Dinner started with a loaf of warm bread served with a small plate of.olive oil seasoned with small bits of crunchy garlic, oregano and black pepper. Top notch. One thing I noticed is that every dish that the servers brought out to the diners was smoking hot. Every single dish. No way was anyone's food sitting under a heat lamp. As an appetizer, I ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms. Three very large mushrooms. I didn't taste much crabmeat. I would order a different appetizer next time. Our entrees were the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread and the Eggplant Parmesan with a side of spaghetti The spaghetti sauce was very bright and fresh tasting. Based on the little bit I tasted of my husband's dinner, next.time I will order Spaghetti and Meatballs. We had enough leftovers to bring home another night's dinner. read more

This is the second time I have visited this restaurant and it is amazing. The service is top-notch and the food tastes really good. very disappointed. Have been there before. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation and were told we had to wait until closer to the reservation time even though the place was more than half empty. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Initially tried to seat us at a table with unpadded chairs and we asked to be seated in a booth for softer seated due to a medical condition. We were told to go back out until a booth was available even though several were available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We eventually were reseated. Service was questionable. Took quite awhile to get our drink order and then we finally ordered , we ordered an appetizer and then ordered a small salad and our entrees. Both the salad and entrees came out at the same time after considerable wait. Asked for more bread and never got and asked for cheese 3 times. Will probably not revisit. We're here on a Sunday evening. Very slow so we were seated quickly. Our waiter delivered the bread and olive oil took our drink order and was back in no time. There were four of us so we split their crab stuffed mushrooms and their bruschetta. Each were delicious. For our dinners we had penne with chicken and broccoli, mushroom ravioli, wild mushroom fettuccine, chicken parm. All our dinners came out in less than 10 min. All were fantastic my only bitch was very little marinara on my chicken parm. The entire meal was very affordable. Went for dinner, overall good food. I had the pizza which was good, my wife enjoyed the fettuccine Alfredo with added chicken and mushrooms. Everything was hot and as expected. Martinis were delicious! Victoria our server was top notch! Manager on duty was not friendly at all and off putting in our 2 interactions with him. My wife and I went here on Valentines Day. I got a reservation here as it was one of the only places with spots open. I was a little worried about the restaurant as the reviews on here were not the best. We got there and the manager working the hostess stand did not even acknowledge me standing there and was rather standoffish... Not a good start. After getting seated, we were greeted by our server. Again, it was kind of standoffish. Weird. We ordered drinks and dinner and were pleasantly surprised by our meals. I got Rigatoni Al Forno and my wife got Bruschetta Chicken Salad and we loved our meals! After dinner, we decided to splurge on the Carrot Cake and it was probably big enough for 4 people! So good! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also, just a note, if you go here when it's super cold outside, I would recommend not taking a booth by the big windows in the bar area. Ask to sit somewhere else or you will freeze![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For this restaurant, I would give the service a 2 out of 5 but a definite 5 out of 5 for the food! Great restaurant & great service! My husband & I were traveling through Warsaw & this restaurant was beside our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised how good our food was. We had pizza & a Mediterranean chicken dish which were both very good. I enjoyed having gluten free options including the raspberry cheese cake which was also great. First time at Papa Vino's and it won't be our last. My son was in town on business and we chose to go here rather late. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is beautiful.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The server was great and attentive. The HOT HONEY SAUSAGE Pizza was a-m-a-z-i-n-g. We also had chicken parmesan. It was good, chicken was a little dry and seemed like a frozen premade patty and the spaghetti could have used more sauce. Two of us went there slightly after 6:30 on Thursday evening. The staff was friendly and we were seated right away. We got a table for 4 and the extra place settings were removed immediately. We had Sophia as our server, has to be one of the best around! Don't know her schedule, but ask for her! We had studied the menu at home so we knew what we wanted and ordered when she brought our water, which was pretty much right away. We ordered mostly appetizers and one actual pasta meal. She had brought us bread and oil with the water, so we ate that while we prepared to wait for our food. It arrived in 10 minutes! All hot and fresh, everything was good, the only slight exception was that the calamari could have been fried about 30 seconds less, but it was still not rubbery. Restaurant was fairly quiet, no loud music. Sophia checked on us about 4 times in about 40 minutes, which was just enough to keep tabs on us and allow for a bit of back and forth, which I do like. We didn't have to ask for take home boxes, she suggested that might want some. The meatballs came in a hot skillet, so they were still nice and warm when I put them in the box. Prices were on the top end of middle range, but we knew that going in. We don't go out to eat often, but will consider going here again. Hope Sophia still works there! Their comfort food items like spaghetti and lasagna are not where they shine, it's in dishes like mushroom ravioli and chicken Mediterranean, they are so flavorful! We went with as group of 10 people this evening at 5:30 and it really wasn't too busy. The waitress took all the wine glasses of the table right before our food came and hung them back on the glass rack to be used for another table without even washing them. The glasses were in front of us for over 30 minutes and in the world we live in since COVID and with it still happening- it concerns me. Another tables food was served to our table and then picked back up and taken back to the kitchen. Based on what I saw with the glasses I am concerned that the food was not remade but was served as is. My wife ordered the pasta primavera with no mushrooms but the dish was full of mushrooms. Dawn had the Rigatoni Alforno, and I had the Wild Mushroom Fettuccine. The Fettuccine sauce was like watered soup, which made me think they watered it down to get more, and that added to the bland flavor. The spinach had some flavor along with the mushrooms. But the noodles which were perfectly cooked just no flavor. Dawn's Rigatoni was 180° the other way, it had beautiful flavor in every bite. The sauce was perfect, while the noodles held a pasta flavor. The cheese held it all together and combined all the flavors in every bite. Now, this review so far would be five stars for Dawn and three stars for me. But what really messed this up was the Google Review of their Menu. According to Google, both of our plates are 12.99, and as you see, we were charged 16.49. I understand inflation, just not for a business that is less than 60 days old for a 27% increase. There are plenty of reviews showing that restaurant management is responding. I think they should remove the false advertising of prices. The atmosphere is great for many and the place is busy. It's too fancy for Dawn and I. And we would still recommend it for someone who has the money, but we will not be back since they can only get one plate awesome and the other like they are stretching their dollar at our cost. My husband and I came in last Thursday night after a long drive home from vacation. Shirley was our waitress and she was absolutely the best they have! To begin, our party had a 6:00 reservation and we waited at least 20 minutes to be seated (I can understand). However, our food was just ok. The food in our party came out at different times, and portion sizes were small. I got a caesar salad adding 5$ for grilled chicken, not much salad and it was overdressed. Another member in our party got the chicken bruschetta salad; he said it was overdressed causing his salad to be soggy (he could barely eat it). The Chicken Parmesan had three pieces of chicken and hardly any spaghetti to the meal. The only real positive about this place was our server. The pizza off the children's menu was good. It was just whatever. The best part of the meal was the comfortable seats. The hostess that were working gave us a snobby attitude. She really shouldn't be the first person we see. Atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. They give you bread to start the meal off with which is good but they suggest you eat it a garlic oil dip that does not taste very great. The food is ok priced but it's not a large portion. The chicken that we added to the Fettuccine Alfredo was obviously frozen processed chicken which kind of ruined the meal. The waiter was good.
