We order pizza here often, it is fantastic! Crust is flaky, lots of tomato sauce, nice size toppings! Also have great wings in fact my 19 year old son says they are some of thes best he has ever had! After waiting an hour and twenty minutes I called and asked the status of the delivery and was placed on hold, after nine minutes of being on hold we called again where the manager Chloe said they were busy and lied about putting me on hold. Don't know how to rate this. We love the pizza, but are very disappointed in their COVID response. A sign on the door says Masks required, but the customer leaving as I was coming in had no mask. More concerning was that no one in the place had on a mask. The person behind the counter taking the money and the young lady sweeping the lobby had no masks. You can see into the back and there were no masks there either. This was the second time I've been there as I gave them a second chance thinking it might must be the manager on duty ignoring this. I experienced poor customer service, and the owner was hostile towards me over the phone. We were on hold for 40 minutes before we could order. They got our catering order wrong, and when we called to ask them to deliver what we ordered, the manager came off as rude. He refused to acknowledge that they were the ones who could have made the mistake, saying we ordered the wrong thing. I asked if it was possible to just get a refund or a credit for the wrong item on our next order, that there's no need to replace the item, and he still wouldn't do anything. His words, "There's no way we got your order wrong, the girl you ordered from has been working for me for 8 months. You know what, I don't care. Have a good holiday." The food was good, though. Don't get me wrong. I love this chain. However, this location has a terribly rude staff. And they blame the owner. I live over a half hour away, but sometimes I want a good stuffed pizza. I know they make a good stuffed pizza, so I ordered one from Richmond. Half pepperoni, half sausage stuffed pizza. Almost $30. When I got home (an hour drive-both ways) I noticed it was a plain cheese pizza. My kids were starving and I was disappointed. I called up and they knew they "mistakenly swapped the order." I told them I'd be happy with a credit and they said they couldn't offer a credit but would exchange the pizza if I brought it back. I told them I am over a half hour away, each way. So that wasn't possible right now. They made the mistake. would you please offer me a credit. The answer was a very sharp "no!" And they said "if I had a problem with it, I would have to talk to the owner. He will be in tomorrow." Now I was mad because of how I was being talked to. Another girl got on the phone and I asked for my money back. The girl on the line said " well, I guess I'll call the owner and see what he says. Then I'll have to call you back." I waited for the call back, and when I realized there wasn't going to be one, I called my bank to dispute the charge. I didn't receive the product I ordered (to the tune of nearly $30. Asking for a credit is not absurd. Refusing to own up to your mistake is absurd. The staff was very rude and honestly, I wonder if the owner even knows. Had the chicken parm and cheese ravioli. Huge portions and Horrible. Frozen chicken and ravioli and sauce that came from a 2 gallon can. We had to drain the liquid out of the bottom of our plates before we could try to eat it. Here is a tip. Make a $12 dish that is half the size and has fresh ingredients. It will be cheaper that way. When we asked the server if they had a cook or if the owner did the cooking we were told the owner only comes in for a little while on Saturdays. We may have found the problem. She was super apologetic about making the mistake, they not only replaced the pizza the owner personally apologized to my niece for the mistake and gave us a free pizza. Have been a loyal customer for 11 years. This place has gone through a lot of recipe changes over the years; some good, some not so good. Over the last few months I have been very disappointed in several items. First, the chopped salad. Used to be great. The last three times I've ordered it the lettuce was not chopped. The last order half of the lettuce was brown or had black edges and there was a whole bottom with core of what looked like Boston lettuce in the package the size of a tennis ball. When I called to give feedback I was transferred three times until I got a manager who had trouble with his telephone connection and blamed me. I explained the problem and his response was that he sold a lot of salads and didn't get any complaints. He told me that they didn't chop their own lettuce, they had a supplier. The lettuce was similar to the kind you get in a bag at the supermarket. He was short with me and did not offer an apology. He did give me a credit for a free salad. For the price they are charging for a chopped salad, I want my salad chopped, or don't call it a chopped salad. Sorry guys, I don't want another one of those. They have an item introduced a few years ago called Cheesy Pan Sticks. They used to be great; a mix of cheeses on a pan crust which had been brushed with garlic and olive oil. They have changed the cheese mixture and the dough making it very bland. Third, they have made changes to their tomato sauce that goes on their thin crust pizza. Very sweet and otherwise bland. I'm not certain what has happened over the last few months at this location, but they've lost me as a customer. Pizza showed up luke warm, burnt, with hardly any cheese. Called and asked for a $14.00 "store credit"(the value of the pizza), to use later, and was told that "the best they could do" is a $5.00 credit, and she was NOT happy to do that at all.
