I've driven by this place a thousand times and finally decided to try their pizza. I like to support as many local businesses as I can and I want them to succeed. For Papa's, I would imagine you are not as successful as you would like to be and unfortunately, it's your product. As another reviewer mentioned, your crust is way too soft. The flavor profile isn't bad, but you are taking your pizza out of the oven too soon or maybe you don't have good equipment. You certainly don't have to be Italian to make a great pizza, you just have to care enough to want to make a great pie. For one of the highest margin food items you can sell, one would think a little research along with trial and error would be important to you. Also, my first impression was a lack of a welcoming atmosphere. Maybe be you don't care and what you are bringing in is good enough. If so, disregard. read more

We ordered the deep dish pizza's and these were very tasty! The pepperoni and cheese deep dish pizzas were just as good, if not better than Pizza Hut's. The restaurant also has a large sitting dining room and some arcade machines available. This place offers an all you can eat buffet that looks good. Prices are affordable but the service is average. Don't expect to get waited on but they will bring you food. read more

While traveling through town, we stumbled upon Papa's Pizza To Go and immediately fell in love. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The staff was very friendly and helpful to us out-of-town folk. Tried it once and not very good. Waited a year and tried it again. Undoubtedly unchanged. The worst crust I have ever had. Equivalent to store frozen. Toppings are quite good but the crust is bad,bad,bad. Tried to brown it up it up in the oven, but that did not work either. Too many good places for pizza to waste your time here. read more

WAS a frequent customer (often ordering 2 times a week) for delivery because of convenience, but after tonight's experience we will not be ordering again. We didnt complain when a few orders showed up wrong, but when we finally called to request an order correction because the order that arrived was one we could not eat, the person on the phone was not very helpful and we were definitely not thrilled with the way the situation was handled. It is unfortunate because when the orders were right, we really enjoyed the food and the delivery guys were always very courteous. read more

Been a fan of their food for the past couple of years. However, after spotty delivery and food being left out of what was ordered; I don't think we will continue to eat from them. I called this evening to tell them that it had been well over the estimated delivery time and the lady seemed bothered. I had to call back about my order being wrong and she said "yeah, I made that wrap. I left some stuff out. You want a credit?" Umm, no. I want my order.
