Wow I can't believe I found the little Cuban hidden gem in downtown Orlando! The cutest little cafe full of breakfast and lunch options. I had the best croquetas de jamón in all of Orlando! One of the best cafe con leches and the most delicious spinach and cheese empanada. Don't forget to try all the different sauces too they're delicious. I will definitely be back soon!

The service here is excellent! I came in for breakfast to go and was immediately greeted by smiling employees. I had the BEC on Cuban bread and it was fantastic. The bacon is perfectly cooked and everything blended well. The questio is full and balanced sweet and savory. This is my second visit & I brought a friend. She had the potato ball and said it was the best she's ever had. I used the quick 15 minute loading parking out front to get in and out without a hassle. It's clean and inviting. I'll update my review when I go for lunch

Latin Square is a downtown Orlando gem! Latin Square opened a new location (North Orange Ave.) within walking distance from my office, and since then, it has become my go-to place for coffee in the mornings. The Cafe con Leche is the best, and it is strong (precisely what I need at 8 a.m.) and doesn't have a bitter aftertaste. The restaurant is large but only has a few high-top tables. Most people order to go, so that is not an issue. The décor is beautiful, with large rattan lighting pendants and an open concept. Towards the back, there's a juice bar. You MUST try the almond joy with cold brew; it is delicious! A few times, they had samples, and if you see them, give it a try. I promise you won't be disappointed. Another breakfast treat is the tequeños and quesitos, baked to perfection. Highly recommended too. I have not tried the lunch menu yet, but my coworkers can't stop talking about how good the sandwiches are, so I see an update of this review in the future. It would be good if they implemented a coffee reward program. Like buy 10 and get 1 free to reward their loyal clientele. Tip: it gets busy during lunchtime, so I recommend going a little before noon or after 1 p.m. if you don't like waiting in line.

I love this place! This is my go to for breakfast and coffee some days. They are always efficient and the food is always good and the coffee fresh and strong! This is a good quick place to pick up food. You can order online and pick up to avoid lines but honestly if you just want to pick up a coffee the wait is not as long as other coffee shops in the area. The prices are also very economical. I can get breakfast and large coffee for around $10. They also have great side items such as empanadas, potato balls, and croquetas. Definitely have to try this place out while downtown.

I am sorry but I ordered the pork special and I was so disappointed in everything the taste, there was none the food was very bland and I find it weird because Latin food is usually full of flavor. The beans were very bland and flavorless. The pork portion was so small for $16 dollars. Pork is the cheapest meat no reason for such small portion. The rice has the weirdest flavor I ever had and I been eating Spanish good my whole life. Maybe the sandwiches are better tasting but the food I had was not worth the trip.

The best restaurant in Downtown Orlando. Open for breakfast or lunch and it's ALWAYS delicious and always poppin! The staff is super friendly and always working hard so that the long lines go super fast. You get a ton of food for the price and It's literally always so good. Don't forget to check out their sauce bar at the back. They're also epic. There's not much indoor seating but plenty of tables outside for you to enjoy. It's small and simple inside but it's literally worth your time to try it. You won't be disappointed!

Very hard to find, it's in a building with a different street number! Just look for the courtyard and go to the right side. They were sadly out of breakfast food by the time I got there so I went with a sandwich instead. Nice and hearty, I ended up saving half for breakfast the next day. The shoestring potatoes in the sandwich were unexpected but they worked. The guava/cream cheese turnover hit the sweet spot. There aren't many options to get your veggies, but otherwise it looks like a great place for a cheap, filling lunch.

    Chicken Caesar Salad

I was told that I needed to try this restaurant, and it did not disappoint. I had the chicken Caesar salad, which I enjoyed. The portion size was pretty large, so the pricing was reasonable. I specifically enjoyed the chicken. It is a small space and has a lot of customers, so it can be hard to find a seat, so be prepared. Also, the tables were dirty, since so many people were coming and going, and I would have liked to have wipes available. I didn't see any, but maybe I just didn't see them. Overall, it has a decent amount of options to choose from. Again, I really enjoyed the chicken.

Delicious breakfast and lunch spot DT Orlando. The staff is super friendly, the sandwiches and sauces were on point and this is a hidden gem in the middle of DT. The food was actually quite traditional and the experience was overall great! I ate the Latin Square Special sandwiches and the banana inside it makes it even better than the cubano. I recommend it.

As we walked in, Bobbi greeted us with a smile and was helpful to show us our table which was this cozy booth in the back corner surrounded by velvet drapery and Moroccan inspired glass lamps (confused me too). She allowed us to head to the bar for a round cocktails while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Drinks are a little pricey and 20% gratuity is already included so be vigilant of that! When we sat down, Daniel our server was absolutely wonderful. He gave us a tour of the menu which was exceptional. We ordered the goat cheese appetizer and empanadas - both, fantastic. They serve dinner rolls which is accompanied by a delicious butter spread. We ordered the ribeye, ordered medium rare, but it felt a little on the rare side. Wasn't easy to eat, so may not have been the best quality meat, but it was fine. The birthday boy had the short rib which he described as Devine! The table side Alfredo presentation was quite exciting as well! My only negative comment was that they didn't really have a birthday experience. They delivered a glass of champagne and had a happy birthday card, but nothing compared to what you can experience at other I-Drive establishments. I would dine here again because the experience was lovely and I would like to try the fish next time!

My husband and I found ourselves our on an impromptu date night on Friday and originally set of to try out Taffers Tavern but decided after a drink and app to pop in to a few different places for happy hour. Though we originally intended on having a meal at your neighbor The Pub the lack of service from the staff there made us change our mind and head over to you. Once we were seated Jessamine (I hope I spelled it right) was absolutely the breath of fresh air we needed. She provided insight on any questions we had and checked on us often and while we had a drink and an appetizer (not much) we were absolutely blown away by the service. I work at a localish hotel and will be recommending you to anyone looking for a great experience! We will be back for the soccer games this summer and cannot wait to try more of your offerings. The hospitality industry needs more Jessamines.

Once we found out they had a restaurant, we knew we had to check it out. The restaurant itself is beautiful inside with great vibes and a nice atmosphere. Our first visit was mostly good, but I would not recommend the tripleta. All you taste is the burnt tortilla, and it wasn't like a typical tripleta sandwich. The second time we went was for a graduation celebration, and sadly most of the food was a miss. The grilled chicken and sauces were especially disappointing--expensive, bland, and not something I'd order again. The drinks were also disappointing and tasted more like sugary syrup than actual cocktails or fresh drinks. We chalked it up to maybe being an off day. That being said, we also ordered catering for the graduation before the unfortunate dinner, and the catering was amazing. We ordered pernil, leg porchetta, arroz con gandules, and roasted whole chicken. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well done with no complaints at all. I just wish the dine-in experience matched the catering and food truck experience better. Overall, I would still recommend Crocante because when they're good, they're really good. The service was okay, nothing special, but not bad either. The space is beautiful, the vibes are great, and some items are definitely worth trying.
