And it certainly meets the hype The staff was very friendly--I let them know it's my first time there so I needed a bit of time to look over the menu--and they were very helpful letting me know the options. I got the Friday I'm In Love and it was amazing. Great size, absolutely packed with meat, amazing flavor. This was a 10/10. The garlic spread was delicious, the slaw was seasoned very well, and everything was very fresh and flavorful. Dutch crunch also had great texture. My only possible complaint was that the meat wasn't very evenly distributed as you can see in the pic, but that's a very minor complaint. To reiterate, this was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Unfortunately I'm not very close to Livermore, but anytime I'm close by in the future, I absolutely want to stop by again. I wouldn't recommend. The sauce on the taco didn't add much to the meal. The tortilla felt like it was homemade? It was good. The fish was kinda skimpy for $22 and was fried a little darker then I'd prefer. The side salad that came with it, was just terrible in execution. I know they were trying to be artsy but they literally served whole leaves of lettuce... so I did end up using that as a wrap since I was trying to cut calories anyways but just... no. We never get dessert but got suckered into getting something anyways. We opted for the lemon blueberry bundt cake with regular vanilla ice cream instead of their default vegan version. The ice cream was good, creamy. The cake had a weird texture, it was clunky/chunky(?) instead of like a dense moist cake. I also think it would have been better if it was warm. Our bill came out to like $130.

Everyone has off nights, but it was just so out of character for this place I felt I had to say something. I submitted an online comment via their website and figured that was that. Two days later, I got a phone call from Patsy. She was appreciative that I brought it up, asked for more details and promised a follow up. A few days after that, I got a very nice handwritten card from her letting me know they had worked with the employee, who was sorry and was just having an off day. My own mother doesn't send me handwritten cards anymore.
