This place used to have good quality & quantity in the past. I ordered out for the first time after the shutdown and was very disappointed at their quantity. The container was a little over half full with hardly 4 pieces of chicken in it. I called them to ask if their quantity was reduced. He kept telling me that their containers have been the same size for 3 years and I am not "understanding him." He would not acknowledge the premise of my question and just hung up on me. I tried to call back and they did not answer. Really, great customer service !!! Owners of this place, there are many options out there and restaurants would love our business. We chose your place over others and the least we can expect is that the food quality and quantity be consistent to what we are used to. The guy on the phone could have simply acknowledged the problem and said they will be mindful of that in the future. That's it !! I was not asking for a refund, instead trying to figure out what was going on with the food and if we should order more in the future. I would never order from you guys again. Being Gunturian, having lived in India for years, it is safe to say that I've earned the right to be SUPER picky of my Indian food, don't you think? This place, I shall say, pleases me. Their best dish is of course, the chicken biryani and unlike many other Indian places in Dublin, they do not burn your naan but they make them perfectly puffy! My Uncle was having a birthday party at Paradise Biryani Pointe. My Uncle used to cook in Hyderabad and says this place is as close to authentic as possible int he area. It was wonderful! The Michi Ka Salan was the best! The Goat Biryani was moist and you could tell the meat was great quality. The Chicken Biryani was awesome and enough to feed the hungriest of people! This place claims to serve Halal food for which they do not have authentic certificate of, upon asking they gave a vague answer very rudely, upon asking why they serve alcoholic drinks to which they got upset. the restaurant owner is Hindu and refuse to give any more information. I am in love with the biryani here.. what makes me give 5 stars is the BIRYANI.... We ordered mutton biryani (though I am not a fan of mutton , i eat chicken mostly) - it was perfect - mutton was nicely cooked and spices were properly blended. And for all those people who think that Peacock's biryani is the best (just like me) , guys.. u have to really eat here.. !!! Hands down, Paradise makes the best biryani in the bay area. I always get the goat biriyani; the meat is always fresh tender and they provide a decent amount of meat as well. worth the wait By the way the street fried rice and noodle are my kids Fave. Incorporating a Recipe name (Biryani) into your Restaurant name doesn't mean they are specialists in the recipe, the taste is not that great but price is always. when we pay a decent amount for food, we expect the same quality and it proved twice in my case, i never tasted an authentic biryani taste in this restaurant expecting they will improve, but it's the same taste with high price. can't say more than that. read more

This is one of the best places I have been to in the tri-valley. They don't have an overwhelming menu but what they provide, they do well and you will love it. We went last Monday night for dinner . Our server was a young man and he was so respectful and amazing. He managed to keep all of us happy at the same time. Besides the service food was really good as well. We ordered pretty much everything on the menu. The fresh orange juice and lime soda were to die for. This place is going downhill. Service is TERRIBLE. They cannot manage orders and argue with people. I went on 31st Dec. These guys were lost - too many orders too little staff to handle it. Store was dirty - looks cluttered. Last few times food was good, NOT on 31st Dec. Really poor quality - no chicken in Chicken Biryani. TOO PRICY for the the quality and quantity of food. Though this place is little small, they have really maintained the quality of biryani. We ordered 1 chicken and 1 goat biryani today to go. This is the place to go to for all the biryani lovers. Love the biryanis here, have the right amount of masala and well cooked meat. Apart from that, i love the garlic noodles here. They do have a wide variety of non-veg and vegetarian dishes which is what i like since i like trying out different dishes. Overall it has been a good experience for me. read more

I picked up food here. Asked the person taking the order to repeat it- I had asked to have it made mild multiple times. It was so hot it was inedible. We ordered medium tray Chicken Dum Biryani on Jan 1st. It is one of the best Dum Biryani in bay area. 5 stars for biryani. They ask us to come after 60 min but they make us wait for additional 30min. I need to cut one star for additional wait time. read more
