For starters, I've always received excellent pizza. But I truly enjoy the staff. They're always so pleasant and this past visit, the store was particularly packed so 3 or 4 kids were working the food line. They all we're singing, in unison, "Spongebob pizza...." song. Could it be cleaner!? Yes. But, also they have numerous orders coming in. And they need to be leaving as quickly as they are being received. So, as long as they deliver fresh ingredients. absolute crap management. They hire people and then cut their hours by sending them home early or just telling them not to show up. Gas isn't cheap and it isn't that difficult to schedule people to work properly. Whoever the scheduling manager is should be fired. read more

Pizza was great! Never had the chicken , bacon , artichoke on thin crust before and I really enjoyed it and will get it again. The customer service is a little bleak in there - the girl working behind the counter made it seem like she was in prison and the area that they make the pizza looked like an explosion of cheese had erupted. read more

Papa Murphy's - $17 for this... - Pizza Near Me - Monroe, Washington

I ordered online, and had a coupon that reduced the cost by $6. I get to the payment screen and suddenly it says I cannot order, even though it more than a half hour before the Monroe, WA store closes. I call them and order my pizza and told them what happened. They also confirmed that website should have allowed me to order, but sometimes it does that even though its was more than 30 minutes from their closing. I ask them to honor the discount. They refused to even take a dollar off the order. I think this is poor service. They literally told me their till would not let them give me a discount, which I know is not true, because I have had other Papa Murphy's do this to honor a coupon that would not go in to their system in the past. Don't be dumb like me and assume gluten-free crust will be handled properly and is safer than a place that cooks the pizzas in the same oven. It's my fault for forgetting to check (in a state of exhaustion and brain fog) when their website clearly states they take no special precautions and just want extra money to call it gluten-free. I'm not familiar enough with Udi's crust to even know if they gave me the right crust, but either way, I'm paying for it. Otherwise, good prices for gluten-containing pizzas, and I've heard they taste pretty good. :) read more

Caught this place at a bad time I guess - the line was like watching the keystone cops. Making the wrong pizza. Having to finish adding a forgotten topping to a pizza. Making the same pizza twice. But when two people who ordered after me get their pizzas and I am stiiiiiiillllllllll waiting for my one pizza, the humor in this show is gone. Come on Papa - you can do better. read more

I most recently went to Papa Murphy's in Monroe on this last Tuesday night. It was massively busy with their Tuesday sales, pretty high turnover on ingredients. Out of the eight employees behind the counter, not a single one seemed to have noticed that the green peppers were covered in mold and the mushrooms were so far expired they were slimy. I didn't notice either, till I was 14 miles away preheating the oven. At that point my choices were toss the entire pizza or pick off the offending ingredients. It was horrifying. If this were the first offense I wouldn't have bothered with a negative review, this is the third time it's happened to me over six months. Do yourself a favor and drive to another Papa Murphy, this one is apparently owned by a cheap SOB who would rather poison the customers than feed them. One star is too much for this place. First off I really like Papa Murphy's Pizza, but I had a terrible experience at the one in Monroe. I ordered two pizzas, one gluten free and one family size. Gave my number to the girl taking the order on the phone and she says it will be twenty minutes. Show up twenty minutes later and they hands me one Pizza and I said "where is my gluten free one?" The girl said they had ran out would I want something else. I asked "if I gave you my number why didn't you call me as soon as you knew you were out?" Now my daughter can't have Pizza with us. I know they are young underpaid workers but damn you'd think this would have been handled much more professional. read more

Love their Cowboy Pizza. This is our go to place when we don't feel like cooking but don't want to get dressed up to go out. We always call ahead so it's quick in, quick out. Regular price can be a bit steep but they always have great coupons. read more

We have been going to this location for years and they have always been great. I sent my husband to pick up our online order, which is the same thing we always order, it was close to closing and he didn't notice till he arrived home that we were given the wrong pizza. It was a special order pizza and overly spicy. We couldn't finish it beyond a few bites. Papa Murphy's pizza isn't cheap, so I contacted them and left an e mail saying how bummed I was about the mixup. My husband went in the next day and told them about the mixup. They immediately made it right and gave us the right pizza for free. About a week later, I received a card in the mail with a note and coupon from Page B. the area supervisor. I was surprised and touched and thought it was very thoughtful. We received another one, a couple weeks after that. I was honestly happy with the pizza the store replaced when my husband went in and wasn't expecting anything else. They went above and beyond to fix a small mistake. A company that does that, deserves my loyalty. We have recently moved but we still continue to support Papa Murphy's even if it's at a different location and different city read more

I must be a glutton for punishment because I keep coming in here hoping it will get better, but it just keeps getting worse. After my last visit in Nov 2012, I tried again around Feb 2013. Took home a cowboy, cooked it, ate 2 pieces......got sick to my stomach & threw up about 15 minutes after eating it. Okay, I said to myself, that is absolutely IT for this store! Someone brought a Halloween pizza to my house recently, and it seemed okay, so I thought I'd give them another chance. WOW, I am so sorry I did :-( I called in a large "perfect" tonight around 5pm; it took 6 rings for someone named Brandon to answer the phone. When I came in to pick up my pizza there were 3 employees working during a busy dinner rush. SAD! My pizza was ready, but those poor kids were working frantically trying to keep up with walk-in orders, the phone ringing, and call in orders ready to be picked up like mine. NO salads in the front cooler, so he went back and brought some out......Chicken Caesar had no labels on them. The BEST thing was that Brandon walked my order out to my car for me since I walk with a cane and my other hand was full. NICE JOB! To cut to the chase, took the pizza home and cooked it, ate, and SURPRISE!.......I got sick to my stomach and threw up after about 15 minutes within eating pizza & salad.
