitely had better. As for their cheese sticks: meh. All the food I had was mediocre. I might possibly return after they have worked out all the kinks, being that this is a newer business, but it might be a while. read more

Orders To-Go to watch the first Thunder game of the season. Ordering was SUPER easy due to the online app. We ordered two pizzas and a side of cheese sticks. I must say everything was great! Cheese stick was baked just right and came with a side of ranch and marinara. Pizza wise we ordered one thin garlic butter crush with half sausage, pepperoni, and mushroom, while the other half had chicken, bacon, and jalapeños. The second pizza was a full sized, regular crust, deluxe uno. I definitely love the type of sausage they use. Order was placed and finished at the time they estimated. I don't know how long they've been around, but Marco's popped up out of nowhere on my radar. Their prices are pretty typical, you're not going to find a $5 dollar large as is the craze today, but you can find some good coupons online. The pizza itself is wonderful. I don't have the words to adequately express just exactly what it is, but they have a secret (to me) way of making their cheese, sauce and dough that gives them a leg up on the competition. The real prize here is the seasoning, it makes me want to lick the plate clean. Marco's wouldn't be my first choice for dinning out with friends or date night, but they are definitely number one on take-out or delivery pizza. They are a welcome addition to the pizza circuit here in OKC. read more

Decided to take a chance and try their delivery for some variety from ordering from Papa John's. Ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom with cheesy bread. Was not disappointed. The mushrooms were actually better than Pizza Hut or Papa Johns. I prefer the crust better at Papa Johns, but overall this was good pizza. If zero was an option that would be the ranking. I placed an order at 9:26 for delivery from the store chosen by their website. At 10:09 I get a call from the driver that they are canceling the order because they can't deliver to my address. The driver Ariel was incredibly rude. I called and spoke to Gabriella the manager who tried to explain that they don't look at the addresses until the driver punches it into the GPS. So I guess they tossed my order because of their idiotic system. Never again will a single dollar go to this franchise. read more

I go to This location often and they mess up constantly. Today I ordered a chicken Florentine with all the crust toppings and I get my pizza and there isn't any spinach on it and none do the crust toppings are on it. I ask about the spinach and they say they are out. If you are out of an ingredient that comes on a pizza u need to inform the customer so we can decide if we still want that pizza. I have a 30 min lunch. I can't drive all the way over there (cause u don't deliver to my work) to find out your missing ingredients and say no I don't want it I will go get something else cause I do not have the time to go get something else. Another time I want there for lunch to pick up my order and my order was never made. The lady messed up and was making a large order that came in after mine. Still charged me full price even though I had to be late to work to wait on my pizza. Do not use this location your better off driving To 122nd and Rockwell because they have never messed up my pizza ever and I lived by them for 2 years. Pizza was good. The delivery kid forgot to bring my Pepsi and said he'd go get it. He never showed up so I called and they said they'd send me a 2 liter. I said no, I only need the 20 oz. because I'm not supposed to be eating this stuff and needed to discard the evidence before anyone got home. So the delivery kid shows back up with an attitude and a 2 liter. So, they're service sucks. I really would like the tip I gave the kid back. So I'm done with Marco's. No. Just no! For take out pizza, this is not my jam. I would have given this place an okay mark, but everyone and their mom was raving about how it was the best pizza in town. The hype made me expect more. I forget what radio station I was listening to so maybe I was in the wrong demographic. -sigh- Their saving grace was customer service. Wish I took a picture to show you how many bell peppers appeared on my half of the pie. Although they were thinly sliced... They were really non existent. The cheesy garlic bread was better than the pizza IMO. I felt that the dough for the pizza was just plain and nothing special. The sauce also tasted like Ragu. The food was good, but it took over one hour for them to deliver to us and we were literally across the street. We were told 15 minutes, if they had told us one hour we would have picked it up. When we called to complain, the lady who answered the phone told us our order would be free, she stated she was a manger.
