The Papa Murphy online website is not in sync with what the store will make for you. I ordered from the website a Medium 2 Topping pizza. When I got to the store 30 minutes later, they only made a Cheese pizza and they claimed it is what I ordered online...BULL$HIT!!! They said if I wanted to add Pepperoni, it would cost an additional $2. What a SCAM this company is running!!! Their payment machine also doesn't give you the option to chose a custom tip amount. It only has 4 choices for tips: 15% 18% 20% No Tip The quality of their ingredients is also not good. The pepperoni slices are LESS than 1 millimeter thin.....thinner than toilet paper!!! I will NEVER purchase from a Papa Murphy's EVER!!!

    Skimping on size

Love this pizza however I want the size pizza I am paying for. My husband just brought these 2 home and I was shocked to see the dough not all the way to the edge like all times before. My pizzas were essentially one size smaller than we paid for and then shrunk even more when cooked

Papa Murphy's has become our pizza of choice in the last couple of years. The reasons: --- Their pizza's are tasty and loaded with ingredients. Our kids like the straight-up cheese pizza, my wife and I experiment with various specials, like the delightful chicken bacon artichoke pizza. We often get a half and half - 1/2 cheese, 1/2 "whatever the grownups want." --- It is inexpensive - we rarely pay more than $10 (with coupon or their various deals). --- The service is fast and friendly - no waiting 45 minutes for a pizza to be delivered. --- they honor coupons without a fuss, including online coupons (we have used the Yelp checkin coupon for free cookie dough on more than one occasion). --- finally, and IMO the reason they're able to deliver on the first few, their "we make it, you bake it" business model. This transfers the choice of how and when to make the pizza to the customer, and we have not had a cold or under/over baked pizza in a long time. So if you haven't given PM a try, go for it!

    Store won't honor BOGO TEXT

It's unfortunate I.have to write this review but the public should know. I went into papa Murphys to get two pizzas as instructed by the text I received in the morning 8/14/2022. I thought it would be great to do a BOGO and get the 2nd pizza 50% off, (see photo attached) it says to show the coupon to the cashier to honor the promo. So I went in and the cashier/person making the pizzas didn't understand that they had to enter the deal into the computer, she advised me to put in the code into the website, but there is no code, we went back and forth to get a resolution but she sent a photo of the text message to her boss for further instructions but the boss was unhelpful to the employee to give direction to enter the coupon amount into the cash register. I feel that there's a huge disconnect here with the store and the corporation. The cashier said the boss would call me but I wanted a response there and now. It's sad that a simple franchise can't honor what their company sends out to their customers and is unprofessional.

They take "Food stamps" and since you don't have a job and other people have to take care of you. This is your best bet.

We eat their pizza once a week! The staff is nice and the ingredients are fresh! Much better than baking a "box pizza". Great price too!

This place (obviously) has great reviews so I decided to go. And it certainly meets the hype The staff was very friendly--I let them know it's my first time there so I needed a bit of time to look over the menu--and they were very helpful letting me know the options. I got the Friday I'm In Love and it was amazing. Great size, absolutely packed with meat, amazing flavor. This was a 10/10. The garlic spread was delicious, the slaw was seasoned very well, and everything was very fresh and flavorful. Dutch crunch also had great texture. My only possible complaint was that the meat wasn't very evenly distributed as you can see in the pic, but that's a very minor complaint. To reiterate, this was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Unfortunately I'm not very close to Livermore, but anytime I'm close by in the future, I absolutely want to stop by again. I highly, highly recommend this place for a sandwich!

They have really good stuff in their little market, pastries, drinks, desserts, food to go! The staff is always a pleasure, friendly, down to earth and on top of everything. The food is mouth watering delicious! Great cooks and great dishes! Everything I have had here is sooo good. Ordered the pork chop and wow it was so tender and juicy full of flavor. Their cornbread appetizer was so moist and soft with a little crisp and the butter it came with was bomb! I always leave here satisfied. One of the top restaurants on my list!

We've sat at the bar, and a booth now, and the booth is the perfect height (I'm short). Our server was very professional and nice, although tried to sell us on stuff a little too much. Apparently we went during graduation week so they were super busy, even at 830PM on a wednesday evening...and so they were sold out of their pizza dough. They said this never happens. We got two cocktails, the MIA and a Shinjuku...something one. Both were light and refreshing, bourbon based. We got the fried calamari and I didn't care for the breading. It just fell off too easily. They also padded it with fried artichoke and onions... either list it on the menu, or charge less. My partner got the burger and he loved it. The bun was sooo pillowy soft, had a lot of beefy meaty flavor, and the fries were thin, but not shoestring. Much like McDonalds. A good burger. I wanted something lighter, so I got the fish tacos. I wouldn't recommend. The sauce on the taco didn't add much to the meal. The tortilla felt like it was homemade? It was good. The fish was kinda skimpy for $22 and was fried a little darker then I'd prefer. The side salad that came with it, was just terrible in execution. I know they were trying to be artsy but they literally served whole leaves of lettuce... so I did end up using that as a wrap since I was trying to cut calories anyways but just... no. We never get dessert but got suckered into getting something anyways. We opted for the lemon blueberry bundt cake with regular vanilla ice cream instead of their default vegan version. The ice cream was good, creamy. The cake had a weird texture, it was clunky/chunky(?) instead of like a dense moist cake. I also think it would have been better if it was warm. Our bill came out to like $130.

The food is good, the beer selection as awesome and the atmosphere is super casual and fun. It can get a little noisy at times, but there's plenty of outdoor seating for more quiet. What I like best about it is that it really feels like you're going to a place that treats its employees and its customers like family. I'm not a big reviewer, but I felt compelled to share my last experience with Porky's. After ordering, I stopped by the ladies room before going to get a beer. One of the stalls was out of toilet paper and all I could think about was that Seinfeld episode. Wanting to help someone avoid an embarrassing situation, I went to the counter to let them know. The person I tried to tell was kind of rude and waved me off. It was really weird because every other interaction I've ever had with employees there is best described as hospitality instead of just service. I was going to shrug it off. Everyone has off nights, but it was just so out of character for this place I felt I had to say something. I submitted an online comment via their website and figured that was that. Two days later, I got a phone call from Patsy. She was appreciative that I brought it up, asked for more details and promised a follow up. A few days after that, I got a very nice handwritten card from her letting me know they had worked with the employee, who was sorry and was just having an off day. My own mother doesn't send me handwritten cards anymore. I was never going to write the place off after a single incident, but this kind of care for people means I will always keep this place in rotation when the "what do you want for dinner?" Question comes up.

We started our meal with appetizers--Mama Carmela's Meatballs were three oversized meatballs in tomato sauce, topped with Parmesan and crostini (garlic toast); the Fritto Misto was a plate of lightly breaded Monterey calamari, tiger prawns, zucchini, and artichokes, served with a side of creamy capri sauce for dipping; and the Octopus All'insalata was a salad of lightly dressed arugula, olives, cherry tomatoes, and fennel, topped with tender pieces of octopus tentacle. The appetizers were decent, but the real highlight of this restaurant was their freshly-baked pizzas. The Amalfi was a light, summery combination of yellow San Marzano tomato sauce, fiori di latte, burrata, pesto, and red Sicilian Datterino tomatoes; and the Norcina was an aromatic, umami combination of truffle crema, fiori di latte, Italian sausage, and mushrooms. Both were absolutely delicious, and the best part was the authentic Neapolitan pizza crust--thin, light, and chewy all at the same time! Overall, this was a fantastic dining destination with quick, friendly service and a beautiful atmosphere too.
