I've had several bad experiences here. One of which I had to wait over hour on top of the original 45 minute wait they told me, and they were making orders that were put in after mine. My last visit here no one said a word the whole time I was there. I was there for a pick up order and when I asked about if my order was ready all 3 employees just stared at me and continued working. After a minute of silence one of the workers went and grabbed my order and handed it over still not a word. I would love to see employees in there that look like they're payed to have good customer service and don't hate the people walking in the door. Definitely need some training. read more

Service is great, everyone works hard to get your order ready and out. We just tried the Pap Murphy's Calzone. It leaves a LOT to be desired as there is minimal toppings and it is mostly crust. It was pre-made so I'm not sure if this is the norm or if this is what the standard amount of fillings are. I have also noticed a huge reduction in toppings on their pies since middle of last year. Not sure what happened, but we will be careful going forward. Used to love this place, but not anymore. Has this been true for all PM's or just this one? read more

We typically go to this location every Tuesday for their special. Lately the toppings have been it seems cut in half (50% of what they have been). We thought it was a fluke until it continued to happen and we heard from others they were having the same problem and were no longer going to patronize this location. Sad. Not sure if it's the management telling employees to cut back on toppings or the employees not measuring correctly, but what was once a pretty decent pizza now weighs next to nothing. Not even worth the $12 special price on Tuesdays. read more

In general, my family adores Papa Murphy's Pizza. However, we are exceedingly underwhelmed by this specific location. They do not use the standard scoopers for measuring toppings. Employees "measure" with their hands. Every time, the pizza toppings are ridiculously light. On tonight's pizza, I counted12 pepperoni slices and 14 olive slices (on a family size pizza). Another consistent issue is when we order signature pizzas. We prefer our onions and tomato on the side. (We put them on the pizza after we cook it.) And even though these toppings already come with the pizza (Onions -- Combination; Onions/tomatoes -- Chicago), they charge us for these toppings ON TOP of the pizza price. We speak up every time, yet it happens every time again still. I simply do not believe this is happening accidentally at this point. Again, we LOVE Papa Murphy's as a whole. But we are just disappointed and done with this location at this point. This is most unfortunate. read more

I need to preface this by stating that I usually love Papa Murphys. I did not have a menu in front of me and called to place my order. I asked if the Mediterranean vegetable was the one with garlic sauce. The person who took my order said, "It has garlic and olive oil on it.". I said, "Okay. Let me get a medium Mediterranean vegetable.". She asked if I wanted to make it large for a dollar more. I declined. When I picked up my order, the cheesy bread that I also ordered was stacked on the top and I did not notice until I was home and ready to unwrap it for baking that there was chicken on the pizza. I called, explained to the girl who answered the phone that I had asked for the Mediterranean vegetable when I ordered and ended up with chicken. She told me that the gourmet vegetable was the one with garlic sauce. I asked if she could make it and I would return the pizza with chicken and pick it up right away. When I arrived, and handed her the pizza she said, "my boss says you can have it half price because you ordered a Mediterrean Chicken." I told her that I was a vegetarian, my family was vegetarian and there was no way I would have ordered chicken. She shrugged and said, "I'm sorry. My boss, who is the owner, was the one who took your order, and she said that you definitely sounded like you ordered the Mediterranean chicken." I am at a location in a state where 99.7% of the population eats meat. The owner heard Mediterranean and assumed chicken. The only way I can interpret her lack of willingness to correct her error of assumption is discrimination towards vegetarians. I did not, and would not have ordered meat. I repeat. I would not and did not order chicken. I left my number for the boss to call me, and left the pizza that I did not order on their counter. My next call is to their corporate headquarters. I am out full price pizza and it's no longer pizza night with the family. read more

I love Papa Murphys pizza and it is a great price for families. I gave only 3 stars because everytime I call and place an order, the order taker never knows what 3/4 and 1/4 is. And it is always a different person. I understand these are high schoolers working here, but seriously I hope they know how to break down a dollar. And of course it's always wrong. I just wait for them to correct their mistakes. It's never the 3/4 and the1/4. It's leaving a topping off. But I will continue to go here with patience. I know these high schoolers are still learning. read more

Went into the facility mid-afternoon and there were no other customers. Ordered ONE medium pizza. The two workers visited with each other, stopping frequently to emphasize points in their conversation while making my pizza. What should have taken a few minutes took nearly 10 minutes to complete. Not at all satisfied with the service. read more
