I would take it to go next time, the tables were all poorly cleaned and with no seated customers it would have been nice to be able to sit at any table instead of choosing the cleanest looking and still having to wipe it down. read more

we usually loved coming to this place.. but honestly this time will be our last. the salad bar looked extremely old and not just me but another lady asked for a refund. also, the kid who was making our pizza not only had a smerk after everything we said.. he also was making the pizza and touching his phone while making it.. putting it back in his pocket then texting more.. making pizza then taking out the trash and then touching the pizza again! Date night for the hubs and I.... He appreciates a good beer on tap, and likes the meatball sub. I wanted the baked spaghetti but they told us they would only be able to do one or the other because they only had enough red sauce for one item. So I let my husband get his sub..... I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad instead. Husband was happy with his food, as usual. I got a tub of rusty ice berg lettuce with what seemed to be canned chicken on the side and Caesar dressing. No parm or croutons even. The most disappointing money I have ever spent on food. One of the worst pizza factory's my family has been to. I've come here a couple times and it's taken us over an hour to get pizza on the buffet... we would have been better just ordering a pizza because by the time the whole buffet was over we only got about 4-5 slices each... It was extremely disappointing and I hope they get more staff or figure it out because the pizza was good, it just took so long the buffet was a waste of money. read more

I love it when I find a Pizza Factory. We got combo calzones. Delish and just like I remember. Very clean restaurant. Excellent service. Employees were all beyond friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don't make it out to Emmett often, but now have more of a reason for a quick road trip. The one bummer was all their beer offerings were IPAs, except Budwiser and Coors Light. For people who like good beer but not IPAs there wasn't really an option. So we stuck with soda. read more

I wish I could give them a million 5 star reviews. They catered my wedding for 120 people! It was amazing!!! We did lasagna, salad, breadsticks, and of course a while spread of pizza. All of the food tasted awesome! The pizza factory crew was the best! Everything was served hot and fresh! The set up was beautiful! Our guests loved it! There was something for everyone. The PF crew took care of everything. I was blown away with how "fancy" our pizza was! The owner is so great! He takes so much pride in what he does and it really shows! Tonight it was extra amazing knowing that they were understaffed and had hundreds of orders. Our delivery was delayed, but they apologized profusely, gave us a free pizza voucher and the food was delivered hot and perfect! We did not mind the delay because it is worth it. After waiting 30 minutes for a small pizza I find out they gave my pizza to someone who came in after we had already been waiting. So I go up and ask where is my pizza only to look and see those other people eating the one I ordered. So the lady says ya we didn't order this one while chowing down and the kid says oh ya this one was yours. So I'm understandably miffed and I told the cashier guy just give me back my money. I'm now told that I'm a disrespectful Veteran because of my hat. They give the food I paid for to someone else (their screw up) and I'm now the problem!!!??? This is the best pizza I've had in a long time!! Pizza factory is a must stop place. The staff is very kind and it has such a fun environment. I love pizza, get it everywhere i go. My favoite is hand tossed wood fired. While i dont believe this to be wood fired I would put it up against some of the best wood fired pizzas I have ever had. I will start off by saying we love the pizza factory and wanted to give this one a try since we are new to Emmett. We spent the day at the lake and wanted to take the kids to a quick dinner, Idaho Pizza has been our go to but wanted to give the Pizza Factory a try. I looked online to see what time they closed and it said 10pm and it wasn't 9 yet so I knew we had time. When we got there we were immediately put off by their lack of customer service. She stated they were almost closing which seemed odd since I had just seen they closed at 10. So I asked what time they closed and she stated 10 even though it wasn't 10mins past 9. But she tried to back pedal by saying we could get something to go. At that point I was completely dumbfounded by there lack of customer service knowing they were open for at least an hr. I just said we'll go somewhere else. As we left there were 2 more people they had turned away before we got there still in the parking lot. So we went to Idaho Pizza and ordered, ate and were out the door by the time 10pm came. They were even taking phone orders a few minutes before 10. Because they put their customers first instead of being lazy and not wanting to serve us. I wouldn't be very happy if I was the owner of the Pizza Factory. Turning away 7 paying customers in the few minutes we were there. We will be sticking with Idaho Pizza. read more

We hosted a parents' night at our school. Free babysitting and dinner if they attended a Love and Logic workshop. We called all around Emmett. No one was willing to give us a special price on *a lot* of pizza. No negotiation. Just no. I called Little Caesars 45 minutes away. They were willing to give us a discount! Then a friend asked if I had asked the Pizza Factory. I had not. They didn't show up in my search results so I didn't know they existed. My review = 100K out of 10 stars because 1) they worked with us on our pricing. Very reasonable discount. 2) They delivered. 3) Seriously YUMMY pizza! Am from out of the area and decided to go on a random drive today, ended up here. I got the Logger (Canadian bacon, linguine, pepperoni, sausage, olives & mushrooms) and this pizza was one of the most loaded with toppings I've ever had! The crust was crispy, but not dry. Soft but not soggy, impressive with the amount of toppings. Not the fastest I've ever gotten my food, but it's a small town and I'm not here for lightening speed. I rated a 4 because there were a few cooler spots, but not cold, and not grossly so. And with the amount of toppings, it isn't surprising. Decor is simple, but clean. Staff was friendly. If you like a can of black olives, wet mushrooms, raw green peppers, no flavor cheese and and a hint of super thin pepperoni with a soggy crust this is the pizza for you. Super awesome pizza! Every time we come to emmett we stop by to get food to go. Different recipe than traditional pizza restaurants like dominos and Pizza Hut. Pizza factory is better! I'm not sure if the management has changed since the last review, but I just ate there for the first time tonight and I found it really, really tasty! Pizza can be a personal preference thing, but the hand-tossed crust was really fresh...soft on the inside but a pleasant crunch on the outside...not at all burnt...kind of like the sensation of a crusy baguette or something. Toppings were plentiful, and fresh, sauce was not sweet and they lay it on in a medium layer...not super light but not super heavy. I had the Logger and the Chicken Alfredo pizza. Salad bar was fresh even at 7 PM, and the service was very friendly. I would go back in a minute. Give them a call...I think you'll be pleased! read more
