I will never go back to Round Table Pizza. I tried to order online but their site "wasn't working" again. So no coupons. Next, when I called in my order I told them I had a $25 gift card that I wanted to use. They said it wouldn't be a problem. It was from Round Table Pizza in Ukiah! However, when my wife got there to pick up the pizza they said they couldn't accept it. That is illegal in California. You can't deny gift cards that you sell. This place is a complete ripoff. I think 2 stars is all they need. I usually love Round Table but I don't go there very often because it's over priced. I got the lunch special today with the pizza and salad. The pizza was OK not the best I've had from them but I was super disappointed about the salad. For $16 you would think you would get a great lunch but no not at this location. The salad bar has always been my favorite but they have gone down hill. I know times are hard but why are they adding so much water to the ranch? It was disgusting. It tasted like water flavored ranch. They need to do better and quit trying to rip people off. I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Short version: The store owner and Round Table Corporate need to take a serious look into who is managing this location. She is the worst "manager" EVER and should not hold this title. Long version: On December 30, my son turned 21 and he chose Round Table for our family celebration. There were 12 of us and when we showed up, there were a few other customers sitting down, but nobody else in line. When we entered the store, the lady at the register was taking a phone order and she did not, at any point in time, attempt to say hi to us or otherwise acknowledge us. When she got off the phone, there was no apology for the delay. We should have taken this as the first red flag but my son REALLY wanted his Round Table lol When we tried to utilize a coupon, she couldn't figure out how to use it, and 3 times told us that it had expired, even though we pointed out to her a few times that the expiration date was the next day (12/31). She ultimately told us that it was for online orders only, even though it didn't state that on the coupon and the coupon itself said "present to cashier". But at this point in time we decided to just drop it. We took our table and patiently waited for our food, enjoying my son's birthday and our family time. After about 45 minutes we received our garlic bread, and about 10 minutes after that, one of the pizzas. Mind you, we couldn't all eat that pizza, due to preferences (it was an all-meat pizza and there were vegetarians and non-pork eaters in the group). We went up to check on the rest of the food and we were told that they were just preparing our other pizzas. During this time, my nephew went up to purchase a beer. He stood at the counter for 15-20 minutes and not a single person acknowledged him (even after multiple employees noticed/ walked past him). At this point in time, it had been 1.5 hours since we had first ordered our food, and it was still not at the table. My mother went up to check on the food and to also speak to the manager, who rudely yelled at my mom across the kitchen that "she didn't have time to talk to her". Finally, our food arrived and the rest of the party was able to eat. This was a very disappointing experience because we came to celebrate a birthday and 1/3 of the group was full by the time the rest of us even received our food. Now, what happened next is what I really want to call attention to. We packed up our things and my mom and sister went to speak with the manager about the overall experience. My mom calmly asked to speak to the manager, who once again yelled at her that she couldn't. My mom repeated herself and asked again, requesting just a few minutes of her time, at which point this manager yelled in front of everyone, including her staff and some other customers "you want me to stop making other customers' food so you can talk to me?". Uh, yes lady, that's your job. She came over and was very aggressive from the beginning. My mom tried explaining what had happened and our experience, and the manager walked away, yelling once again. "You were told when you came in that we are running behind tonight". No, not one of us was told this. Had we been warned that our food was going to take over 1.5 hours to make, we would have chosen to go somewhere else where we would have also been treated better. This "manager" was so rude and condescending to everyone in our group. Not one time did she apologize or ask us how she could make things right for us, which is what an actual manager should do. I don't know if she has received any management training but she doesn't know how to run a store and REALLY doesn't know how to treat customers. We spent over $350 that night - for that much $ we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant where we would have been treated much better. A few other customers saw this interaction and walked out after us. In a small town like Ukiah, this restaurant should be more careful about the customer experience because people are going to choose to go to Slam Dunk or Mountain Mike's instead. I seriously suggest that the store owner and/ or corporate looks into this further before you lose your entire customer base. read more

I have reported our unacceptable experience dining at the Ukiah Round Table Pizza on 11/03/24, to the Area Manager, Joseph Reese. I have been promised a full refund to be credited to my account. As of 1/23/25 I have yet to receive any form of compensation. My 94 year old parents wanted to go out for pizza and we chose the newly remodeled Round Table. Upon entering we noticed most of the tables were uncleared. Half of our order was over 45 min. The other half more than an hour. When delivered it was cold. Our food experience was subpar but when a young man entered the store and began eating leftovers and drinking unfinished drinks on uncleared tables our Round Table experience hit a new low! It became very clear that there was no responsible manager on staff. Three young men working behind the counter were very professional and deserve recognition for trying extremely hard to accommodate us. We went here for the first time after their remodel tonight. We left knowing it would be the last time . The restaurant was 85 degrees and stuffy, we had a large 4 topping pizza, 1 small salad bar, one time through, and 3 drinks and our bill was $79.80!!! I arrived at the time they said it would be ready, and called inside to let them know I was there. 5 minutes later, still no pizza so I go inside. I'm not 100% fan of any Ukiah pizza places, this one is better then some. Not the best pizza I've ever had but no where in Ukiah is.... they burnt the bottom of the boys pizza and quickly no questions asked remade it perfectly. Staff is what you expect younger wait staff to be like, they all were friendly and quickly fixed the problem pizza and were attentive at the drink refill station. We will return, I like the crust and the breadsticks are favorite of anywhere. Returned again today, order was great and correct in a busy time. I also witnessed customers behaving badly towards the staff and all the staff remained courteous and professional in an obvious heated moment. 3 stars for delivery. Was told when I ordered and paid $43plus for a large everything pizza that the pizza would be out the door at 1130 and to me by 1145. Since I was ordering for my class to have pizza and they leave at 12:00, that was fine. The driver showed up at 12:02 and my students had already left. Then after I signed, the driver walked out with my pizza. I gave very clear instructions. IF he left at 1130 then he should have been here by 1140, definitely by 1145. So was the pizza not ready? Was the driver late to start? Do they not use GPS? or read directions? ALSO when ordering you can remove items from a pizza but to ask for a substitution for a common item requires an extra charge. BUT do they take away from your cost if you don't want certain items on the pizza? NOPE! And the pizza arrived cold. I've no clue what happened between 1130 and when the driver arrived at 1202. Yes, he did see me waving from where he parked some distance away. And yes he ran. He said next time. NOPE. No next time. Also I know RT has thin crust. They said for a combination it had to be regular. For my taste, its still too thick. But I'm sure it was along their specs. The taste of the pizza is always good and for that I could give 4 or 5 stars but too many factors today ended up this being a 3 and cold pizza the 2nd day is great... just not when its first ordered.
