You really need to educate your employees AND the managers on ADA laws! There is no such thing as identification for service dogs. The websites online are scams and are not a legitimate identification. They are FAKE. Businesses CANNOT do the following: Ask for documentation or proof that the animal has been certified, trained, or licensed as a service animal. Ask about the individuals disabilities. Charge additional fees for said service dog Refuse admittance, isolate, segregate, or treat the individual less favorably than others. Request to see said service dogs shot records. The ONLY thing that can be asked is: Is the animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? With that said, maybe when my friend files a formal complaint with the Department of Justice, you will give her the apology she deserves after being humiliated! read more

The worst Management I've ever seen! Waited well over an hour for food and when it came out it was cold and the Management didn't want to do anything about because they were "busy". They were out of all kinds of different beer, then it was warm, out of hoagie rolls too. Also I've heard the most of the service staff there has drug problems and Management allows them to do drugs while working their shifts! We just moved from NJ/NYC. Who says you won't get good Italian dishes and pizza in Florida!? Wow. We got the Lasagna and a Davinci calzone. It was all great. Big portions.
