Completely incompetent staff. Gave my doordasher the wrong order. Not helpful at all when I called.

Placed an online order that had a minimum of 30min until it would be completed which seems strange to be a set amount of time regardless of how busy the establishment is. Showed up at the 30min mark & it still was not done which was closer to 45min for take & bake pizza which is simply ridiculous on its face as a sit down pizza place where the food is cooked and served is that amount of time. The ukiah location seemed extremely understaffed & the staff did not seem personable at all. There seems to be no leadership or motivation & it really shows. I've been a customer since this location opened. I hope this improve. I know the staff are young & this is possibly their first job but the management really needs to put more effort into helping them learn good work ethics/service skills. read more

New town, new home, new pizza place to find quick! We managed to find the Mexican restaurant, the Thai, the Japanese, the burger places we liked. It took over 2 months and finally a friend suggested Papa Murphy's. With a coupon in hand, John picked up our 1st one... we chose a double crust, deep dish Chicago pizza with extra artichokes. And surprise! It is made beautifully, crimped edges, sprinkling of fixins' on the top crust, big & yummy -- and uncooked!! We didn't know that they just prepare them and you bake it at home. No big deal, it's easy and only takes a 1/2 hr. The crust turns out crunchy & yeast-doughy yummy. All the ingredients are fresh & delicious. We have a huge amount left, so it's enough for lunch the next day ( love it ) and another meal down the line. We are so glad to have Papa Murphy's in town & closeby. I only deduct 1 star because sometimes it would be nice to pick up an already cooked one. Other than that, it's perfect. read more

Absolutely appalled at the terrible customer service! No greeting when I walked in, three young female workers standing around doing nothing fighting over who was going to help me. I asked if they had red crushed peppers or parmesan and they respond with "it's already a cheap pizza" ! Possibly learn some manors if you are going to be working in customer service. Absolutely will NEVER go here again! $18 for a gluten free medium pizza that I have to cook. Let me be clear. It was the vegetarian gourmet pizza. No MEAT! Veggies!!!!! It was also explained to me that the gourmet pizzas are charged at the large size but is actually a size medium with the amount of ingredients they put on the pizza. "That's because it's low calorie." So.. I'm paying more for less, and they know it and are okay with it! In addition of paying for a large and getting a medium, I had to pay $2 for gf crust. Had to be the worst God awful pizza ever in my life. Far far too much dough. Threw it out for the birds. The Ravens loved it, Hope they do not suffer any digestion problems. The staff were nice enough but I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would not even offer this pizza to the homeless. Really dis~gusting. Where is Papa Johns when you want a real pizza. This is the last time I will ever go there. We have tried twice in the past with two different types of pizza. They were all disappointing. read more

Every time you call ahead, no matter what time it is, they say it's going to take about 20-25 minutes. Even tonight when I called ahead they told me that. Little do they know, that I know how they are when it comes to calling an order in since we offer from them very frequently in a months time. Sitting here 20 minutes later, I have heard the boy behind the counter tell everyone who came in who's called their offer in "sorry it hasn't been started yet, we're short staffed" then he gives another off the wall time frame for the new wait. Is it just me, or is it proper customer service to let the patron know about the lag time PRIOR to them even placing their order!!?? Then that way the person can have the option to move on with their order or go somewhere else because they have a hungry family waiting for them at home. This mama is NOT happy right now!! read more

Very hostel, tense environment. Employees were bickering amounts them selves and were clearly not enjoying their job

6 pm and they tell me they are out if thin crust. They close at 9 so I guess everyone can go pound sand for dinner time today. Girl asked but the machine was already cleaned and they did not want to get it dirty again. Any crust beyond this equals soggy crust. Seems they need to reevaluate customer service or maybe put an adult there to manager the kids running the place. read more

I ordered 2 pies & a salad. After specific instructions of no-onions (I was the only customer in the store) they gave me my order. Onions! I explained I'd ordered no onions. "Ok we'll make you a new pizza." I noticed no pizza was being made, looked around the counter partition & the onions were being picked off the pizza they'd already made. I asked that I thought you were remaking it & the teen staff stated "Oh, I am. I'm just doing this in case another customer wants the same type of pizza."? BS. I said I needed it remade as my bf is deathly allergic to onions. She made me a new pizza. I got the salad home. Tried to serve it & the lettuce was rusty, wilted & also slimy. I called the store. I was told, "Yeah. We can't cut our own lettuce anymore." I wanted my money back & that I couldn't come back as I live too far away. "Well, I can only give you your money back if you bring it back now". I told her I guess I'll call the 800 number and complain, AGAIN! If you're buying pizza here, keep an eye on them & don't buy a salad! The croutons were on top of the lettuce in a bag (more germs), a fork in plastic & a huge label on top of the box. That's why I didn't notice how crappy it was. read more

The owner lady is always there and she is always rude...I swore I wouldn't go back but my son had a rough day and wanted pizza from here so I went. I cringed when I saw the owner walk in behind us. We asked for no mushrooms on our family cowboy as we are all allergic to mushrooms. We got mushrooms on our pizza. My son pointed it out to them and they started in making a new one. It was identical to the first. When I complained they said I HAD to take the mushrooms. I said okay could you just please put them on the side. The owner then started screaming at me. And I mean screaming! She said she would have to throw away the pizza they messed up. She yelled at me for so long I finally yelled back that I would just take the stupid pizza. Then she sarcastically says "but you have allergies". I told her that it was fine, I guessed the customer would throw it away. To top it off they accused us of not ordering it without mushrooms. I said if it wasn't supposed to be made without mushrooms then why did you agree to make it over the first time. They looked like deer in headlights. The workers have said before that they are scared of the manager/owner. The atmosphere is always tense and even more so when she is there. She was even slamming people who used EBT there. I will not go back this time. I will drive to Willits where they are always kind and helpful. read more

I phoned in my order - one family size combo pizza - they said it would be 30-40 minutes ... So after 45 minutes - I walked into papa murphys on state st in ukiah and was told by a rude lady it would be at least 10 more minutes - the service has never been good - just barely ok - after today - I will NEVER be back read more

The staff are very, very slow, and not too smart. However my family loves the pizza. Good wholesome ingredients for the most part.

Customer service here is excellent! They will make anything you request and even give suggestions. Love the atmosphere. This place is great for families on a budget. Well recommended. read more
