Ordered by phone to the Willits Branch. When we picked up our order, the people were in terrible moods. I ordered a large Cowboy with specifically NO sausage. The pizza they made us had the least amount of toppings we've ever received from a Papa Murphy's and it was covered in sausage. The cheese was like rubber, there was hardly any pepperoni, mushrooms or olives. Overall this was the worst tasting pizza ever. This was not like the regular pizzas we have received from Sebastopol or Fort Bragg. Usually we never go wrong with Papa Murphy's but the Willits branch was extremely disappointing. We won't be ordering again from them. Not worth the cranky attitudes of the workers, not worth the money or the hassle. Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwiches were much better than the pizza we received. We would not recommend Willits Papa Murphy's to anyone. read more

30 minute wait for a pizza that turns out not even to be cooked? Are you serious? No indication that it would be a raw pizza when I was ordering. I've never had a really good experience at any papa Murphy's but this is a new level of WTF and my absolute last visit. read more

The menu pizza's are good the real magic starts with create your own in my case its family sized, red sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, chicken, pineapple, garlic, spinach, zucchini and the price is 16.75 for 16 normal slices of pizza. Tuesdays are cheaper and it takes the price down a couple bucks. While not the best pizza you'll ever taste this place is the gem of Willits pizza for now. Online ordering is also convenient as its always ready at the time you pick. read more

Me and my fiancee tried to call three times. Each time we were asked to hold. We were on hold each time for ten minutes + while the employee took numerous orders in the back ground and fooled around with fellow employees never once coming back to pick up the phone. Feels like they just didnt want to take any more orders and this was a strategy just meant to make people give up. Well we have and will not be returning. Horrible service. Excellent bake-at-home pizzas and sides, short waiting time, courteous staff, affordable for families on a budget. Made while you wait (usually no more than a 10 minute wait if you avoid the dinner-time rush), or you can call in your order and pick up. While most managers in this location acknowledge all coupons and text specials, at least one manager has refused to honor a text special and we walked away, hence the 4-star review. Maybe Papa Murphy's could get all their staff on the same page to get a 5-star review. read more

I just want to say the two girls working tonight serena and Savannah were amazing! You should be very proud. Both apparently were new and were working on an extremely busy night due to graduation but despite how overwhelmed I'm sure they must have been they were both on top of it, kept a smile on their faces and were very friendly. I dont normally go out of my way to do this but these girls deserve recognition. Thank you ladies the pizzas were perfect! read more

A great option for pizza that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Also convenient to get your pizzas ahead of time and hold them in the fridge. By far my favorite is the veggie delight served with a white sauce and loaded with veggies you can order in thin crust for your lighter nights or regular. The cinnamon wheel is delicious but I would not recommend the cookie dough. To top it off you can also get soda all at the same time. Perfect for mid week meals. Service on the other hand is hit and miss. Always training new 'kids' and not all of them are the most helpful. Some do okay tho, so take your chances. read more

Just moved to the area. Called, was immediately placed on hold for 5 min. Hung up called again, simple 2 topping pizza ordered and pick up time quoted as 30 min. Husband went to pick up pizza, 2 people behind the counter and no other customers. Was told they were just starting to make the pizza and it should be ANOTHER 30 min. I've been going here as customer for several years, always enjoyed it, you know what you are getting, take-n-bake pizza. I called in an order several days ago and they told me there would be an hour wait. In the past, it was 10-15 minutes tops. When I showed up for my pizza, they have my order in an "in" basket and they haven't touched it. There is one person, a big guy, doing all the work. He's ticked off and getting no help from the two women working with him. One young lady was helpful but didn't know what she was doing, the other acted like she didn't give a damn if anyone ever got their pizza. I waited another 15 minutes to get my pizza, sitting with another customer that had been given the one hour wait time also. I live five miles out of town and could have called Pizza By the Slice and had it delivered hot, cooked and perfect rather than use my gas, time and effort to purchase from a company that doesn't seem to care about it's customers. read more

The pizza's are OK. The service not OK. We just bought $69. worth of pizza and my husband said the staff was not personable at all. He left the coupon for one of the pizza's in the car and even though they had another on the menu at the cash register they had him walk out to the car to get it. Its pouring rain! read more

Last two times I called there was a minimum 30 minute wait. For a pizza that still needs to be baked. Staff is not trained properly and unprofessional. Too bad, because the food is really good. Last month, they took my money, gave me most but not all of the change I was owed, told me they had to get more change in the back, gave me a receipt, and started making my pizzas. Ten minutes later, a person I took to be the manager came out, gave me back my $100 bill, and asked for the change that they gave me, with the explanation that they weren't allowed to accept $100 bill. Not that they couldn't break it, but that they weren't allowed to. I wish they would've told me at the time that I tendered it, instead of letting me wait around for 10 minutes thinking I'm going to get dinner while they educated themselves on the store policy. I didn't see a sign stating that they don't accept large bills so I don't know that they could legally undo that transaction. Why would they want to and alienate a customer in the process? It was incredibly unprofessional. I worked at Papa Murphy's pizza for a number of years while I was in college. If staff mistakenly take a large bill, tenders change and makes the pizza, then you just accept that the transaction occurred, you go to Safeway, you break the large bill yourself and then properly educate your staff about not accepting large bills. read more
