On this particular trip we were traveling with two puppies and needed to find an eatery with a patio that would allow our pets. Pizza To Go has an enclosed patio that was nice and cool on a particularly warm winter afternoon. I was willing to give them a try solely for the reason that they could make a pizza with non dairy cheese. Being lactose intolerant means I usually only get pizza when I make it myself, and that's something I do once a week. I make my own dough and sauce and smoke my own meats for toppings. If I lived in Willits I'd never make another pizza. Their crust is that perfect balance of crispy and chewy and the toppings were evenly distributed with care all the way to the edge of that crispy soft and chewy crust. It was without a doubt one of the top five pizzas that I've ever had, possibly the best, and pizza is my favorite meal. Great food, good service, and clean premises with a funky charm that is so prevalent in this town.

I've actually asked them early in the day to deliver me a pizza and they said they were closed very poor business and if they keep acting this way, they will shut down.

Walk down the path between the two yellow buildings, surrounded by lush foliage, and it feels like you've stepped into The Secret Garden. The seating is thoughtfully scattered throughout the gardens, offering a mix of sunny and shaded spots. The main gathering area has the most tables, so it can be a little livelier with conversation. I'm a bit sensitive to noise, so we wandered down one of the smaller garden paths and found a table beside a raised garden bed. It was the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful flowers, herbs, shrubs, and trees, with little birds stopping by throughout our meal. We had a small miscommunication with our order, but the staff handled it immediately with kindness and professionalism. The customer service was exceptional and made us feel genuinely cared for. The pizza was outstanding--an easy 10/10. We ordered the Burrina along with a cheese and pineapple pizza for our little one. The combination of spicy salami, fennel sausage, creamy burrata, and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar was absolutely delicious. Every bite was balanced and full of flavor. Between the incredible food, attentive service, and peaceful garden setting, Brickery Pizza is a place I can't wait to return to. It's one of those spots that feels just as special for the atmosphere as it does for the meal.

There's outdoor seating but limited and gets crowded very easily. It was a very nice and relaxing atmosphere. The people that work there are also very nice. Dog friendly! The food was amazing, the pizza was delicious! I ordered the kale pizza and also the seasonal: summer squash. The kale was good but I liked the summer squash more. Will definitely put this on my Mendocino regular meal stops

Unfortunately my diet is now restricted to gluten free and I have craved a decent pizza for many years and finally I found an excellent gluten free pizza here. I thought it couldn't be done but this kitchen pulls it off like a dream come true. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the service charming. Keep in mind the menu is limited but better to do a few things well rather than have boring mediocrity. If you are out for a leisurely pizza you can't do better anywhere north of San Francisco. Tip: get an appetizer while you wait.

The server was so sweet and warm that I actually invited her into the conversation at my table twice. The ambience was relaxing and the chairs comfortable. Cons: The sauce and toppings on the pizza tasted like they were out of a can. I expected the mushroom to taste like a local rich fungi, but I was disappointed. The ricotta spread on the ricotta toast appetizer was rich and not to my liking. I left most of mine on the plate. The chocolate desert was tasteless and disappointing. If I stayed at the hotel, which looked lovely by the way, I would definitely eat there again. If I wasn't already at the hotel, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.
