Stopped by to wash my wife's car. I'm not used to driving it so when I pulled up I thought i had put the vehicle in N but I accidentally still had it in D when I let go of break which it rolled for a second and I stopped and put it in Neutral but the young man working there wanted to get an attitude and slammed my car mirrors to the folding position and then yelled " f*****g ***** me off" then proceeded and grabbed the wash broom and slammed it against the back window that's when another employee took it away from him. It was all recorded with there cameras and mine aswell. I will make sure they hear from me in person. read more

The employees were really nice to my husband and I, they took the time to explain the different plans and what all comes with it. The prices of the washes and the different memberships are very reasonable. We have been to a couple of the other washes over in Rockwall. You may pay a cheaper price but I'll just say you pay for what you get. I was actually pleasantly surprised just how good the Dryer works in the actual wash itself. Most places leaves our vehicles with tons of water spots everywhere. When we got done with our wash we pulled over to take a look and it wasn't that bad. Just a bit of water under the side mirrors and the bottom trim of the car. The line there moves really quick. Its nice to look at being it's a new brick and mortar. We also really appreciate that there isn't tons of water spots all over the building so we don't have to worry about water splashing back up on the car after the wash. I love coming here at least once a week! The staff is so friendly and always having fun. I've never had any issues with staff or managers. Memberships are self explanatory, it pays for its self in 2 visits. I live in the country so you know those bugs need to come off ( bug removal I think is $4). I really enjoyed using this car wash since it opened in Royse City. I have gone through the car wash a dozen or more times and have always been pleased with the outcome of my vehicle. This last time I went I asked the young lady to remove my antenna which she attempted to do. I even tried to assist. She explained she had pliers and would get it not to worry about it. The young lady struggled to get the antenna off and after several minutes of fidgeting with the antenna I told her not to worry about it. She apologized and I said it was fine thank you for trying. We went through the car wash and instantly at the first set of brushes in the cleaning tunnel, I heard a very loud sound and I honked twice to get the lady attention but it didn't work. When I pulled out of the wash and went to vacuum and dry my vehicle. I noticed my antenna was ripped off the side of my vehicle. As I looked closer I saw the antenna drug all down the passenger side of my vehicle which you can only imagine caused some damage. I went to speak with the young lady and told her to stop the tunnel as a pickup truck had gone in after me. My goal was that two vehicle would not be damaged. The lady went into the tunnel and found my antenna which was damaged. No big deal I can get another one. The manager Alan came out to take an incident report and informed me they do not fix antennas. I explained to him I have gone through this car wash a dozen times and never had issues. The only thing that makes sense is that the young lady loosened the antenna enough and because she didn't Re-tighten it, it was ripped off. Negligent on her behalf but I was very understanding as I know things happen and plus she was just a young kid. Well a little later I receive a call from Alan and missed the call so he left a voice message advising they reviewed camera footage and determined everything was working properly with their equipment which was never a question. The issue was that she did not Re-tighten the antenna and left it lose enough that it caused the brushes/ equipment to rip off said antenna and cracked the metal Mount/ bracket where the base of the antenna screws in and damaged my paint and my antenna. Pieces of paint chipped off and lots of scratches down the side of my vehicle. When I attempted to call Alan back I left a voice message asking him to call and explain as the voice message he left was really choppy and hard to understand. (Poor connection I assume). I received a call back the next day and Alan proceeds to say this was my fault because I had tried to help the young lady and I had rubber ducks in my antenna so that is what caused the issue. I again reiterated that I have gone through the car wash a dozen or more times and never had this issue. I asked for his name so I could file a Police report which he refused beyond staying his name was Alan. I asked for the young lady's name who loosened the antenna and was refused that information also. Needless to say I will not use this business any more and I caution others who plan on using this business for the vehicle as even if they are to blame, they will not accept responsibility. It's unfortunate because I really like to run my vehicle through often to keep it clean. read more

I have a 100quart cooler in the back full of ice, they say they can't use the blowers to dry the truck cuz it will blow out... water marks all over my truck don't come off, I have a membership here. Also I can go thru this wash 2 times an still not be clean. I have a brand new truck that stays clean, it should not struggle to wash my already clean truck... been told I can't drive thru cuz I have a cooler or a small step ladder that will not blow out of the truck from their blowers an neither will a 60lb pack of shingles. They will Denise you to go thru sometimes if there is anything in your truck so get a cover or take everything g out of your not getting the full service. They will cut it short on you. read more

Please stay away from this car wash! My rear upper brake light was hanging by the wires half way through the wash, banging on the window. Once out of the wash, I immediately parked to see what had happened. I called it to the attendant's attention. He took photo's , took my information and reattached the brake light with some electrical tape. I was told I would be contacted by the manager within 24-48 hours. The following Tuesday I had not heard from anyone, so I tried calling. The phone number listed on the website does not have a voicemail available. I sent an email to inquire about being contacted. Still no response. Finally Wednesday I decided to stop on the way home. The attendant that took my information was there, I asked why I had not been contacted. His response was "it must have fallen through the cracks." He then went outside the door to speak with the co-owner. I could not hear what was being said, however I could see the co-owner shaking is head and waving his arms as if he was extremely irritated. The attendant then came back in and informed me they would not be covering the damage. "Due to the age of the car." My car is in excellent condition. Assuming this would this also apply to a vintage car? I saw the co-owner on my way out, explained this was so unprofessional from a customer service stand point. He did not even give me the common courtesy of a return call or email. It was apparent he was not the least bit interested, and ended the conversation with "have a good day." Condescending and insulting. Several of my co-workers have since told me they experienced damage to their vehicles at Pappy's car wash, scratches and minor damage, and had the same response, "so sad, too bad." There are MANY washes in Rockwall that are fantastic! My suggestion is to drive the extra 11 miles. You will be glad you did. They do a much better job getting your car clean, and they stand behind their service. read more

We came last night right before closing and they were more than happy to accommodate us! My husband had gotten his truck stuck in the mud earlier in the day and most car washes were closed. Not only did they spend time spraying it off real good before we went through the automated portion, they offered to let us come back in the morning since there was still mud on the rims (there was a TON of mud to begin with, not their fault). Their car wash broke my tail light. I was understanding that these things can happen. I was very respectful with the staff even though it was irritating to be dealing with this issue. The manager assured me they would contact me once they discussed the issue with the owner. Now weeks later with no word. The replacement tail light was $200. Rather than providing customer service and making things right. They ignore the damage their car wash caused. Wonderful $7 car wash. The man was super helpful and attentive helping me pay at the machine when I was trying to pay using cash and card. He taped up my blades to prevent damage. This is by far my favorite car wash facility I've ever been to! Paying at the kiosk was super easy and the price is very reasonable for what you are getting! Then there is a person standing right before your vehicle goes inside the was tunnel to help you get in place and put in neutral! Lay back and watch the fun! Big huge dryer at end, then BEST PART.... the vacuums are EPIC! Never lose suction and the end is skinny enough to get down into the black hole, and you don't have to keep putting quarters in!!! You have to try it if you have you haven't yet!! read more
