I brought my mower in for an estimate and time frame for repair on a Wednesday. They said they would look at it by Friday or no later than Saturday. I did not get a call by Saturday so I called. They had not touched it. I waited until the following Wednesday and got no call. Just to look at it, they wanted to charge me $85. I went and got my mower back, plus the $85. I found a shop in Silverdale and got it fixed that day for $95. read more

Took advantage of an older community member and sold them a broken and damaged riding mower for an unreasonable price with missing pieces integral to the function of the deck and when called out on it refused to accept any responsibility even though their very own employee even acknowledged the condition as unacceptable and unusable upon sight. Take your business to a family business that values their customers, sells quality products, and takes accountability instead. I'd give less than one star if it was an option. Worst experience in giving them our business and money. read more

These guys are awesome! They fixed a lawn mower for me that the last 2 places I took it to couldn't handle. It is an older model that they had trouble finding parts for and that required special attention. That was no problem for them and the price was very reasonable. I just used it last night after getting it back and it runs great! They also helped me with replacing a carburetor on my neighbor's weed whacker. They had a big backlog as it is Spring so they couldn't get to it right away, but they ordered the part for me and instructed me on how to to the work. They even helped me tune it after I had replaced the part. I now have my pressure washer at their shop getting repaired, another tool that I couldn't get repaired properly. These guys are great to work with and do a fantastic job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

They originally said 2-3 weeks turn around but finished both in less than 2 weeks. They saved me money by providing used parts rather than new for my pot puller (they're gonna rust again anyway!). Do not take anything in here to be fixed . Take in your riding lawnmower and They will tell you it's to far gone and then offer to dispose of it for you. Then they turn around spiff it up and put on a $600+ price...If you do happen to still have them fix your item it will cost you . They brag how much they making off of you because it was dad's chainsaw . While they stick some used part on it but charge you 400$ for a used part. read more
