Oh, I know. What the heck?? Reviewing a Taco Bell??! Aren't they all the same?? Why no. And I am so glad you asked. The Willits Taco Bell is the best Taco Bell, thank you very much. I only order two things at Taco Bell and I will die on that hill. First, bean burrito with green sauce for breakfast. This is warm, fresh, comforting, healthy, low fat, especially if you omit the cheese, and surprisingly delicious for a homey breakfast food. Being Latina, this hits for me and will stick to my ribs until lunch. BUT - you have to have the green sauce, which is special and not all Taco Bells have it. The green sauce completely transforms a plain bean burrito. I also add at least two to three fire sauce packets. Also making the morning right are the EXTREMELY sweet ladies who serve up breakfast here. They always smile. They always wish me a good day and I say that back and it just starts my day right and feel like the world is ok. Second thing - crispy tacos. Nothing fancy. A relic from my youth. two fire sauces on each one. Two tacos is my splurge lunch when I get a craving and remember my long ago teenagerhood. They have not changed. They are still DELICIOUS, with hot meat, chilled fresh lettuce, crispy tortilla. (Do NOT forget the two fire sauce packets, though). So don't be dissin' Taco Bell. read more

Used my mobile app for the first time didn't quite know how to use it and gave them the four digit check-in code on accident to a male staff, the girl ( not the staff I talked to) at the drive-through window apparently thought it was some sort of "teaching moment" to express to me how it was wrong. I did it wrong and I need to do it differently next time. After I already expressed directly to the male staff on the intercom that it was an accident. This was one of my first times using the app. The thing about me is that I'm not gonna reward petty and unnecessary behavior so I just won't come back to this location because of your minimum wage worker who feels that she needs control you're gonna lose business. I have dined at many many Taco Bell's, this location is consistently the best location I have ever been. Staff is great, custom orders are accurate, and even the new items are built to perfection and look like the photos! Do not hesitate to eat here. read more

I've been going to this Taco Bell for 30 years and have always felt it was one of the better ones. Today I tried to order my "usual". #6. Which is 2Chulupas and 1taco. I always request Gorditas instead of Chulupa because I don't like the fried version. I was told they couldn't do that. Been ordering this since it's been available. Not sure why the change in policy but fortunately there's other places to eat. This will be off my list now. read more

You know Taco Bell is usually just a Taco Bell but I was actually surprised when we were on a spur of the moment road trip and we stopped here for a quick bite at lunch. Willits is kind of a one horse town and just a small selection of fast food restaurants and Taco Bell is always one of our go to food groups. Smaller restaurant but clean and friendly staff. To my surprise it took no longer than 2 minutes for our food to be ready, just long enough to get our drink and find a seat. My husband always gets a combo burrito and a couple of crunchy tacos. I mix it up by always doing something different so this time it was a beef chalupa supreme. And to my surprise the food was HOT I mean really hot temperature hot where I almost burned my tongue. For a fast food joint I don't recall ever having hot food. Kudos I was truly impressed as was my husband. Needless to say the food was good!!! Great job, clean, friendly and hot food! read more

I recommend getting the supreme crunch wrap if you want to order one because the regular one has little to no meat (i have gotten it multiple times and they never fill it up well). Sodas are watered down but the Baja blast never seems to fail me. Service is very good from my experience but you have to lean into the speaker for them to hear you well. read more

We got caught in Willits, CA, as did many many other people, due to a murder on 101 by Ukiah,CA... We went to taco Bell.. drive thru, at about 10:45 pm.. there were 3 cars ahead of us.. they had all ordered.. at the time we got to the order board the lights went out & we were completely ignored!! Apparently they had closed.. unknown to those of us who are not from the area.. so they turned down business just because it was ALMOST 11pm.. technically we still had 10 minutes but no...
